Teen Mom star Catelynn Lowell recently called off her Renaissance-themed wedding to her baby daddy, stepbrother and middle school sweetheart Tyler Baltierra. She tearfully recalled the experience on VH1’s Couples Therapy . “She was floored. She didn’t see it coming,” Dr. Jenn Berman, their Couples Therapy psychologist, told celebrity gossip publication In Touch . The couple has not broken up, however. At least not yet. The reality show’s couples counselor says she ultimately sees it as a positive move for the young lovers, who are still living together in Michigan. “I don’t view it as a setback,” she explains. “To get married before you are ready is disastrous. By calling off the wedding for now, they are giving themselves a chance for a long and healthy relationship.” Earlier this month, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra confirmed that their July wedding plans came to a halt after he dropped a major bombshell. The shocking confession that Tyler isn’t ready for marriage yet left fiancee Catelynn reeling. “It’s absolutely devastating,” a friend of Lowell said. The couple’s relationship has been put to the test by time apart, as Tyler pursued an acting career in New Orleans and Catelynn stayed behind in Michigan. “Tyler just isn’t ready for marriage,” Dr. Berman added. “He was so afraid of hurting Catelynn’s feelings that he hadn’t been totally honest with her.” While there are obviously some issues there, the couple – who gave their daughter up for adoption – are light years ahead of Jenelle Evans at least.
Miranda Lambert was moved to tears last night. The superstar accepted the trophy for Song of the Year alongside husband Blake Shelton at the Country Music Awards, and couldn’t contain her emotion when The Voice judge told his wife in front of the world: “I love you so much, baby.” But Lambert did more than just cry at the ceremony. She sang her talented heart out! Watch this high octane version of “Fastest Girl in Town.” Miranda Lambert – “Fastest Girl in Town” (CMA Performance) Other performances at the event included: Kelly Clarkson and Vince Gill dueting on ” Don’t Rush .” Taylor Swift going all Parisian on ” Begin Again .”
She’s not exactly Heidi Montag, but this isn’t our first Farrah Abraham plastic surgery article. The Teen Mom star is unabashed about going under the knife. Unlike Heidi, however, she’s pleased with the results: The 21-year-old received a $16,000 rhinoplasty and chin implant from plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer in Bal Harbour, Fla., on October 7. Money well spent? Abraham first had a boob job in 2011, going from an A to a C cup. “After having a baby, my boobs went away. It hurt my self-esteem,” she recalled last year. “I didn’t feel like I was woman enough anymore. I knew I could be happier. I think it’s helped my confidence and for me to feel more like a woman.” “Today, my boobs are perfect.” The original incarnation of Teen Mom ended in August 2012 after four seasons; it also starred Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout. Teen Mom 2 Season 3 premieres this month, while MTV is preparing to debut a new crop of youngsters: The Teen Mom 3 cast was recently unveiled. Time will tell if any of the newbies follow in Farrah’s footsteps.
For Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Farrah Abraham, this chapter of their cartoonishly animated book of MTV life is over. The final episode of Teen Mom aired Tuesday night, marking the end of an era (error?) for the fab four who started it all on 16 & Pregnant . Where did they leave things as the curtain bowed? Let’s find out in our final Teen Mom +/- recap! Farrah Abraham finished her first quarter of school! With straight A’s! Plus 20 . She really missed Sophia, though, and made it clear she doesn’t want to send her away like that anymore. She cried about this a lot, as Sophia makes her very emotional. The little girl even noticed, calling her a “cry baby.” Plus 10 . “Mommy you’re a bad person.” – Sophia. Plus 50 . Have you seen Farrah’s “On My Own” music video ? That’s funnier and more revealing than anything a filler episode can really offer. Plus 50 . The drama with Tyler’s father starts to take its toll on the kid. He’s high strung and dropping f-bombs like a madman. Chill out, T! Minus 25 . His and Cate’s final story involves a dog dropping a deuce. Sums it all up right there. We love Cate and Ty, but time to move on. Minus 40 . Tyler Baltierra eventually sees a therapist and breaks down, which is a very sad moment but an empowering one at the same time. Plus 10 . “I don’t know why. I never did anything wrong so I don’t know why he doesn’t love me,” he said, before cutting Butch out for good. Plus 30 . Let’s hope April does the same. We’re skeptical. Minus 20 . All the tension between Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards continued boiling, but then the series kind of ended and not much was resolved there. Maci is pissed because Ryan gets Bentley for his b-day but she “spent 37 hours in the hospital pushing Bentley out of [her] hoo-hoo.” Plus 5 . Ryan is filing for joint custody and trying to block Kyle and Maci from living together since they’re not married … good luck with that. Minus 20 . Once he brought that up to his parents and girlfriend Dalis, she quickly said, “What if we decide to live together?” Light bulb? On. Plus 10. Who is Ryan kidding anyway. His mom does all the work. Guy’s come a long way since he abandoned Maci with a newborn, but custody? Please. Minus 40 . Maci gets a B on a test! OMG! Plus 15. Amber Portwood ‘s new guy friend, Mike, seemed like a nice guy but Gary didn’t care and hated him regardless. Way to be supportive. Minus 10 . Mike hilariously says Ambs is a real “sweetheart,” meaning he has almost certainly never seen an episode of Teen Mom in four years. Plus 20 . A huge argument went down when Gary decided to throw Leah a birthday party that Amber wasn’t allowed to go to, instead of waiting until after their court hearing to celebrate. Amber gets a lot of flak but this guy is no prize. Minus 30 . Gary apparently calls Amber “slut puppy.” Minus 70 . Of course, you know Amber and Gary. Within 10 minutes they’re back on good terms and going to court together, arm in arm. Sniff . Plus 25 . Ultimately, Gary got sole custody of Leah and the no-contact order was dropped. Seems like these two are really pulling it together! Plus 25. Oh, right. She’s in jail for the next five YEARS. Minus 100. EPISODE TOTAL: -95. SEASON TOTAL: -320.
Maci Bookout apparently needs a reality check. Having agreed to have their own celebrations for son Bentley’s birthday, and with him in a serious relationship with someone else, she must be totally over her baby daddy Ryan Edwards this time right? Mostly? Maybe? A little? Let’s find out in this week’s recap! Mace decides to celebrate Bentley’s b-day at Pump It Up … and promptly urges the toddler to call Ryan and invite him to the shindig. Oye. Minus 10 . Bentley left a voicemail. When Ryan returned the call, Maci handed Bentley the phone and had him ask again. Girl reeks of desperation at this point. Ryan couldn’t go, and while he’s far from Dad of the Year, we give him a pass here … remember Maci Bookout crashing his family vacay? Plus 20 . Upon picking up Bentley, Ryan received an earful from Maci while his GF Dalis seethed beside him. Think Maci will learn from this? No? Minus 15 . Having been dumped last week , Farrah Abraham and her mom wash their hands of Daniel. “That’s a bad sign,” Debra says. No kidding. Plus 5 . SIDE NOTE: You have to watch Farrah Abraham’s “On My Own” music video. It defies description. Don’t quit your day job Farrah … whatever it is. “When I’m done with something, I’m done with it,” says Farrah, re: Daniel. Well, unless we’re talking about Derek Underwood of course. Minus 30 . Fortunately for Farrah, Sophia is with grandma for another month, so she can focus 100 percent on school … specifically BARTENDING. Minus 20 . Catelynn and Tyler’s grandparents – his mom Kim and her mom April – express their desire to have a new storyline relationship with Carly. Plus 5 . Adoption counselor Dawn totally puts the kibosh on that. Time? Killed. Plus 5 . The HECK is Amber Portwood doing to herself with all that glitter?? Minus 25 . Leah is genuinely sad to bid mom farewell. Poor girl. Minus 35 . Gary promises that once “this bitch-ass no-contact order” is gone, their family will finally be back to normal. Or she’ll go to prison. Minus 40 . EPISODE TOTAL: -140. SEASON TOTAL: -225.

Catelynn Lowell has cleared the air, once and for all, that she’s not pregnant. Which we already knew, but now there’s a new magazine cover to prove it! According to Us Weekly, which reports the ultimate non-story below, the Teen Mom star is “hurt” by rumors that she was pregnant again last week. The reality star tells the celeb gossip mag that it “wouldn’t be fair” to her daughter Carly, whom she gave up for adoption, to have another so fast. Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra graduated on this week’s Teen Mom, and the young lovers / step-siblings say they are planning a fairy tale wedding for next year. They hope Carly, who they’ve worked hard to maintain a relationship with after making the decision to allow someone to adopt her, will be there too. Here’s hoping she will, and that Tyler and Cate make good on their plans to continue their education so they’re better prepared to support baby #2! If she ever lacks for inspiration as far as formulating a life plan, she need not go far. All she needs to do is look at Amber Portwood and do the opposite.

It’s a very complicated relationship … something they all know plenty about. Come along for THG’s +/- recap! Catelynn and Tyler receive their caps and gowns for the big graduation. Plus 20 for these two. They’ve battled through a lot and deserve due credit. Especially since that rumor that Tyler got Catelynn Lowell pregnant again is false. Spoiler alert: There’s no way that’s going to end well. None. Take it to the bank. Farrah’s dad moves her stuff to Florida, then notes that he’d consider moving there too if he could get a job. It’s amazing they’re even thinking about it, and says a lot about the merits of adoption. Plus 12 . Farrah starts interviewing part-time nannies for Sophia, to be paid for by who knows what. Then she hangs up on her mom after a fight. Minus 5 . Is it just us or is Farrah seeming awfully bratty and entitled these days for a girl who gets everything she wants as it is? Just an observation really. Maci Bookout, just to really cover her bases, goes over to Ryan’s parents’ to make sure they’re okay with her coming down to the beach as well. They are completely fine with it. Relations thawing! Plus 10 . Amber’s counselor pleads with her that she should not get involved with Gary again, because they have a toxic relationship. Best advice ever. Plus 10 . But you know she doesn’t take any advice, so Minus 30 . After Farrah’s dad dejectedly headed home, she took Sophia to the pet store. Even though Sophia told her she wanted a fish, they got a puppy. Minus 4 . The dog takes five minutes to start defiling things. Minus 4 . Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra graduate!!!!!! Gary and Leah are actually going to meet Amber the next day. Plus 10 for him making the effort, but knowing what we do, it’s hard to be hopeful. We harp on Maci and Farrah and their respective problems, but when you choose prison over your kid , as Amber did, you’ve really got issues. Minus 20 . EPISODE TOTAL: +3. SEASON TOTAL: -76.

But Tuesday afternoon via telephone, Anthony surprisingly spoke to CNN’s Piers Morgan in a 10-minute discussion that was not played on-air. I’m ashamed in many ways of the person I was.” Casey is now out of hiding and on the run after being served with a subpoena in the defamation case being brought by Zenaida Gonzalez. In the grand scheme of Lindsay Lohan run-ins with the law, the car crash she was involved in Friday and later lied about to police is pretty tame. Still, it’s far from resolved and police are looking to interview her again. Cops plan on asking her a few follow-up questions; such questioning is pretty standard, regardless of whether one lies repeatedly to the police . It remains to be seen what, if any, consequences she will face. ” Lindsay was in shock at the time, but nonetheless she cooperated with the police,” a close source said of her first round of questioning. The source goes on: “Lindsay did everything that was asked of her, including submitting to a breathalyzer test which registered 0.00.” “The officers didn’t have reason to believe she was under the influence of any substances. Lindsay could be cited for speeding, and it will probably be determined that she was the primary or sole reason for the traffic accident.” In any case, the legal saga of Lindsay Lohan rolls on. In brighter news, she surprisingly another role in The Canyons , a new film written by author Bret Easton Ellis, of American Psycho fame. [Photo: WENN.com]
