However, a responsible father would be distraught over the ruling that he basically can't see his young son any longer, which is what Eason and Jenelle Evans just learned in court when it comes to five-year old Kaden. What did a judge decree? And what did he say in particular about Jenelle? Scroll down for the latest. 1. The Custody Battle You Know About: From about mid-May through early July, Jenelle and David lost custody of their own two-year old daughter, Ensley; Jenelle’s five-year old son Kaiser; and David’s 11-year old daughter Maryssa. 2. How Come? Because Eason murdered the family dog this past spring and Child Protection Services determined that they were raising these kids in an unsafe environment. 3. So, What Changed? Nothing in particular. The environment is probably unsafe still. But after several court hearings, a North Carolina judge said there wasn’t enough evidence to prove that the three kids actually, legally could be kept from their parents any longer. 4. The Custody Battle You May Not Know About Earlier this year, Eason’s ex-girlfriend, Olivia Leedham filed for sole custody of the former couple’s five-year old son, Kaden. 5. The Legal Battle Ratcheted Up in Recent Days Olivia set up a GoFundMe account this month to help pay her legal bills. At last check, it had exceeded $6,000 in donations. 6. Source: Star Tribune via Getty Images / Getty Li Xi Wang’s Family Files Lawsuit Against Chino Police The family of an unarmed man killed by police in Chino, California is taking action. Li Xi Wang’s family has filed a claim for damages against the police department after they saw he was unlawfully killed by authorities. CNN reports that the 49-year-old was shot dead July 3 while police served a search warrant in connection to an investigation of an illegal drug cultivation and trafficking operation. His family alleges that Wang, a Chinese immigrant who worked as a contractor and at a restaurant, did not speak any English and couldn’t have understood police demands and police “never established any form of effective communication” with anyone in the house. Authorities say they seized nearly 1,500 marijuana plants, $35,000 in cash and found evidence of grand theft in excess of $105,000, but no weapons. “He’s a single father, helping his son, he has an aging mom in China, and he did everything he can as a father, as a son, to take care of the family,” attorney Daniel Deng said in a news conference Wednesday according to CNN. He also pointed out that Wang took a job to cultivate marijuana after it was legalized. “He’s not a drug dealer, he’s not a smuggler. He’s just a simple worker trying to make a living by taking care of marijuana,” Deng said. Marijuana growers cannot possess and cultivate more than six living cannabis plants according to California law. Still despite that, shouldn’t police have much more important things to do than “marijuana raids”??? No word yet on how much Li Xi Wang’s family is suing for.

I don’t even think a stunt like that would change the public opinion, since EVERYONE is doing it, like women totally forgiving about other women faking it, pretending it is empowered…so all these average at best girls are getting seen, noticed, followed by pervert dudes…and thy aren’t nearly as great as they pretend to be.. So it’s OK for them to lie about their look, in their half naked posts, and it is okay for them to lie to themselves about their genders and all the other issues of the time, but it’s not ok to make fun of these liars…instead they call as misogynists or woman haters… The problem with empowerment is that for every group you empower you are disempowering another group…take fat chicks for example…all wearing lingerie made for fatties and bikinis for fatties…like they can because I guess they can…all screaming about body positivity and empowerment and the media is embracing and loving the positive vibes of a fat girl wanting to be treated like a hot chick on social media in terms of attention and jobs…empowered to take a stand, or a sit if standing hurts the joints too much, by stripping down and trying to sell the idea that a belly hanging over a xxxxl thong is hot…I mean people have bought into stranger things before and as we know everything comes down to a good sales pitch…however all this empowering fat chicks, comes with a disempowerment of people who rightfully find fat chicks disgusting lazy pics who don’t take their health seriously and who have no self control or discipline and eat everything they can cuz it tastes so good…practicing no restraint because they are millennials all victims and restraint is a construct of the patriarchy in their retard minds. What I am saying is empowering one thing disempowers the other thing and one could argue, and I am, that I have the equal right to hate fat chicks and laugh at them for their fat girl in a thong comedy act…as they do to produce that fat girl in a thong while pretending it is empowerment when it’s really just attention seeking.
