The Bachelorette will not announce its winner until next week. But one thing we can now say for certain, without the help of reading any The Bachelorette spoilers or anything, is the following: Luke Parker is a total and complete loser. The sexist pig was in the spotlight on Monday evening's Men Tell All special, as he tried to defend his behavior on the show and his attitude toward Hannah Brown in general. It did not go well. No Regrets Here At the outset of the Men Tell All episode, a clip was shown of the remainder of what went down in Greece after Brown finally sent Parker in Greece to close out last Monday night’s episode. 2. I’ve Seen the Light! “I finally was hit right in the face with what everybody else saying,” Hannah explained in a confessional. “I was like, ‘I now can relate,’ and I sent Luke home. The other guys have no idea … I have no regrets. I feel like f-ck that guy and not an ounce of me misses him, wants him in my life or will question my decisions. I’m so glad Luke is finally gone and I never have to see him again.” 3. Never, Though?!? Their trial separation did nothing but prove that Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierre really do love each other . But the time that they spent apart was difficult, especially because Catelynn was pregnant at the time. In fact, she has now come forward to reveal that, while she was pregnant with Vaeda, she contemplated an abortion. On Monday night’s Teen Mom OG , Catelynn spoke very frankly about the difficult decisions that she faced. “There was points I was like, I’m going to f–king move everything and leave and he’s going to come home to nothing,” she tells a producer. That is an understandable an not an uncommon impulse, especially during a trial separation. “There’s still sometimes where I’m like, man I feel really guilty,” Catelynn confesses. She explains: “I feel guilty for even contemplating aborting Vaeda.” Catelynn then expresses a truly endaring concern — that Vaeda will mystically inherit the knowledge of her mother’s huge decision. “Like,” Catelynn wonders. “Is she going to remember that?” “They say when you’re pregnant, things that you go through in life, things that you say and stuff, they feel and they hear,” she worries. Fortunately, in real life, no — a fetus may experience a wash of adrenaline or certain hormones. It’s not just that complicated thoughts aren’t magically transmitted to one’s womb — a fetus would have no way of understanding the mother’s thoughts. “We were going through so much in our relationship and stuff,” Catelynn says of why she wondered if it was the right time for another child. “I was just like, is it smart to bring a child into this world if me and him aren’t going to be together?” she explains. “I remember talking to him about it, crying,” Catelynn recalls. “Like maybe I should just abort this baby” “And,” she describes. “He was like, ‘No.'” Catelynn is ultimately “glad” she didn’t go through with it, but notes: “at the time, it was a thought in my mind.” Between a heavy conversation during one of their “date nights” and the pregnancy, Tyler says that hew as truly motivated to fix their marriage. “I knew I cannot bring another kid into the world together and not working on these things,” he explains. That is very responsible. He admits that Catelynn considering an abortion had “really freaked me out.” Tyler says that he knew “in my heart, in my spirit” that the two of them would unite and “parent this baby.” Tyler also addressed Catelynn’s concern that Vaeda would somehow “feel” Catelynn’s indecision. “Whatever happened in the womb,” he assures his wife. Tyler continues: “Your love and life and giving it to her is going to outweigh anything that happened the nine months she was growing inside you.” “You’re really strong,” he affirms to the mother of his children. That is really precious and it sounds like exactly the right thing to say. Catelynn really, truly doesn’t need to worry that Vaeda will magically intuit much of anything from her pregnancy. Stress, malnutrition, and drug use can absolutely impact a developing fetus. It doesn’t make the baby born with special adult knowledge. But that’s a fine conversation for Catelynn to have with Vaeda one day. “I wanted to make absolutely sure that your father and I could give you your best chance,” she could tell Vaeda. “We realized that we could,” Catelynn can continue. “So we decided to bring you into the world.” It’s as simple as that. For well over a year, reports of a feud between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have dominated tabloid headlines. And recent photos and footage of Kate and Meghan enjoying each other’s company at Wimbledon seem to serve as evidence that the duchesses do not dislike each other at all. So did they really keep their distance and go to such great pains to disentangle their lives simply because their husbands couldn’t get along? Jill Duggar has two kids. That’s about the average size of an American family these days — but Jill’s is no average American family. No, Jill is a Duggar, which means she was taught from a young age that procreation is basically her sole reason for being. Right now, for example, five Duggar women are pregnant , and most of them are expected to deliver before the end of the year. Jill’s parents, of course, birthed a litter of 19 children, and several of her siblings have stated they would like to beat that family record. Some are already well on their way, including Josh and Anna Duggar who are currently expecting their sixth child . So the idea that Jill might be shutting down the baby factory after just two kids is anathema to many Duggar fans. Now, Jill and Derick haven’t officially announced that they’re through expanding their family. But the couple has dropped some intriguing hints on social media in recent weeks. The Dillards held an Instagram Live session earlier this week, and at one point the topic of kids came up (as it pretty much always does when there’s a Duggar involved). At one point Derick asked his wife , “Are you pregnant?” When Jill looked aghast, Derick clarified, “I wasn’t saying that! Somebody else [in the comments] was asking if you were pregnant.” “Jill’s not pregnant,” he told the audience. “We’re not going to be pregnant this year.” “Well, how do you know?” Jill asked, to which Derick responded, “I don’t know but, I mean. There isn’t anything you’re not telling me is there?” Dillard added: “We’re definitely not having a baby this year. That’s biologically, pretty much impossible,” A surprising number of fans took that as a revelation that Jill is struggling with infertility issues. We’re pretty sure it was just Derick’s way of making a joke, as it’s July, and are there only five months left in the year, which makes it very unlikely that Jill will be welcoming any offspring before 2020. Jill and Derick recently built a home near her parents’ house in Tontitown, Arkansas, and as you can see — it’s not terribly large. Some fans have taken this as additional evidence that the Dillards are done having kids. Of course, the size could have simply been a practical matter, as Derick is in law school , and Jill is a stay-at-home mom (pretty much the only job available to Duggar women), which means neither of them is working full-time at the moment. Their financial situation may have factored into their family planning, as well, as the Dillards may have decided they simply can’t afford more kids. But hey, we’re sure Derick will be pulling in a decent-sized lawyer income eventually, and the Dillards can always build on more rooms — if they so desire. Last month, Anfisa Nava conquered at ther very first bodybuilding competition . She’s always looked good in a bikini, but she went through a radical body transformation to qualify and to win. Now, Anfisa is clapping back at body-shamers who tell her that she’s too muscular. People have tried to say all sorts of things about Anfisa’s new figure, as if it were their business. Clearly, she has been aware of these critics all along. “They say ‘Muscles make you look manly’…” Anfisa’s caption begins. She continues: “I personally have never felt more feminine and happy than I do now.” Hey, good for her! “It’s all about how you feel on the inside,” Anfisa correctly affirms. “And not what you look like on the outside.” That’s true with self-confidence, gender expression, and so much more. “All shapes and sizes can be beautiful,” she accurately states. Anfisa notes that this beauty is possible “as long as you live in harmony with yourself.” That’s a really encouraging message — especially from someone whose recent body transformation was so dramatic. Right on the heels of her victory, it would be easy for Anfisa to ignore hateful comments. Instead, she’s reminding everyone that what is or is not “girly” is incredbily subjective. Anfisa herself is clearly over the moon about her recent awards. “To be honest I still can’t believe I won every class I competed in last weekend,” Anfisa gushed. “Only when I look at the photos and my trophies,” she admitted. “I realize that it actually happened!” Anfisa’s bodybuilding was a means to an end — and also something to pass the time while Jorge remains in prison. But some people didn’t like the look on her body. They felt that she looked too lean, or too muscular, or both. Those same people decided to be very vocal about their opinions on social media. Having a strong opinion one way or the other on someone’s appearance is mostly normal. Trying to make that opinion Anfisa’s problem by tell her about it is not okay. It’s not like she’s gonna f–k you either way. Anfisa’s diet comes down to what she eats and how much of it. She has explained that she trimmed down by making food herself instead of going out to eat. Anfisa then coupled that with ecercise to build muscle. The final and most difficult step was a non-sustainable starvation diet undertaken in the days before the competition. That was the diet that made her muscles especially visible. Now that the competition is over, Anfisa is on a “reverse-diet” to try to restore some of her body’s energy reserves. It wasn’t so many months ago — last December, really — that this was just an idea in Anfisa’s mind. She worked hard and made it happen. It looks like she could have a real future in this bodybuilding “hobby” that she chose for herself. Of course, in only about 13 months, her husband Jorge may be released from prison. (That is expected, but he may have to wait a few months longer than that) Anfisa may want to keep up with her career after he comes home, or she may not. Either way, more power to her. It’s only mid-July, but all over the country, school districts are shortening breaks in favor of longer school years. And so, in some areas of the South (Where their summer breaks tend to start and end earlier.), it’s already back-to-school season. Most kids are probably pretty bummed about starting school in mid-July — but we’re guessing Kaiser Griffith and Maryssa Eason are pretty okay with it. Yes, it’s hard to believe he’s growing up so fast, but little Kaiser began kindergarten this week. Jenelle posted photos of Kai’s first day of kindergarten and Maryssa’s first day of 7th grade on her Instagram page this week. “#FirstDayOfSchool,” she captioned the pics. “These kiddos are getting so big, so fast!” Jenelle continued, adding the hashtags, “#BittersweetMoments #Motivated and #SchoolDays.” Some fans were taken aback that Jenelle’s kids start school so early in the summer. Others, of course, are still in shock that she was able to regain custody of Kaiser and Maryssa . Yes, as we’re sure you know, Evans lost custody of three of her kids following a CPS investigation back in May. The shocking decision to dismiss the case did not go over well on social media — which is no great surprise, what with the kids being returned to a home with a psychopath who’s known to shoot and kill beloved pets during his infamous temper tantrums. Jenelle’s comments section is a curated space these days, with the disgraced former reality star devoting a lot of time to deleting negative comments. But clearly, she didn’t catch them all — or consider the fact that folks on other social media platforms can still discuss her pics with impunity. “Ummm I thought you coparented with everyone fine? Where is his Father & WTF kind of school/parents would let this guy around their kids?” asked Twitter user @anon_mafioso, remarking on Nathan Griffith’s absence from the photos “You should be thankful you even get to see those kids,” Instagrammer shesworthwords commented. That one pretty much sums up the general feeling toward Jenelle getting her children back. She made it clear from the start that she considers herself the victim of an appalling injustice and feels that her kids were taken from her as the result of a smear campaign coordinated by the media and her family. This, obviously, is batsh-t thinking, but it’s what we’ve come to expect from Jenelle. We just hope that she occasionally takes some time out from her self-pity to consider the fact that is indeed quite lucky to have her kids returned to her — and she should do everything in her power to provide a safe and stable environment for them, so that they need not be uprooted again. For reasons that no one can quite understand, Cats debuted its trailer this week. The star-studded ensemble cast includes the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, and Dame Judi Dench. (And Idris Elba, and Sir Ian McKellen, and Rebel Wilson, and Jason Derulo … it's quite a list) The trailer for the film is nothing short of unnerving. A lot of people like the idea of human-cat hybrids – they appear across all sorts of fiction. But apparently a bunch of humanoid motion-capture cats who are the sizes of real cats is a little much. Twitter lost its mind, and the online responses are perhaps as entertaining as the trailer itself was unsettling. 1. Do you want to have nightmares? Because watching a bunch of familiar people play anthropomorphic cats who are also the size of real cats is a great way to have nightmares. 2. Oh no!! A lot of people were weirded out by seeing a furry Jigglypuff in Detective Pikachu (jiggly is a BALLOON Pokemon and, as such, should have been smooth). But that’s nothing compared to what’s happened to Dame Judi Dench here. 3. Same energy One of the best episodes of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and also one of the most memorable involves the gang putting on a deeply unsettling musical. But even the creepiness of the Nightman gets overshadowed by the horror of Cats. 4. The trailer needs some warnings Do not mix with marijuana, folks. We’re guessing that this could go for a number of other substances, too. 5. Wait …. what if they play it in theaters? Most of us watched the Cats trailer with some warning of what we were getting into, thanks to social media. Imagine being an innocent theater goer and then this deeply cursed trailer plays. 6. We really are in a golden age of horror films All clowns are vile, so it doesn’t take much to turn one into a horror villain. It takes true art to turn beloved cats into something this unnerving.
