Baby Mama Drama: Halle Berry Headed To Court To Ask Judge For Restraining Order Against “Catch Fade” Gabe!

Gabriel, you know you done fawked up right?? According to TMZ reports : Halle Berry is going to court this AM, and she’ll ask a judge for an order prohibiting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having ANY contact with 3-year-old Nahla until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved. As TMZ first reported, the LAPD is conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny with Nahla in her arms. And before the alleged pushing, the nanny says Gabriel screamed at her and hurled a racial epithet. In addition, we’ve learned the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is also conducting a child endangerment investigation. TMZ has learned more about what nanny Alliance Kamdem has told the cops. Law enforcement sources tell us … Kamdem claims Gabriel repeatedly yelled and cursed at her, often while Nahla was present. Kamdem also says it got so bad … Gabriel would make her sit in a corner in his condo until he called for her. Kamdem also claims Gabriel often yelled at Nahla, causing the child to cower and cry. And she told police… when Nahla had a rash he refused to treat it. Kamdem quit last week after Gabriel allegedly shoved her. Gabriel’s rep tells TMZ, “Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.” As for Halle’s court appearance later this AM … we’ll be there. We have a feeling that this situation will go from bad to worse, if he shoved the nanny what the hell is he gonna try to do to Halle?! Get your life together bruh… More On Bossip! That’s a man law violation for real. “We have to bring in another quarterback that will make him work at practice,” said one player, according to the newspaper. “He’s lazy and content because he knows he’s not going to be benched.” And another one about if they Jets would take Peyton Manning: “Come on. That’s a no-brainer,” a Jets source said, according to the newspaper. “If you have a chance to get a healthy 36-year-old Peyton Manning and you don’t do it, then you’re stupid. If I could get a healthy 36-year-old Peyton Manning, then, hell yeah, I would trade Sanchez.” And one more for good measure: “How can we when he’s not improving at all?” the player said, according to the newspaper. “He thinks he is, but he’s not. He has shown us what he’s capable of.” Damn, that’s jacked up. These big, burly men are running around telling secrets and gossiping like little middle school girls. It doesn’t look like Sanchez and his intercept-throwing, hot chick banging self may have to take a seat on the bench for a while.

Let’s get ready to rummmmmmbbbbbbbblllllle!! Floyd Mayweather Jr. could not be any clearer about the opponent he wants to fight on May 5 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mayweather wants Manny Pacquiao — at least, if you are to believe his tweets on Tuesday afternoon. Several hours after tweeting a photo of a betting slip from a Las Vegas casino for a $400,000 win on Monday night’s Allstate BCS Championship Game, Mayweather sent out two tweets calling out and antagonizing Pacquiao. Pacquiao’s promoter, Top Rank’s Bob Arum, told The Los Angeles Times that Pacquiao will fight Mayweather, but not on May 5. “June 9 is perfect,” Arum told The Times from The Philippines where he is meeting with Pacquiao to talk about his next opponent. “May 5 is out, that’s impossible.” Mayweather’s upcoming jail sentence however, complicates the issue. Mayweather was due to report to the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas last Friday to begin an 87-day sentence. He pleaded guilty to a reduced battery domestic violence charge and no contest to two harassment charges, stemming from a hair-pulling, punching and arm-twisting argument with his ex-girlfriend in front of two of their children. Mayweather says he wanted his jail sentence to begin in June JUST so he could lay hands on Pac Man. For the love of a strong right hook PLEASE, Manny Pacquiao, accept Floyd’s offer! The fight might be over, but the claws are still out. According to TMZ reports : “Love & Hip Hop” star Kimbella Vanderhee tells TMZ, Erica Mena wasn’t edited to look like the bad guy during their massive hair-pulling cat fight in this week’s episode — Erica WAS the bad guy … and VH1 just showed her for who she truly is. As we first reported, Erica claims VH1 editors clipped the show to make her look like the villain — when she appeared to unleash an unprovoked verbal attack on Kimbella, accusing her of cheapening the video vixen industry by agreeing to work for pennies. Kimbella flipped, throwing a glass at Erica … and the fight blew up from there. You’ve all seen the fight footage … it’s awesome. But now, Kimbella’s coming to the defense of VH1 — claiming producers didn’t misrepresent Erica on the show … the fight happened exactly the way everyone saw it on television. Kimbella tells us, “VH1 didn’t do editing on anything with [Erica]. That’s who she is” — insisting she’s using the fight for publicity … to boost her struggling career. But Erica’s unfazed — telling us, “I wish her well and much success in 2012. Have a happy new year!” Still no word from VH1. We’re actually ridin’ with Kimbella on this one. How much editing could have POSSIBLY been done to make Erica “look bad”??? After watching the clip several times it looks pretty cut-and-dry to us. SMH… It’s a damn shame how these rappers like to floss like they are super paid, good thing they have baby mamas to tell it like it really is , riiiiiight? We received an email this afternoon from a woman named Erin who says she is the mother of Young Money president Mack Maine’s son. Check out what she had to say about his deadbeat daddy ways: My name is Erin. I am writing you because i am simply fed up with my sons father Mack Maine ( Jermaine). I am sure you know he is the President and CEO of Young Money Records. I filed child support due to the fact that he refuses to offer any type of financial support to me and my son. He at one point was giving us only $500 a month! he claims he’s broke and cannot afford to pay more. He also says that wayne has him working so much that he cannot even spend time with his 7 year old son. He is very aware of what he is doing and the straw that broke the camels back was when he refused to send money for our sons Christmas presents this year. I am a single mother who is currently unemployed. I dropped out of college seven years ago to have our son and now that he is older I am trying to pursue my bachelors degree. I am a full time student do I cannot work full-time and he knows this. He calls me a broke b*tch. He says I beg him for money too much. He has threatened me in text messages. sending me several messages calling me a leech telling me I cannot afford a slice of pizza. He also threatened to seek full custody of my son and doesn’t even see him. The child support papers claim that he makes $100,000 a month or more according to payroll. I haven’t came forward in all this time because he says he will step up but he doesn’t and continues to add insult to injury by name calling and neglecting to fulfill his duties as a father. UPDATE: Floyd Mayweather Sentenced To 90 Days Jail Time For Catching Fade With His Baby Mama!!

Your house isn’t a boxing ring champ, gotta keep your hands to yourself. According to TMZ reports : Floyd Mayweather Jr. got hammered by a judge, who just sentenced him to serve 90 days in jail for beating up his baby mama in front of their kids. Floyd was sentenced to 6 months in jail, but 3 months of that sentence was suspended. He also gets 3 days credit for time he has already served. TMZ broke the story … the boxer was arrested in September 2010 — after his ex-girlfriend accused him of striking her “multiple times in the head with his fist” and then threatening to kill her. Floyd struck a plea deal with prosecutors in the case — in which he pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence … in exchange for getting a pass on the felony battery charge. Floyd also pled no contest to two misdemeanor harassment charges — after allegedly threatening to beat his kids too during the incident. The judge was especially pissed that Mayweather struck his baby mama in front of their kids. The judge also ordered Mayweather to complete 100 hours of community service and a 12-month domestic violence program. He was fined $2,500 … which to Floyd is like a poker hand. The boxer must turn himself in on January 6, to begin serving his sentence. Dear Floyd, As much as you may hate your child’s mother, she is not Victor Ortiz.
