Now that Bella Thorne is 18, here she is heading to Vancouver, Canada to probably get sh%tfaced since I think you only have to be 18 to drink there. I also believe she’s filming a movie with Patrick Schwarzenegger called “Midnight Run”. This has stinker written all over it.
