The 21-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder shared a look at some new products that she made especially for Travis’ “Astroworld” tour on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday night. Jenner is always posting new products on her social media, and did the same when she posted a pic of a handful of “Astroworld”-branded Lip Kit trios in black boxes that read “I went to ASTROWORLD and all i got with was this f—kin lip kit.” She sent out a message to fans who would be in attendance, announcing, “We’ll be at the merch station,” later clarifying that, “ASTROWORLD lip kits won’t be available at the first show, but I’ll keep you updated on when they will be.” The youngest in the Kardashian/Jenner clan also shared a look at the lipstick colors that will be included in these kits, which include a deep pink, a shimmery red with gold sparkles and a bright cherry red. Scott also posted a picture of the brand new lip kits on his Instagram story the next day, writing, “when ya wife come thru with the pack.” The rapper is clearly excited for the start of his tour, which kicks off on Thursday in Baltimore. He posted a picture of himself on Instagram that says, “we started this ride a while back. Now we here deeper than ever Can’t wait to hear ur love. ASTROWORLD DAY 1.”

According to MetroUK , two women thought it would be hilarious to record their drunk a$$es leaving bacon at the entrance to a Mosque in a town called Oldham inside Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. While it is reported that the incident was “dealt with” at the time, Dara Miah, the general secretary of Madina Mosque, is taking no chances with copycats or other crazies: ‘It’s shocking, absolutely shocking. We need to respect places of worship. It’s not what you expect. The (video footage) came to light yesterday. ‘We have reported the incident to police. The police have been very cooperative. We have advised the local community to not take any action in their hands. We have had the whole perimeter of the mosque fenced off. ‘We have got CCTV already installed. Worshippers who come to the mosque were angry. It’s very important to raise awareness, not just for our mosque but for other places of worship.’ People ain’t isht.

We just learned that our niece Alaina was one of the victims of last night’s shooting at Borderline bar in Thousand Oaks,” the couple stated via their joint representative Chantal Artur. “Alaina was an incredible young woman with so much life ahead of her and we are devastated that her life was cut short in this manner. We thank everyone for your prayers and ask for privacy at this time.” @adamhousley arrived at the hospital searching for his niece Alaina. A guard didn’t let him through, saying it was on lockdown. He said Alaina, a Pepperdine freshman, was at the bar with several friends. Just last month, Mowry-Housley gushed over her niece and how much she had grown as a person. “My niece Alaina Housley. I can’t believe I met her when she was five,” she wrote. “She now is a Junior in high school doing a photo shoot with a 70’s theme. Kill it beauty. Good luck in all your future endeavors.” Alaina Housley was 18 years old.
If you have to visit Florida for some reason, St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park should be on your list of sights to see. But you should visit during normal visiting hours. And you definitely shouldn't jump into the crocodile pit like Florida Man did. That's right, folks. Florida Man is at it again. On Tuesday morning, discarded clothes and a floating Croc shoe were found floating in the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park crocodile pit. As you can imagine, employees of the St. Augustine alligator farm were alarmed and confused. The pit is home to three 12-foot Nile crocodiles. Hopes that the clothes were put there as an ill-conceived prank were soon dashed. They found blood. Employees looked at security video, which showed a man break into the farm and jump off of a roof into the crocodile exhibit. When employees called the police in concern, police had just received another strange call. Officers had responded to an incident involving a man wearing only his underwear. People had seen a strange man crawling “in a concealed manner” while wearing almost nothing and had very correctly called the police. Not only did surveillance footage confirm that this was the man who had broken into the alligator farm, but it was pretty obvious. The man's legs and feets had sustained serious injuries, believed to have been caused by crocodiles. It seems likely that the man's bites, from a crocodile species native to Africa rather than from alligators, would have linked him to the break-in even without the video. This particular Florida Man was identified as Brandon Keith Hatfield. The story that he told to police was nothing short of outlandish. Hatfield claimed that he had been attacked by an alligator. He didn't say that it was a wild alligator, but instead claimed that he had encountered an old man who was walking an alligator on a leash. Hatfield claimed that he was suddenly “surrounded by all these baby alligators.” That bizarre tale would never have explained his injuries under scrutiny. On top of the evidence that he leapt into the crocodile exhibit, it looks like Hatfield is accused of causing property damage. He allegedly “damaged numerous exhibits and statues around the complex causing an excess of $5,000 in damage.” Jay Ruditis, head of security for alligator farm, verbally narrated the security footage. “Watch behind him, there’s a croc trying to attack him,” Jay says. “Now it’s dragging him,” he narrates. “He will get on the shore. It’s got his foot right now.” “It has a good hold on his leg. It’s kind of pulling him in,” he continues. “The croc will flip him, a little death roll in a moment.” Death rolls are how crocodiles disorient, exhaust, and drown their prey. They also use the maneuver to tear off meat from large corpses. “The croc still has him, so what he does is tries to kick it with his foot,” Jay concludes. Apparently, Hatfield ended up on the lawn of a neighboring property. “A little weird to see somebody that early in just boxers,” a neighbor remakred. “Going over your wall into your property saying ‘I was held hostage in a pool with gators” “He says, ‘Yeah, I got bit by alligators.’” the neighbor shares. “Everybody’s looking at him like, ‘OK, he’s got to be on something,'” Police have acknowledged that “he was possibly high on something” Hatfield has been charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Violation of Probation We can't claim to be shocked to our cores that this guy was on probation. We're glad that he survived, but a little surprised that any Florida Man would apparently mistake crocodiles for alligators. Alligators are opportunistic predators that will absolutely eat a human if given the chance. But in general, Floridians see them as a nuisance more than anything else. Like, “oh, one got in the pool again.” Nile crocodiles are one of the largest and most dangerous predators on the face of the planet. These things eat lions. If we had to guess, we would say that Hatfield only escaped because these captive crocs are well fed and had little motivation. We're glad that the crocodiles are okay. They, we should remember, are the true innocents in this story.
Netflix is about to take over the end of 2018 with a bunch of great movies but today we are talking about the movie you have to see this weekend if you decide to Netflix and chill. Outlaw King is an epic war movie that’s a little Game Of Thrones without all the fantasy and make-believe. This true story picks up after the events highlighted in Braveheart and follows Robert the Bruce, who has just been named the King of Scotland, after breaking a truce with England, the legendary warrior and a small group of men are forced into exile by the English army but he puts together a band of outlaws to help him reclaim the throne. On this episode of Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine I flew out to Scotland to sit down with Chris Pine who plays Robert the Bruce and Aaron Taylor-Johnson who gives a kick-ass performance as the ferocious James Douglas for an interview that took place at Borthwick Castle. Chris Pine talked about how authentic the movie feels saying, “The unique quality of this film for me, it’s a film on a huge scale like others I’ve done before but with Netflix, we were given an incredible amount of freedom and wherewithal to make to make a film by someones whose vision of that classic Hollywood film is very very different. One of the qualities of David Mckenzie that I most admire is his is his search for authentic moments. Often times it was just four cameras shooting us as we were being and there was no sense of the usual structure of a film set. So you just got more of a sense that you were happening rather than acting and that was very helpful.” My guy Aaron opened up about how he pulled off such a frightening character in order to make it believable. He told me, “These characters are from 6-700 hundred years ago and you’re looking at historical moments in time, he was a very feared character. The Black Douglas was someone that people would have nightmares about because of the violent brutality he brought upon his enemies, but he was also this romantic figure. When Robert the Bruce passed away he carried his heart towards the holy land in a casket around his neck. So I wanted to have this loveable character also.” Just listening to his explanation sent chills up my spine. Another thing that might be scary to some is that I got to feed a buzzard that you can see at the start of this episode. Back during the times of this movie, the natives would use large hunting birds to catch meals for their family and you get to see a bit of that in this episode of Extra Butter. B en Jealous fell short in his effort to become governor of Maryland when he lost the election on Tuesday night to incumbent Republican Gov. Larry Hogan. NBC News projected Hogan’s win. The former NAACP president had been leaning on his roots in civil rights in his unsuccessful bid to become the first African-American governor in Maryland. While Jealous, 45, had been consistently polling behind Hogan, he made some strong moves ahead of Election Day, including recruiting legendary comedian Dave Chappelle to knock on doors and encourage people to vote for him. One major platform that appealed to Black people, in particular, was Jealous’ plan to increase funding for and bring better academic programs to the states historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). “I’ve put a detailed plan on the table to ensure that we finally treat our state’s HBCUs fairly,” Jealous recently told the AFRO. “We’ve been underfunding public higher education for too long and we need to reorient our state’s priorities back towards making sure we’re preparing our kids for the workforce. As governor, I’m committed to putting an end to this lawsuit and fulfilling the state’s obligations to our HBCUs.” Jealous won the state’s Democratic primary in late June to add to be one of three Black people running for governor, along with Florida’s Andrew Gillum and Georgia’s Stacey Abrams. F ormer national teacher of the year Jahana Hayes has been declared the winner of her congressional race in Connecticut, paving the way for her to become the Constitution State’s first Black woman ever elected to Congress. You also believe that we have an obligation to be of service to someone else, … that true leaders lead from the front and lead by example, and reject all of this hate and intolerance and this indescribable fear that does not define who we are.” With the election, Hayes added to a number of historic results for a large group of African-American candidates running in the midterm elections across the country. The former national teacher of the year was still teaching full-time in the months leading up to Election Day. What will soon be her former profession has really helped inform the way she approaches politics, she told the Hartford Courant recently. “When you’re a teacher, you don’t pick and choose who you advocate for. You don’t choose who comes to your class. You don’t ask kids, ‘Is your mom a Republican or a Democrat,’ because that’s how I’m gonna decide how hard I’m gonna work for you,” Hayes said . “They come to you and you have a responsibility to leave them better than when they came. I think that’s what government should be doing.” Not unlike other Black women running for key state-wide elected seats, Hayes encountered her fair share of resistance from Democratic Party insiders who initially favored other candidates. Because of some creative maneuvering by the Connecticut state Democrats, Hayes didn’t get the party’s nomination. Still, she won the primary in August and forced Democrats to support her as the party’s nominee. That phenomenon was similar to those we saw for other Black women who were still able to win their respective primaries with little or no help from Democrats. Hayes explained why she was running for Congress when she declared in July. “Who will speak for them?” Hayes recalled asking herself one day while looking at her students. Thanks to the voters of Connecticut, that question has been answered, and then some. Even though Larissa made Colt’s mom cry on this week’s 90 Day Fiance , she’s not the only target for the wrath of viewers. Kalani’s sister and her father have both been the targets of intense fan criticism over how they treated Asuelu in the episode. So Kalani took to social media to defend her family. She also took her social media private to block out the haters. Kalani does not have time for haters who are coming after her family. On this week’s episode, Asuelu met Kalani’s family and began his uphill battle towards being accepted. It didn’t help that he took Kalani’s virginity and impregnated her while she was on vacation. (That’s not a way to start things off on the right foot with someone’s deeply Mormon family, folks) But Kalani’s sister also resented his sudden intrusion into the family — and the fact that he had cheated on Kalani. Kalani’s dad had … other, more complicated concerns. First, Kalani defended her sister, Kolini, after fans gave her a hard time for resenting baby Oliver’s dad. “My sister WAS Oliver’s dad for his first five months,” Kalani writes on Instagram. “She watched him when I had to go back to work for Asuelu’s papers,” she says. “She bought all of the s–t I didn’t get from my baby shower,” she adds. Kalani continues: “and let me skip rent/bills when I had to buy his plane tickets for his interviews and doctor’s appointments.” That is one hell of a supportive sister — and a supportive aunt. Kalani makes it clear that Asuelu deserved some of her sister’s ire. “Asuelu wasn’t paid in coconuts, dumbasses,” Kalani says of her baby daddy’s job. “He made $600 American a month,” she shares. “With no bills.” “As a sister, if you know you’re throwing downtime and money to help your nephew,” she says. Kalani continues: “and know that the father isn’t helping in ways that he could — YOU’D BE SALTY TOO!” Yep. As we mentioned, things were a little more complicated for Kalani’s father. Her dad didn’t want her to be with a Samoan man, which sounds racist until you remember that he himself is Samoan. “You know how I feel about you being with my kind of people,” he told her on 90 Day Fiance . “It’s just the way I was born and raised,” he said. “It’s a fast life here and it’s a slow life there.” That sounds like internalized racism — when people absorb prejudices about themselves — and fans were upset. Kalani says that some of her statements about her dad wanting her to be with “white men” were taken out of context. (We absolutely had to include this — both Asuelu and baby Oliver’s first Halloween!) 90 Day Fiance is absolutely no stranger to scenes in which things were taken out of context. We don’t think that Kalani thinks that white men offer more stability than Samoan men. We hope that her father doesn’t really feel that way. It is totally understandable that Kalani opted to make her Instagram private after dealing with all of that backlash following this week’s episode. Prince Williams/ATLPics.net Congrats! Kandi Says She’s Having A Baby Via Surrogate Kandi’s getting her wish to have another baby. As previously reported the RHOA star said she was hoping to conceive with her husband Todd Tucker but was having difficulty getting pregnant. “You know how we all just think it’s easy?” said Kandi to ESSENCE. “You’re going to get pregnant whenever you feel like it?” she asked rhetorically, laughing. “For years and years, I was on birth control [and I] didn’t even know that I didn’t need it anymore.” Now she’s revealing that she’s taking a different route and will use a surrogate to have baby number #3. This comes after she revealed on RHOA that she has two frozen girl embryos ready to use. She tells US Magazine: “Yeah, yeah, we’re moving forward,” said Kandi, 42. “We’ve decided we wanted to … get a surrogate.” Burruss dished: “We did find someone, and right now we are in the process — you know it hasn’t been done — but we’re in the process.” Good for Kandi, we know Riley isn’t pleased considering she was on RHOA shunning her parents from having another kid, but this is GREAT news. Baby Ace is going to be a big brother. Kandi also told US that she’s nervous about the process and doesn’t have any friends to turn to for advice about surrogacy. “Like, I don’t have anybody who can tell me [about it]. When we were going through the IVF process, I did have a couple of friends who had done it, so, you know, I could talk to them, but this is a situation where I don’t have anybody I can talk to.” While Kandi won’t have any friends who’ve been through surrogacy, she can later bond with her buddy Kenya Moore whose recovering from a cesarean delivery of her daughter Brooklyn Doris Daly. Kandi recently sent Kenya some flowers during her recovery. Congratulations Kandi!
