According to multuple reports, Kevin Hart has a long road to full recovery after being involved in a very serious car accident. While he lies at home and tries to get better, meanwhile, the actor now has something rather important and interesting to read: A lawsuit for $60 million filed against him by ex-lover Montia Sabbag. Sabbag, who had previously been identified as Hart’s mistress , slept with the comedian in 2017… while Hart was married. In 2017, the two engaged in consensual sex inside of a Las Vegas hotel room — and they were caught on tape while doing do. Hart actually shared a video on Instagram at the time, claiming someone was trying to extort him over the sex tape. Eventually, Hart’s former friend, Jonathan Todd Jackson, was later arrested and charged with extortion, although he has since denied the allegation. In new court documents filed this week, however, Sabbag says Hart was aware that Jackson set up this camera and alleges that the actor played a role in the sex tape filming and release. According to this 38-page complaint, Sabagg accuses Hart, Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional inflection of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence . Hart was already an A-Lister with an enormous fan base and impressive resume at the time of the affair. However, Sabbag claims the tape was made to help “promote [Hart’s] Irresponsible Tour, which was a record-breaking comedy and to increase his overall pop culture status,” according to the documents. Sabagg goes on to write that she “had no knowledge that the intimate activity” depicted in the video of her and Hart “was being recorded.” The video, which according to the suit showed Sabagg “naked from the waste down and engaged in private, consensual sexual relations with Hart,” was published online in September of 2017. Hart has not yet commented on the lawsuit. However, he admitted to the affair and apologized two years ago during a radio interview. “I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did,” Hart explained back then, adding: “It’s a sh-tty moment. It’s a sh-tty moment when you know you’re wrong and there’s no excuses for your wrong behavior. At the end of the day, man, I just simply gotta do better.” Wife Eniko Parrish has since chosen to remain with Hart. “I’m gonna go home, I’m gonna address it,” he continued in December 2017. “I’m gonna make my wife full aware of what’s going on and the situation I have now put us in, and I’m hoping she has a heart to where she can forgive me and understand that this is not going to be a reoccurring thing and allow me to recover from my f-cking massive mistake.” According to TMZ yesterday, Hart has been working with the district attorney for two years on this case. He believes his friend (Jackson) totally screwed him over and he’s been actively teaming with authorities any time they need his assistance, prompting some to wonder why he would do this if he did, indeed, play a role in the sex tape release. We have no idea what really happened, though, of course. Hart is currently recovering from a crash that left him with “major back injuries” when his Plymouth Barracuda veered off the road and landed in a ditch earlier this month. The actor was discharged from the hospital last week after undergoing surgery and is recovering from his injuries in a rehabilitation facility.

Plastic surgery is big business because it’s popular. However, it’s so popular that people tend to forget that surgery of any kind is a big deal, particularly involuntary procedures done for vanity. I’m not knocking anyone who gets plastic surgery, but it’s important to research where you’re getting your procedure done. Apple Watts went to a clinic located in a strip mall in an effort to save money. Luckily for her, the surgery went well, I think, but she woke up in a lot of pain. She mentioned that the pain was worse than childbirth. Um, girl, whet? I’ve had a baby. That pain ain’t no joke, so I can only imagine what it must feel like to recover post-surgery. Anyway, April got the biggest size that she could in relation to her bodily proportions, so she’s not out here trying to look like a circus freak. According to WebMD , there are two types of breast implants: saline and silicone. Saline implants are filled with sterile saltwater. Silicone gel implants are filled with, you guessed it, silicone. While more women report that silicone gel implants feel more natural, but they pose a higher risk if they leak. Each has its pros and cons that you will go over with your surgeon. It’s not a procedure that is covered by insurance so you would be coming out of pocket for anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000. There is a lot to consider when getting breast implants, including the aftermath. The preview for next week’s episode shows that April Watts is going to struggle with being addicted to the painkillers. We already know, that’s a huge problem in the United States. We’ll probably get to see April work through it, but you never can be sure when it comes to reality TV. On Friday, one chapter of the college admissions bribery scandal came to a close. In a Boston courtroom, actress Felicity Huffman was sentenced to 14 days in prison for paying an admissions consultant $15,000 to have a proctor correct her daughter’s answers on the SAT. Dozens of affluent parents were ensnared in the FBI’s “Varsity Blues” sting operation, and along with fellow actress Lori Loughlin, Huffman came to embody the unchecked entitlement that led to such rampant cheating on behalf of already-privileged young people. When word of Huffman’s sentencing got out, thoughts turned to Loughlin and what the news might mean for her. Unlike Huffman, Loughlin rejected a plea deal and plans to fight the charges against her in court. At first, there were reports that the sentencing might actually be good news for Loughlin, as it amounted to a defeat for prosecutors — a defeat that might lead them to offer a second plea deal. Now, however, an insider tells Fox News that even if a second deal is offered, it will certainly involve jail time for the actress. “If she’s found guilty, she will go to jail; that is clear. And if another deal is offered to her, which I don’t think it will be, she will go to jail,” the source said. “Her only chance of avoiding jail is to beat these charges. Lori is a smart woman; she understands that,” the insider continued. “She’s scared and upset, but she’s resolved to be strong and to fight this. She will do what she has to do to protect herself and her family.” Considering the charges against Loughlin are far more serious (she allegedly doled out $500,000 in bribes to Huffman’s $15,00) it seems almost certain that she’ll be going from Full House to the big house. She stands accused of bribing admissions officials so that both of her daughters would be accepted to USC as members of the crew team — even though neither of them had ever rowed before. Loughlin is still holding out hope that she’ll beat the charges — but that seems increasingly unlikely in the wake of Huffman’s sentencing. She and her husband — fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli — are playing the ignorance card and claiming they didn’t know they were doing anything wrong. But legal experts say that didn’t work for Huffman, and it won’t work Loughlin. “The government doesn’t have to prove that Loughlin and Giannulli knew what the payments were used for,” said attorney Neama Rahmani. ” The fraudulent application to USC is enough to support the conspiracy charges. And there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to prove that they knew the payments were for an illicit or unlawful purpose.” The source says Loughlin regrets not accepting the original deal from prosecutors, but he claims her reason for doing so is that she did not fully understand the charges against her. “She didn’t understand the entire nature of the charges against her, and she wasn’t even sure if or how she had broken the law. It was very early, and she didn’t have all the information that she has now,” the source said. “Based on what she understood at the time, she made the best choice for herself. Now there is no deal on the table, and she has to have faith that the courts and the prosecution will move fairly and not make an example out of her.” Of course, the reality of Lori’s situation has come into stark clarity in the days since Huffman’s sentencing. Despite her bleak prospects, however, it seems Loughlin still has not come to grips with the fact that she’ll likely be doing time. “This has been a rough day,” the source says. “Lori is going to move forward as best as she can, but now she has a little more clarity about what will happen next.”

Shane Gillis has been fired by Saturday Night Live before ever stepping foot on its legendary stage. The comedian — who came under extreme fire just days after his hiring last week after audio surfaced of some very inappropriate (read: RACIST) jokes and remarks — was let go by NBC on Monday. “After talking with Shane Gillis, we have decided that he will not be joining SNL,” said a show spokesperson on behalf of SNL boss Lorne Michaels. This statement continued as follows: We want SNL to have a variety of voices and points of view within the show, and we hired Shane on the strength of his talent as comedian and his impressive audition for SNL. We were not aware of his prior remarks that have surfaced over the past few days. The language he used is offensive, hurtful and unacceptable. We are sorry that we did not see these clips earlier, and that our vetting process was not up to our standard. Not long after Gillis was confirmed as one of three new faces on Saturday Night Live Season 45 (along with Chloe Fineman and Bowen Yang), a video resurfaced of the so-called comedian engaging in racist rhetoric. “Chinatown’s f-ckin nuts,” Gillis can be heard saying in a clip from a September 2018 podcast posted to a YouTube channel called Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast. “Let the f-ckin ch-nks live there,” he adds. Earlier this year, Gillis also referred to Presidential candidate Andrew Yang by this same derogatory term for Asians. On another episode of this podcst, Gillis referred to Judd Apatow and Chris Gethard as “white f-ckin got comics,” calling them “f-cking gayer than ISIS.” Aware of the immediate backlash against him, Gillis released a very lame non-apology that used his profession as an excuse for his language and viewpoint. “I’m a comedian who pushes boundaries,” he wrote on Twitter, as you can see above. Gillis then added, condescending and pathetic fashion: “I sometimes miss. If you go through my 10 years of comedy, most of it bad, you’re going to find a lot of bad misses. I’m happy to apologize to anyone who’s actually offended by anything I’ve said.” In response to his firing, meanwhile, Gillis Tweeted in an equally shameful and cocky manner. “It feels ridiculous for comedians to be making serious public statements but here we are. I’m a comedian who was funny enough to get SNL. That can’t be taken away,” he wrote, concluding with a dig at the program itself: Of course I wanted an opportunity to prove myself at SNL, but I understand it would be too much of a distraction. I respect the decision they made. I’m honestly grateful for the opportunity. I was always a mad tv guy anyway. The sad truth is that this controversy likely will lead to some fame and riches for Gillis. He’s actually scheduled to meet with Yang down the road, Tweeted the Democratic hopeful himself. “Shane Gillis reached out. Looks like we will be sitting down together soon,” Yang wrote this afternoon. Where do YOU stand on this scandal? We’re all for open dialogue and on people learning from past mistakes. The unnamed woman was an artist that Brown met at a charity softball game and soon after commissioned to paint a mural inside his suburban Pittsburgh home. After arriving at his home, the woman at first thought nothing of Brown’s flirtations—an uncomfortable yet constant reality of her professional life—and she was thrilled by his willingness to share her work on social media; he even posted a live video showcasing her progress. “It was very exciting, to have this person interested in my work,” the woman says. “He acted like he trusted me and he let me do my thing.” However, A.B. allegedly didn’t just leave it at “flirtations”… On her second day, however, the atmosphere curdled. The artist says at one point she was in a kneeling position while painting and turned to find Brown behind her, naked, holding a small hand towel over his genitals. “He was flirty with me but I paid him no mind because I was there on business, plus, I had already seen him with multiple girls in the short time I was with him,” says the woman. “I was about 40% done on the second day, and I’m on my knees painting the bottom, and he walks up to me butt-ass naked, with a hand cloth covering his [penis] and starts having a conversation with me.” She took it as a clear sexual come-on. “Unfortunately, I’ve been tried [by men] a lot of times, so I just kept my cool and kept painting,” she says. “After that, it all ended abruptly.” Brown hasn’t publicly addressed this most recent accusation, however, this lawyer, Darren Heitner posted the following tweet earlier today.
