I was recently talking to a Sports Reporter, who was more of a dude in a dive bar, but for someone like me, who doesn’t like sports, but sometimes ends up in bars when sports are on TV, he seemed like an expert. Not to mention, we live in an era where no one is an expert, even the experts. Everything is fake news, people reporting hate crimes that aren’t even hate crimes but actual viral stunts, because trolling the media is just that easy and always hilarious…so I’ll take this weird drunk’s word for it, even though he smelled like piss.. Well, he went on to tell me that hometown hottie, who isn’t that hot….is not that great at Tennis, she’s just a lot of hype, especially locally, and more excited by her social media fame than actually delivering a solid serve. Apparently, not one element of her game is exceptional…she’s a decent all round player…good to teach tennis at a resort…but never going to make it anywhere in tennis…despite the sponsorships…because she’s more into being a social media slut…as all girls are…why work hard, when you can get paid to be useless and half naked…it’s an ego thing I guess and it can be lucrative…I also know french Canadians and how much they love being strippers…so I get it…but it’s unfortunate that she’s not hotter…even when fit and half naked…it’s like “whatever”…but it’s happening the move from athlete to influencer before our vary eyes…we are so lucky to be a part of this!! Aren’t we. TO SEE THE REST OF THE PICS CLICK HERE The post Eugenie Bouchard Bikini Sunscreen Rub Down in Miami of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepFather.com .
Joanne Northey seems to be an Irish girl in Dublin who obviously graduated with a Fine Arts degree from her Irish University, because that is why she’s getting naked in a photoshoot, as a part time model, because it’s for art man, not for ego, or for commerce…it’s just for the self expression or helping her pervert friend who wanted to see her naked and this was his angle’s self expression… She’s pretty hot, I mean that could just be the whole her naked out there….or the whole bad Catholic girl, since all of Ireland are good Catholic folk….except maybe McGregor…but I like when I see a catholic girl get her tits out there, like when I found out the catholic school girls kept their virginity but had anal…since anal to non catholics is so much fucking worse..at least in smell alone…. I appreciate whatever it is she’s doing, and I am sure Ireland does too, because if you ask any Irish men if there are hot Irish women, they’ll usually say something like “the girls look like me with a longer beard”…you know good old fashioned Irish humor…right in time for St Patrick’s day.. All this to say, I hope she’s actually Irish and didn’t just go to college in Ireland because that would really defeat the purpose of this entire post…. Fans have been captivated by Theresa Caputo’s ability to speak with the dead for years thanks to TLC’s Long Island Medium . But it wasn’t just her special gift that kept them coming back season after season. Viewers became invested in the Caputo’s family life, including husband Larry and their two children. Theresa and Larry were married for over two decades and fans were shocked in 2017 when the couple called it quits . Even making light jokes that she ” should have seen it coming .” But now, Larry Caputo appears to have officially moved on following the divorce. The reality star got fans chatting on Thursday afternoon after he took to Instagram to share a photo with his new girlfriend. “Love my baby boo!” he captioned the shot which included a heart emoji. One follower was supportive commenting, “so happy you’re happy,” to which Larry responded, “Thank you so much.” But as to be expected, not everyone was so kind on the social media platform. “You should go back to Teresa,” one user clapped. “It’s a shame to throw 28 years of marriage.” Larry replied to the hater, “What’s the matter? You got nothing better to do? You must be miserable.” Back in July 2018, TMZ reported that Larry was seeing a woman named Connie Stauddy after they were spotted shopping together in Alabama. Connie allegedly was also going through a divorce which I’m sure helped spark up some conversation material between the two. Sources told TMZ that Larry and Connie first met when Connie reached out to Theresa for a reading. But after Larry’s innocent Instagram post, fans are beginning to miss him and Theresa together. The Long Island medium reassures us that she is more than ok and is spending her time focusing on family and work. In addition, she is traveling across the country for the Theresa Caputo live tour and the star is expected to return for another season on TLC. And when it comes to her ex-husband? “There is no purpose in being angry and being mad,” she shared with E! News . “We have over 30 years together and you just can’t forget about that. You know we still have to honor and treasure that and more importantly, respect that.” Besides, the two will be spending a lot of time together as they prepare to marry their only daughter, Victoria Caputo, who recently got engaged. “Victoria’s ENGAGED! Congratulations to my beautiful baby and her future husband Michael,” Theresa shared on Instagram. “Let the planning begin! #engaged #bridetobe #gettingmarried #longislandmedium.” Larry later joined in on the celebratory posts sharing, “I’m a happy daddy! My baby girl got engaged. I love you soo much Victoria and happy for you and Michael. Let me stop before I start to cry.” And while fans may not be entirely thrilled that the family is going through some dramatic changes, we can’t deny that they seem happy and content with their choice. People released a joint statement from the former pair that read, “After 28 years of marriage, we have decided to legally separate. We will always love each other and our two wonderful children.” “We are united in supporting each other and our family.” The two remain friends, even though they are living on opposite costs and focusing on moving forward with their own lives. And while Theresa may be single as of now, she jokes to E! about her future. “Let me finish getting divorced and then you can look for me on Tinder. How’s that?” .

A n African-American STEM pioneer was finally honored for breaking barriers in the realm of science. Saint Elmo Brady —the first Black man to receive a doctorate degree in chemistry—had a National Historical Chemical Landmark dedicated to him by the American Chemical Society, the Journal for Blacks in Higher Education reported. Leaders at the American Chemical Society believe it’s crucial that Brady’s journey and contributions to STEM don’t go unsung. The organization’s 2018 President Peter K. Dorhout believes that Brady’s story will serve as inspiration for the next generation of Black STEM leaders. “This landmark designation recognizes the outstanding accomplishments and leadership impact that Dr. Brady has had on the chemical profession,” said Dorhout in a statement, according to the news outlet. “I am proud to be an alumnus of the university that was part of his legacy — dreaming, designing and executing the creation of four outstanding and impactful chemistry programs that have each worked to ensure access to higher education and the chemical professions for so many young African-American men and women over the last century.” There was a designation ceremony that was held on February 5. A Louisville native, Dr. Brady received his bachelor’s degree in 1908 from Fisk University. Four years after graduating, he went on to pursue his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. Throughout his career, he held teaching roles at Tuskegee University, Tougaloo College, Howard University, and Fisk University. He chaired the chemistry departments at his alma mater Fisk and at Howard University as well. The University of Illinois isn’t the only institution that will receive a plaque dedicated to Dr. Brady. Other universities and colleges that he left a mark on will as well; including Fisk University, Tuskegee University, Howard University, and Tougaloo College. Source: Megan Q Daniels/Getty Images / Getty / Getty Wait, what??? Bennett College Loses Accreditation, Gets It Back After donors nationwide rallied together to save an HBCU, a board STILL denied the college its accreditation—but ultimately was defeated, for now at least. As previously reported Bennett College proudly announced that it raised $8.2 million , surpassing the required $5 million to keep it accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). That number has since jumped to a whopping $9.5 million in donations. Despite that Wxii12 reported that Bennett STILL lost its accreditation. The SACSCOC released a press release to the news station confirming that Bennett’s accreditation was still revoked and noted that the Appeals Committee of the College Delegate Assembly would be holding up their December 9 decision. The board claimed that Bennett was still lacking financial resources. The school “failed to show that the institution possesses resources demonstrating a stable financial base to support the mission and scope of programs and services,” said the board. After the news broke, Bennett took swift action and filed a lawsuit against The SACSCOC. Journal Now reports that Bennett had their accreditation restored by a federal judge in Atlanta who granted the college a temporary restraining order that lets them keep their accreditation while the lawsuit remains active. The President of the college has since spoken out and she’s assuring students and alumni that Bennett’s still fighting. “Our fight continues, … ” said President Phyllis Worthy Dawkins. “The negative decision … to remove Bennett from membership will not interrupt the daily operations of the college. … We urge everyone to keep the faith and know that Bennett College is standing strong.” . @BennettCollege Files Lawsuit to Keep Accreditation: https://t.co/ESbXfx1iJy — Bennett College (@BennettCollege) February 23, 2019 Fight on Bennett, we’re glad to see that the Bennett Belles are still standing.
Source: Floresco Productions / Getty Virginia Elementary School Apologizes For Runaway Slave Game Virginia just KKKan’t get right. After the commonwealth’s Governor Ralph Northam and Attorney General Mike Herring were both involved in blackface scandals, a racist incident at an elementary school is garnering national attention. School officials at Madison’s Trust Elementary School in Ashburn, Virginia, are apologizing after third, fourth and fifth graders at the school were asked during P.E. class to play a game where students pretended to be runaway slaves. During the exercise, students went through an obstacle course representing the Underground Railroad and at least one black child, in particular, was made to act like a runaway. The Loudoun Times-Mirror broke the story and spoke with Loudoun NAACP Chapter President Michelle Thomas, who said she received complaints from parents about the Black History Month incident. “Loudoun County has a history of miseducating kids, number one, and perpetrating racist things amongst our students. This is not the first one. This is the first one of many. This is the most egregious, and the timing is incredible,” said Thomas said. She also noted that Attorney General Herring is a product of Loudoun County Public Schools. “[Herring] graduated from Loudoun Valley, so of course he wouldn’t know what he was doing, going up, dressing as blackface, because blackface is never discussed in the curriculum. When we discuss Jim Crow, it doesn’t come up,” she said. “ … The insensitivity is astronomical. We are in a racism crisis in Virginia, and the school is where it starts.” The school’s principal David Stewart sent a letter out following the incident and apologized. Stewart is promising that the content will be retaught in a “respectful manner.” “The lesson was culturally insensitive to our students and families. I extend my sincerest apology to our students and school community,” Stewart said in the letter. SIGHHHHHH, do these racist school incidents even surprise you anymore???
Source: Dia Dipasupil / Getty Barry Jenkins Says He’s Not An Activist The 91st Annual Academy Awards are tonight and while we’re happy to see ‘Black Panther,’ Regina King, Mahershala Ali, ‘BlacKkKlansman,’ Spike Lee, Ruth E. Carter and Barry Jenkins nominated across a number of categories we’re convinced that ‘If Beale Street Could Talk’ should have been recognized as a Best Picture nominee. In a year that saw a diverse range of black films – ‘Black Panther,’ ‘BlacKkKlansman,”The Hate U Give’ and ‘Sorry To Bother You’ were among our favorites – ‘If Beale Street Could Talk,’ was, as Regina King called it at one screening attended by our editors, ‘a visual symphony.’ The film truly struck a chord, pun intended, with our Sr. Director of Content Janeé Bolden, who spoke with Barry Jenkins in a one-on-one back in October, just before midterm elections, in a conversation that touched on the magnitude of reimagining James Baldwin for the big screen, the power of revealing the intensity of love between two dark-skinned lead actors and the importance of Regina King’s character as a symbol of black motherhood. The first question Janeé asked though, was about the music, which speaks so deeply to the emotions conveyed in the film that it may as well have been another character. Janeé Bolden: Can you talk about the score for the film and the song selection? The film was visually stunning, but the music played such an important role. Barry Jenkins: “Nicholas Britell who did the score for Moonlight did the score for this film. It’s interesting, we were in Belgium together at this composers conference at this music Q&A and this other composer said “Oh wait, you never heard Nick’s music before you did ‘Moonlight?’” I didn’t realize it, but it was like, no I didn’t — it was just a vibe. What happened was, as we watched, the film tells us what the music should feel like. We started out with this idea of jazz — you know brass, saxophone, French horn, things like that and as Nick started writing music in that way, we actually realized it wanted it to be strings but as brass compositions, so we organically began the film playing basically as a chamber orchestra but with jazz compositions, and by the end of the film we are playing with jazz instruments these orchestral compositions. It was a really organic process and what happens is, as you cut the film, when you watch it, the music is meant to feel like Tish is feeling, the way Fonnie is feeling, so a lot of the way the score ends and begins is dictated by the characters. And then with the needle drops, with the songs that play, I always just have in my head what the characters are vibing with. We’re just mixing and matching, put things in, you know Nina Simone, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Al Green, all those just things felt appropriate with the time period for these characters. Janeé Bolden: The film does a great justice to the book and I almost imagined that if James Baldwin could have seen this film he’d have been extremely happy with the result. Did you feel pressure to make the movie as Baldwin would have? Barry Jenkins: That was part of it for sure. Not that I was asking myself, ‘What would Jimmy do?’ in a certain way, but it was in the back of my mind. And just knowing how much of a cultural critic he was, how engaged he was, you know he wrote film criticism, he wrote about music, it was important for me to have a soundscape that reflected the things he listened to. He actually mentions a lot of music in the book. Music that I felt wasn’t the right fit for what we were doing, but it was a nice compass to have in my head. Not everything in the film is meant to be literally faithful to the book, but to be in the same spirit. Hit the flip for Jenkins’ take on Kiki Layne and the importance of casting a dark skinned actress for ‘Beale Street.’
Amy Schumer is hitting cancel on her stand-up comedy tour. But for good reasons. The pregnant comedian announced that she must take time to focus on her “health and the baby,” according to E! . Amy took to Instagram on Friday evening to share the news with her fans where she admitted that she is embarrassed for canceling. “I hate letting people down and I love stand-up and money!” she began her post, which she wrote in her Notes app. The show is called off due to complications from hyperemesis, which is basically just severe nausea and constant vomiting during pregnancy. She (over)shares, “I vomit mostly every time I ride in a car even for five minutes.” The I Feel Pretty actress is in her third trimester, so it is natural that she needs some time off of the stage and in her bed. “Due to complications from hyperemesis I am not cleared to fly for the next couple of weeks,” she continued. “I am going to cancel the remainder of my tour. Refunds are available at point of purchase.” She went on to explain that she and the baby are healthy and that everything looks good. Adding, “I have a pretty good attitude about it and some days I feel good for a couple hours. But mostly it sucks. I wanted to push through and do my shows.” The mom-to-be and her husband Chris Fischer are expecting their first child this coming spring. She wrote, “I’m pregnant – Amy Schumer,” on a list of her candidate recommendations for the 2018 upcoming midterm elections. Her pregnancy announcement came about 8 months after marrying the 38-year-old chef in a secret wedding in Malibu . Which Jennifer Larence, Jake Gyllenhaal and Judd Apatow allegedly attended, according to E ! Some of Amy’s other “well-known” friends are helping her through her struggling fertility journey. Gwenyth Paltrow commented on Amy’s post saying “You are almost there! It will be so worth it, I swear!!” and Jennifer Garner stated, “You are a soldier.” And while we’re sure It wasn’t an easy decision to end her tour, we just hope the best for her health and future baby Schumer. Besides, there are plenty more shows to be had and money to be made for the 37-year-old entertainer. View Slideshow: Amy Schumer Wedding Photos: Here Comes the Hilarious Bride!
