The rapper, still linked to singer Cassie, was at Brasserie Cognac, on West 55th Street, Thursday night with an attentive young blonde. A fellow diner said Diddy, who earlier this year was romantically linked to Cameron Diaz, seemed to be taking the female attention in stride. “She was totally into him, making a move on him, but he seemed rather nonchalant,” the witness said. Via TMZ: Halle Berry faces the same tragic fate as Princess Diana if she moves to France — so said Gabriel Aubry’s attorney in L.A. court … TMZ has learned. As we reported, Halle and Gabriel are embroiled in a court battle over whether Halle should be allowed to move to France with the ex-couple’s daughter Nahla. Halle believes the kid will be better protected from aggressive paparazzi in France … thanks to the country’s strict anti-pap laws. But Gabriel’s attorney argued Halle and Nahla would be walking right into the lion’s den — because France is the same country where Princess Diana was killed in a wild paparazzi car chase back in 1997. Halle’s lawyer called several French lawyers — who testified that French judges will nail any photog who goes after a celeb. Under French laws, paparazzi can’t photograph celebrities who don’t want their pictures taken — even if they’re out in public. Ice-T Says Rush Limbaugh Is A Racist Piece Of Sh*t We agree with Ice on all of the above regarding your boy Rush: Ice-T has some major beef with Rush Limbaugh, after the radio host marveled that he knew the meaning of the word “tyranny” on Tuesday. Ice-T recently defended gun ownership in an interview on London news, calling the right to bear arms “the last form of defense against tyranny.” Limbaugh praised his stance on the issue, but found his use of the word “tyranny” with a British “sophisticate” especially remarkable. “He knew the word ‘tyranny,’” Limbaugh said. “And he knows that tyranny comes from government representatives. Double impressive.” Ice-T did not take kindly to his remarks. “Rush Limbaugh said he was impressed I knew the word ‘tyranny’… He’s a racist piece of sh–,” he tweeted. Later, he responded to some of the replies, saying “Hahah some of y’all are saying Limbaugh is not racist?? Check this” and linked to an article called “Top 10 Racist Limbaugh Quotes.” He also directed fans of Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly to “UNFOLLOW now.” Via Huffington Post
