The allegations about R. Kelly’s sex cult house of horrors are enough to keep you up at night. And they just keep coming. While the Time’s Up movement pushes to #MuteRKelly , yet another woman who says that she was one of his victims is speaking out. In fact, she’s taking him to court. In court documents filed in a New York lawsuit and obtained by E! , Faith Rodgers accuses Kelly of a number of things. She says that he would lock her in secluded areas for extended periods of time as punishment. She accuses him of “willfully, deliberately, and maliciously” infecting her with herpes. R. Kelly is accused of recording her without her consent during sexual contact. He is accused of both forceful and non-consensual sexual contact with Faith. She also says that he inflicted mental, sexual, and verbal abuse upon her during their relationship, which spanned for nearly a year. Faith’s attorney, Lydia C. Hills, explains why they filed this lawsuit in New York. “The criminal investigation is still ongoing in the state of Texas.” It comes down, in part, to jurisdiction. “We have decided to file the civil suit in New York, as this is the location where the initial sexual contact and several other incidents took place.” Faith herself shares her horrifying allegations about that initial contact, below. “My goal is simply to obtain justice for my client, and hopefully, prevent this from happening to anyone else.” They are seeking damages in a jury trial. In an interview with CBS This Morning , Faith describes an upsetting-to-read encounter with R. Kelly that took place in New York. “He turns on all the lights and he’s like, ‘Take off your clothes’ and he says it with authority in his voice.” That is unsurprising from a man who is accustomed to having women obey his every command. “I didn’t take off my clothes because why would I? I just wasn’t ready for sex.” Unfortunately, he then forced non-consensual sex upon her, Faith alleges. “He has this type of like intimidation right off the bat, so I was just waiting for it to be over.” On top of that, she says that he did not warn her that he had herpes. R. Kelly is accused of keeping women as “pets,” and we are all too familiar with accusations of him isolating them and depriving them of food. Faith says that she got out before she was fully part of his traveling group of kept women. She does, however, describe why she accuses him of false imprisonment. She says that Kelly allegedly locked her in a car for eight hours . Faith’s next words may send a chill down your spine as you take in the scope of R. Kelly’s alleged victims. With Becca set to debut as The Bachelorette this coming Monday, Arie and Lauren went out of their way on Wednesday morning to upstage their nemesis and make a major announcement… The controversial couple has announced its wedding date! And its wedding location! (We’re mostly kidding about the whole nemesis thing, but Arie did dump Becca on national television after The Bachelor finale and then propose to Lauren on the After the Rose special that same night.) “We are very excited to tell you guys that we have booked a venue,” Burnham said on The View today. “We’re getting married in Hawaii on January 12th next year!” Arie then provided a few more details: “It’s in Maui – it’s at Haiku Mill which has this beautiful, old world feel with a lot of vines and greenery. “It’s not your typical beach wedding. And it’s a private wedding, so not on TV – just a close group of friends. Probably 100 guests.” Wow. We’re actually surprised by this last part of Arie’s statement. Based on the way he and Lauren have acted and a few things they’ve said, we simply assumed the stars would get married on television. (Then again, we also assume they won’t even make it to the altar because, come on, does any couple who supposedly fell in love on The Bachelor?) “We’re just really happy with each other and we vibe well together,” Lauren said. “We’re best friends, so we’re just ready for that next step.” She even said they would take this marital step “tomorrow” if they could, but there’s too much to plan for that to be realistic. He then asked for Lauren’s hand in marriage, stunning viewers who had witnessed the Becca proposal just an hour or so earlier in real time on their TV. “It was a big risk to do what I did and I know that it wasn’t a popular decision. But it was a decision I had to make for myself. … I knew that Lauren was the person I was supposed to be with,” Luyendyk Jr. said of the moment. He continued: “I never watched the finale, so we don’t really know how that breakup looked on TV. But breakups are hard, and I think that everyone handles it in a different way. “They say it was unedited, but it was edited. Jill Duggar is in a tough spot. She’s committed to both her dense husband, Derick Dillard, and the ultra-conservative values of her upbringing, but at the same time, she seems well aware that the core tenets of both often come into conflict with her compassionate tendencies and her belief in Christian charity. Jill has attempted to live comfortably in both worlds by distancing herself from Derick’s comments , while simultaneously standing by her man. She’s implied that she doesn’t share all of Derick’s views, but she also quit Counting On as a gesture of solidarity after he got fired from the show. Unfortunately, it seems that Jill has struck a compromise that pleases no one. Her more left-leaning fans remain unimpressed by her refusal to speak out against Derick more directly, while her conservative followers feel that Jill is undermining the beliefs she was raised with by suggesting she sometimes disagrees with her husband. It’s a conflict that keeps resulting in tense debates in the comments of her Instagram page. And Jill’s latest post has resulted in a full-blown battleground: Jill posted the above photo yesterday, along with a caption reading: “Congrats to my little Aivah on her kindergarten graduation!” She added the hashtag “#proudmadrina,” and many fans pointed out that “madrina” is Spanish for godmother. The photo comes on the heels of a series of a post in which Derick praised Donald Trump and joked about his eldest son helping to build “the Wall” along America’s southern border. For obvious reasons, many of Jill’s followers were struck by the sharp contrast of the spouse’s recent social media activity. And some went so far as to call Jill out for hypocrisy: “You’re with Latinos but you want that wall to be built… y’all funny as f–k,” wrote one follower. “Funny how Derick taught Izzy all about the Wall to keep people out, and here you are showcasing your ‘brown’ friends. The Royal Wedding may be over, but the Royal Life has only just begun for Meghan Markle. Mere days after she captured the heart of a nation by exchanging vows with Prince Harry, Markle made her first official appearance. Not as Meghan Markle, of course. But as The Duchess of Sussex. Equipped with this new title and the perfect look to go along with it, Markle attended a 70th birthday party in honor of her father-in-law, Prince Charles. He is also the man who walked Meghan down the aisle last Saturday after Meghan’s own father fell victim to some health problems. Prince Harry and his lovely wife arrived at Buckingham Palace in London on Tuesday afternoon to attend a garden party for the former’s dad, a gathering that caused the newlyweds to postpone their honeymoon. It remains unclear exactly where the couple will vacation when they do finally get away from it all, but most Royal Sources assume it will be somewhere in Africa. For this festive occasion, Harry went with a classic black suit over a white button-down shirt and a blue necktie. Markle, whose fashion will now be scrutinzed for the rest of her life, donned a pale pink hat and a blush-colored Goat dress with sheer detailing. She styled her brunette hair in a chic side chignon. In photos from the party, Markle is seen sharing a laugh Charles and with Charles and Duchess Camilla, as over 6,000 people actually attended this celebration. Prince Charles does not turn 70 until November 14, but this event served to honor patronage, military affiliations and the charities he supports. The gathering also recognized the emergency personnel who responded to the terror attack at Ariana Grande’s concert at the Manchester Arena, which took place exactly one year ago on Tuesday. Such an awful tragedy. In the days since the wedding, Prince Charles has received heaps of praise in the British press for the welcome he offered to Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland. At one point, he was seen taking Doria’s hand in the chapel when she was overcome with the emotion of the big day. Later, he walked with her as he departed the chapel alongside his wife. Harry and Meghan, of course, tied the knot in front of approximately 600 guests at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on Saturday, May 19. Later that night, they celebrated at a private reception – hosted by Charles – with about 200 of their close friends and family members. Last week, Teen Mom OG fans were stunned by news that Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra were divorcing after three years of marriage and nearly 13 years as a couple.
