According to BOSSIP sources, Tuesday night Diddy and Cudi got into a nice little fight at Club Trousdale in Hollywood. “The club owner didn’t know that the two had beef over Cassie and decided to sit Diddy down next to Cudi,” the spy tells BOSSIP. “The two then exchanged some heated words to the point where the entire club was watching – creating a huge scene.” Well at least nobody got hurt. Except Cudi’s ego most likely. Maybe Kid Cudi should stop partying so hard and sober up and avoid the club scene. Because it seems Diddy has made it clear he runs NY and LA.

Fast Forward to 6 Min mark “Phoenix Jones, Midnight Jack, Red Falcon, Bishop and Westlake Drake are on a routine patrol of the University District when they come across a man yelling at a car. The suspect, out side of the car in the orange shirt, starts punching the window of the car scaring the passengers of the vehicle. Phoenix steps in, stops the assault while Red calls 911. The suspect in orange then changes his target to Phoenix and begins using racial slurs. After 8 minutes of trying to de-escalate the situation the cops arrive (this is a the 2:32 mark of your condensed video). Phoenix Jones tells the officer that he would like to leave and would like a police escort to the team’s car. The cop agrees and then the suspect in orange says “F**k you ni**er! I’ll bring this to your house!” At this point Phoenix agrees to mutual combat, the two shake hands and the fight commences. Right before Phoenix knocks out the suspect in orange, the suspect says “You know you don’t want none of this”. Paulina Rubio Sued For Attacking Her Male Personal Assistant Paulina Rubio beat the living crap out of her personal assistant … who happens to be a guy … all because the singer had to sit in COACH on a flight to Mexico … this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ. The alleged victim is Felipe Betancur — who claims he worked for Rubio from August until just a few days ago … when Paulina allegedly FLIPPED OUT at a Miami airport. According to Felipe’s lawsuit, filed in federal court in Florida, Rubio missed her plane from Miami to Mexico last weekend … and put Felipe in charge of getting her on the next flight out. Felipe claims there were no 1st Class seats remaining on the next flight … and when he told Paulina she would have to sit in coach, she got really pissed off … and took it out on him. In his suit, Felipe claims Paulina got incredibly violent toward him once they boarded the plane … unleashing a flurry of punches, kicks and even slaps. He claims she also pelted him with various objects. Felipe claims he suffered serious injuries from her attack — including abrasions and contusions on his shins and arms. He also claims he suffered emotional damage. Felipe says he quit his job as soon as they returned to Miami … and now wants Paulina to fork over more than $250k to make things right. It’s not the first time Paulina has been accused of having a short temper — she was arrested last year after allegedly getting into a screaming match with police in Florida. Sounds like Paulina needs to come up off of some gwap…and mind her temper.

This is ironic: A state prosecutor has been charged after biting a man’s leg during a drunken fracas at an adult store, authorities said. Sarah Naughton, an assistant state’s attorney for four years, was facing charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal trespass after the attack on Saturday night. Naughton and a male companion both appeared to be intoxicated, according to police, and were asked to leave shortly after they entered Taboo Tabou in Chicago. However, 31-year-old Naughton became belligerent and bit a manager. According to authorities, her friend, Bradley Gould, shoved the worker and made ‘menacing gestures’. The store owner took the manager to a nearby hospital for treatment and he was later released. Police arrived and placed the lawyer in handcuffs. She began wailing loudly that she couldn’t feel her hands because they were ‘too tight’. She rocked backwards and forwards on the curb, crying hysterically and at one point, called the arresting female police officer: ‘A f****** b**** w****.’ Her behavior was captured on video by a passer-by. After being taken away in a police van, Naughton was charged and released on bond. Taboo Tabou owner Mark Thomas told ABC: ‘My staff asked, ”Have you folks been drinking? Maybe you should come back when you’re sober.”’ Mr Thomas then said that Miss Naughton became enraged and started to tell them what she did for a living, pulling out a badge and adding: ‘You can’t do this to me…I’m a state’s attorney.’ Cook County spokesman Andy Conklin said Naughton had been placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
