Khloe’s younger brother has been living with the couple on and off for several years in their Calabasas, Calif. mansion and after the latest round of reports that Lamar had cheated on Khloe, “Rob confronted Lamar and it got heated very, very quickly. Rob and Lamar have been close since he came into Khloe’s life,” a family insider told Radar. “When Rob asked Lamar point blank if he had cheated on Khloe with criminal defense attorney, Polina Polonsky, he refused to answer the question. Rob grew angrier that Lamar didn’t respond, and he ended up just leaving the house. A lot of people bash Rob, but he truly has his sister’s back, and is very protective of her.” The reality TV starlet kicked cheating Lamar out of the marital residence, “after the most recent reports about Lamar’s affair with Polina became public. Khloe and Lamar are talking daily, but he isn’t allowed back in the house,” an insider said. “Rob has been continuing to stay with Khloe, and has been a big source of support for her at this very difficult time.” At least they didn’t come to blows…this time. Somebody put them paws on her . Terrence Howard Allegedly Gives Ex-Wife Black Eye Terrence this is a bad look. What were you thinking letting the ex-wife tag along? That was just asking for trouble. According to TMZ Terrence Howard’s ex-wife filed legal docs with a graphic allegation — that the actor sucker punched her in the face, grabbed her by the neck and threw her against the wall. In the docs — obtained by TMZ — Michelle Ghent alleges the brutality occurred during a trip last week to Costa Rica. She says the fight started after she told Terrence she had no interest in firing up a relationship with him — they divorced in May. Michelle says after Terrence hit her, he glared at her and walked over to a bedside table where he kept 2 curved knives — 4-6 inches in length. Michelle says she panicked and then pepper sprayed him. At that point she claims Terrence knocked her down and then kicked her repeatedly in the head. In addition to the black eye, Michelle says she suffered contusions and swelling. And, she says, he referred to a prior warning he had given her on a trip to Bora Bora — threatening to kill her. For his part, Terrence claims in his legal docs that she made up the story to damage him, timing it for his movie premiere of “The Butler.” Terrence claims she threatened to kill him and he believes she’s serious. He also says she’s been admitted to a psych hospital in the past. Michelle got a temporary restraining order Tuesday, requiring Terrence to stay clear of her. Kanye really needs to be on “Fix My Life.” Kanye Attacks Paparazzi At LAX Again Why does Kanye stay mad? Has he finally realized that naming his baby North West sets her up to be bullied for the rest of her life? Is Kris Jenner getting to the ninja? According to TMZ Kanye West allegedly just attacked another photog at LAX moments ago — and it’s so bad … paramedics are on scene. Sources connected with the photog tell us, Kanye was on his way out of the airport when he went ballistic, attacking the paparazzo. An eyewitness tells us, Kanye was leaving the terminal with a bodyguard and approximately five paparazzi surrounded him, snapping pictures. We’re told one photog was especially aggressive — not a TMZ photog — and probed Kanye with tons of questions. We’re told Kanye told the man not to ask him questions, but he kept going — and Kanye attacked, attempting several punches, and the man fell down. Paramedics and police are currently on scene. Kanye has been out of the country since last week … when he laid down his now-infamous anti-pap rules, telling our photog NEVER TO TALK TO HIM EVER. The extent of the photog’s injuries are unclear. Kanye is nowhere to be seen. We’re not cosigning his behavior, but if someone asks you to leave them alone, you should. Still all that flipping out and causing paramedics to be called is extreme.

A DUI might be the least of your worries if you’re the type to have one too many drinks… Drunk NYC Man Knocked Unconscious After Using Racial Epithet About African-Americans Via NYDailyNews An unidentified man was hospitalized with a massive head injury Friday following an apparent bias-fueled attack in the West Village, witnesses and officials said. Witnesses on Greenwich Ave. near W. 12th St. said the white man — who cops said is in his 30s — was belting back beers outside Benny’s Burritos about 5:30 p.m. when he began mouthing off to a black customer in the outdoor seating area. “You n—–s are why I lost my job,” witnesses overheard the man say. Outraged, the black man punched the bigoted boozer, sending him reeling backward onto the rain-slick sidewalk. The man’s head cracked open on the concrete, said one witness who did not want to be named. “He was lying on his back unconscious with his arms and legs spread out,” said the witness, who described the man as “well-dressed.” “His eyes were rolled back in his head.” The offended assailant took off. “I couldn’t believe it,” the witness said. “He mentioned the N-word, this guy hits him one time and he hits his head on the curb.” Paramedics rushed the man to Beth Israel Medical Center with head trauma. It appears they were trying to get to Future but attacked his security guard, according to the source Future owes the Rolling 60′s money and the nightclub security got Future and Ciara out in time before the Rolling 60′s reached him, but we are told his security (Rosco) is still hospitalized. If you were there you witnessed the chaos the cops were everywhere from the helicopters above to patrolling the parking lot. We are told the ambulance rushed Rosco to the hospital. Future is suppose to be making all this scrilla, so how does he owe gang members money? Homie needs to get his bread up….he may be a bullisht rapper, but we don’t want to be signing his toe tags.
