Kelly has complained that his life is nothing short of hell. The “Pied Piper” revealed that he’s suffering from a host of health ailments, can’t see his two young gal pals at the same time and doesn’t have enough phone time while he remains behind bars and without bail on federal sex abuse charges. In a letter to the judge, the lawyer for the “Step In The Name Of Love” singer said his health has rapidly deteriorated since he was jailed on July 16 . Steve Greenberg said his client is now dealing with acute anxiety, numbness in his hand and untreated hernia – and isn’t getting proper medical care. Greenberg wrote the letter to try to persuade the judge to release the disgraced singer on bail. The lawyer pointed out that Kelly is broke – so he doesn’t have the means to pay off witnesses or to skip town. He said that the feds had confiscated his passport, so there’s no way that he could leave the country, and he reiterated that Kelly didn’t have a criminal record and didn’t run away during his first child sex trial more than 10 years ago. The judge has yet to rule on the motion.

This negative trend is continuing according to reports from TMZ that the rapper has been ordered to pay $150,000 for allegedly orchestrating a fake concert that was promoted under his name. According to court documents obtained by the publication, Wayne was being sued by Ramin Natan for both breach of contract and fraud. The judge ruled in favor of Natan in a default settlement, because Wayne didn’t ever bother tending to the lawsuit. Now, the New Orleans rapper has to pay Natan a smooth $150K in damages. This news comes after Natan first filed this lawsuit back in January. According to the client and his lawyers, Lil Wayne and the Migos are “Ponzi scheme artists” that book shows that they never truly intended on performing at in the first place. Natan says that he gave Eric Stenger $500,000 to promote a Lil Wayne concert, even though Stenger was never a concert promoter at all. Natan feels like Stenger knew Lil Wayne and gave the rapper the $500,000 to perform, but he never showed up. Weezy was served with the lawsuit papers months ago and never responded to Natan’s claims. As a result, the judge ruled in the plaintiff’s favor. In most cases, the judge will give the defendant another chance to respond to being served before the verdict is finalized–but it’s unclear if Lil Wayne is going to move forward with the process or just shell out the $150,000. Hopefully concerts stop being such a negative for Wayne (and his fans) sometime soon.

That’s right — Hailey and Justin Bieber’s wedding is just days away and Hailey threw a wild bachelorette party last night to celebrate. And to mentally prepare us, TYVM. According to the Daily Mail, Hailey and some of her famous pals — yes, Kendall Jenner — took on the night by going out in West Hollywood and hitting several spots, including Delilah’s nightclub. Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are proving once again that they do not play by their family’s rules . Of course, because we are everyday, ordinary citizens, we support their rebellious behavior. While most parents get angry or frustrated at their child for not wanting to attend school, Michelle and Jim Bob’s parenting skills are rather different and very outdated. They believe that their homeschooling is enough to get the job done, which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing if they didn’t draw the line at learning outside of their walls. It’s honestly sad that Jim Bob and Michelle are so committed to raising their children by these weird standards that they’re willing to jeopardize their children’s futures. But when it comes to Jill and Derick Duggar, well, it actually sounds like they may want what’s best for their kids! According to a new confession by Jill’s husband, their children may not be following their unconventional path of learning! In a new post on Instagram, a fan asked Derick if he and Jill’s sons, Samuel and Israel, will head to college one day, to which he responded, “Probably.” Derick’s college statement surprised many fans, mainly because Jill is very open up about how much she loves homeschooling her two boys . “Even when I was looking at homeschooling curriculum (yes, Israel [only] just turned three but I’m just excited!), I was reminded of all the fun things my mom did with us kids to help make learning fun!” Jill said in a May 2018 post. She added that she is always reminded by her mom in some way, whether it be cooking, gardening, singing, organizing, or teaching. But luckily, it sounds like she won’t be as strict on her children as her mom was on her, and her 18 siblings. Derick’s thoughts on education may have recently changed since the controversial Duggar-in-law decided to attend college last year. He is enrolled in a three-year program at the University of Arkansas School of Law and he is very open about his experience. “Loved spending some quality time with my oldest son, who accompanied me as I wrapped up some stuff on campus today,” Derick captioned a photo of Israel inside of a library, adding #futurelawhog. Radar reported that Derick decided to go back to school after he and Jill got kicked off the family’s hit TLC show for his homophobic comments regarding Jazz Jennings . Jill, according to Radar , is working as a midwife for the time being. We can only hope that Derick and Jill continue to bend the Duggar family rules for the sake of their family maybe turning out somewhat normal; besides, we would love to see their kiddos start a new family tradition! Officials in New Zealand are calling for an investigation after a student’s body reportedly went undiscovered for almost two months in his college dorm room. According to New Zealand news outlet Stuff , the unnamed student was found dead around 11 p.m. on Monday after students at the University of Canterbury’s Sonoda Christchurch campus complained of a strong smell coming from the room. According to a friend, the dead student’s stepfather contacted his friends on Sunday looking for him. “He contacted my friends first to try and reach him and when they couldn’t, he told us he would call the police,” the friend told the outlet. Student Was Dead in Dorm for Nearly 2 Months Before Being Discovered
WARNING! CHICAGO FIRE SPOILERS AHEAD! Stop reading right now if you have not yet watched Chicago Fire Season 8 Episode 1 — and if you have plans to do so. Over the past 7 seasons, Chicago Fire has certainly included its fair share of heartbreaking storylines and near-death experiences. However, this intense and shocking season premiere took things to an entirely new level, basically eliminating the whole near -death part of the experience. The episode picked up mere seconds after season 7 cut to black, with the basement fire threatening everyone’s lives. While everyone seemed to be accounted for, Joe Cruz heard the distress signal alarm going off, which informed the group that a firefighter was not breathing. GULP . It was at this point that he found Otis… badly burnt and unconscious. But no way would the series kill him off, right? Sorry, folks: Wrong. Once everyone arrived to the hospital, while Otis was still breathing, the group was informed he wouldn’t make it. Otis is dead, you guys. Before taking his final breath, Otis turned to Cruz in the hospital and said a Russian phrase. It translated to: “Brother, I will be with you, always.” Cue ALL the tears. There’s gonna be pressures on them, but it’s not pressures on their relationship as much as external pressures on them as people. What’s interesting about it is the way that they support each other.
