Because Bella Thorne can take and post a selfie of her wearing pretty much anything and it qualifies as important breaking news, here’s the latest from the hardest-working hottie on Snapchat. Looks like she went with short shorts and showing off her sexy stomach today. Good choice. I can’t wait to see what she does for an encore tomorrow. Enjoy.
THIS JUST IN: Ben Higgins is not a perfect person. You may have previously thought the ex-Bachelor star was infallible, but Higgins is here to tell you otherwise. Back in mid-May, Higgins and Lauren Bushnell finally broke up . The split was a very long time in the making, considering Higgins called off the couple’s engagement last fall (on an episode of their Freeform reality show, natch) – and considering there had been rumors that Higgins was still in touch with JoJo Fletcher . The latter allegation was never proven correct, but chatter about the twosome’s demise was clearly on the right track. “It is with heavy hearts that we announce our decision to go our separate ways,” Ben and Lauren said in a joint statement on May 15, adding: “We feel fortunate for all the time that we had together, and we will remain friends with much love and respect for one another. “We wish nothing but the best for each other, and ask for your support and understanding at this time.” Your basic, run of the mill celebrity break-up statement for the most part. A few days after this split went viral, Higgins opened up about his failed relationship on a podcast. “Lauren will always be one of my best friends,” the former Bachelor said , adding on air: “It’s tough. It’s hard to say goodbye to somebody that you spent so much time with and it’s hard to say goodbye to somebody that you really did believe was the one for you.” But did Ben really believe this? Or did he string Bushnell along, after asking her to give up her career and move to Denver for him, no less? We may never know for certain, but Higgins has been under a great deal of fire on social media for his treatment of Lauren. And he’s finally had it. Taking to Instagram last night, Higgins went off on a nice little rant, slamming his critics and trying to explain that he never meant Bushnell any harm “I cannot focus on the negative comments or indecently hateful words being said about me or my relationship even though they do sting,” he wrote alongside a photo of himself and his podcast co-host Ashley Iaconetti. But Ben was far from finished. “I will once again clearly tell you I AM NOT PERFECT as none of us are and I have never claimed to be,” he wrote, going on as follows: “The last few months have not gone the way I would have preferred. My relationships have changed drastically and what I envisioned my life was going to be has been redirected. “It is sad, but it is nothing you should feel sorry for me about, life happens both the good and bad.” Ben apparently has been receiving some flak for starting a podcast, perhaps because folks this he only went on The Bachelor to further his professional agenda. “I do desire to show love in all situations (do I always do that? No, I fail often),” Higgins wrote in this same post, addressing this negative talk and adding: “To be clear, not that this should be a surprise, but this podcast is a professional decision I have made to enhance my life and career.” Higgins concluded his lengthy post by offering some life advice to his followers. What makes him qualified to dole it out? Who knows. View Slideshow: 17 Most Shocking Moments in Bachelor History: Who Can Forget #13?! But he still wrote: Love as hard as you can (even to strangers). Ask yourself what life is about and pursue your conclusion with passion. When a good opportunity comes your way that fits your desires take it, because life is short but a lot more fun when you are doing something you enjoy.

Ariana Grande has talked the inspiring talk. And now she’s about to walk the fundraising walk. Just as she vowed she would do a few days ago in a moving statement , the artist has put together a concert in Manchester that won’t just honor the victims who died in last week’s nail bombing massacre… … it will also raise money for their families. As you very likely know by now, Grande had just finished a show in this same British city last Monday when tragedy struck. A terrorist detonated an explosive that killed 22 attendees , while also injuring dozens and dozens more. Grande rushed back to Florida to be with her family shortly after the attack, Tweeting that she was “broken” by what transpired and offering her heartfelt condolences to all affected by the massacre. But the young artist then re-grouped and came up with a plan of action. She will return to Manchester on June 4 for what is being titled the “One Love Manchester” concert. And she’s bringing some famous friends along with her. Here is what we now know about the special event: – It will be held at the city’s Old Trafford cricket ground, which can seat over 76,000 people. – Along with Grande, the following musicians are scheduled to perform: Justin Bieber, Take That, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Coldplay Niall Horan and Pharrell Williams. – Those who attended the ill-fated May 22 concert can request free tickets to see the show. – Regular tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Manchester time this Thursday, June 1. – All proceeds will go to an emergency fund set up by the city of Manchester and the British Red Cross to benefit the families of victims who perished in the bomb or victims who were injured in the attack. In the wake of this unimaginable crime, many of the stars who will take to the stage in Manchester Tweeted their support and prayers. “Broken hearted for the families tonight. Broken hearted for Ari. Broken hearted for the state of this world,” wrote Perry, while Bieber added: “#PrayforManchester.” Wrote Coldplay last week: “sending all of our Love to all those affected by last night’s tragedy in manchester.” Cyrus, meanwhile, dedicated the following performance on The Voice to everyone associated with this bombing: Miley Cyrus Dedicates The Voice Performance to Ariana Grande Grande has canceled all European tour dates up through June 7; it’s unclear right now if she’ll take the stage in Paris that night as initially planned. But here is a portion of what she wrote on Friday, as she announced this tribute concert and made fans out of pretty much every person on the planet: My heart, prayers and deepest condolences or with the victims of the Manchester Attack and their loved ones. There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you are feeling or to make this better. However, I extend my hand and heart and everything I possibly can give to you and yours, should you want or need my help in any way… Music is something that everyone on Earth can share. Music is meant to heal us, to bring us together, to make us happy. So that is what it will continue to do for us. We will continue in honor of the ones we lost, their loved ones, my fans and all affected by this tragedy. They will be on my mind and in my heart everyday and I will think of them with everything I do for the rest of my life. View Slideshow: Manchester Bombing: A Tribute to the Victims Amen, Ariana. Warning: There are three people involved in this story, and perpetually-parched celebrity photographer Tyler Shields might be the least obnoxious one. You may remember Shields from the time when he took lots photos of Lindsay Lohan seductively nibbling her fingers , back when that was a thing some people wanted to see. Chronicling the life of LiLo never helped Shields develop into a slightly less creepy Terry Richardson like it was supposed to, so these days he's changing strategies. Interestingly, he remains fixated on Cheeto-colored throwback celebs who wore out their welcomes well over a decade ago. And now, Shields has figured out a way to squeeze two carrot-hued relics into one desperate publicity stunt. Yes, if you've spent much time on social media today, then you probably caught wind of the controversy involving Kathy Griffin and a bloody, beheaded Trump dummy. If you haven 't been on Twitter in the past couple hours, we recommend you keep your distance, as the takes are more red hot than Jared Kushner's face when someone uses the phrase “back channel” in his presence. They're hotter than the incubation room where Steve Bannon stores the leathery eggs of his future progeny. They might even be hotter than the young, Lahren-esque communications director who will emerge out of nowhere once Kellyanne and Spicy go missing sometime next week. People are pissed, is what we're saying. And of course, no one is more pissed than noted famous name-haver and grown up kid from The Omen , Donald Trump, Jr. “Disgusting but not surprising. This is the left today. They consider this acceptable,” an irate DJTJ told the press today. Griffin is sticking to her guns, claiming that she does not condone violence, and is merely sticking it to the “Mocker-in-Chief” in the crass fashion he seems to prefer. “There was blood coming out of his eyes, blood coming out of his … wherever,” Griffin said, referencing last year's infamous Trump-Megyn Kelly feud . Check out some footage from the photo shoot to decide for yourself if Griffin was out of line, or just giving Donnie a taste of his own medicine:
You guys know that I do my best to stay up-to-date on all the latest hotties and wannabe celebrities out there. But every once in a while, I miss one. Like this hot topless blonde here. According to my sources, she goes by Halsey , she’s a singer and she’s got a new album coming out this week. Anyway, I can’t tell you if her music’s any good, but if these pictures are any indication, I think she’s definitely got what it takes to be a big star: a nice body and a willingness to show it off for the cameras. That’s the kind of talent you can’t teach. Or auto-tune.
I’ve been jealous of a lot of weird sh%t over the years, but I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve ever been jealous of a giant plastic skull. Then again, I’m jealous of pretty much anything that gets to be within 5 feet of Victoria Justice and that perfect body of hers, including that swimsuit she’s currently got on. But who knows. Maybe in my next life, I can come back as one of her bikinis. Fingers crossed!
French Mayor Threatens To “Stop” Black Feminists Festival For Excluding Non-Black People Organizers of an event called Nyansapo Festival in France intended for Black feminist s caught a lot of grief from Anne Hidalgo, the mayor of Paris this week. The mayor threatened to halt the festival for it’s lack of permission for ‘all’ to engage in certain parts of the event, according to France 24 . The event organizers say it is important to restrict access to certain sessions so that black women can engage in open, honest conversations about their unique struggles, without judgement from others, according to the report. The non-black mayor did not like that, at all. The Nyansapo festival has divided its events into four categories– those open exclusively to black women (which account for 80% of activities), those open to both black women and black men, those open to women of colour and those open to everyone. The majority of events are reserved for black female participants. An outcry of white tears commenced on twitter, where people openly condemned the event. Even a French ‘race’ organization called LICRA says Rosa Park would’ve had a fit if she saw the ‘discriminatory’ festival guidelines. The anti-racist struggle become the alibi of a rising nationalism. The mayor then reposted the flyer and added her disgust with the exclusion of white women from certain areas of the festival. In translation, she says: I condemn with firmness the Organization to # Paris event “forbidden to whites”. Je condamne avec fermeté l'organisation à #Paris de cet événement “interdit aux blancs”. https://t.co/DKJmdPry5v — Anne Hidalgo (@Anne_Hidalgo) May 28, 2017 Since a part of the event took place in the city hall, Hidalgo threatened to stop the event altogether. “I am asking for this festival to be banned,” the mayor said, adding she also reserved the right “to prosecute the organizers for discrimination”. Later in the day, Hidalgo tweeted that she had found a “solution” to the problem. The festival organized in a public space will be open to everyone. Workshops with restricted participation will be held on a strictly private basis. But, the gag is…that was the plan for the organizers all along. The therapeutic session were being held privately and off of municipal grounds in the first place, according to reports. Thoughts?
