Alanis Morissette shared some happy news today. The singer and her husband Mario “Souleye” Treadway are now the proud parents of a baby girl! Morissette made the announcement on Twitter with a photo of her new daughter. “She’s here! onyx solace morissette-treadway June 23 2016,” she tweeted, adding, “#beyondblessed.” Indeed, little Onyx looks like a gem. This is the second child for the couple, who welcomed their first child, son Ever Imre , in December of 2010. Morissette and rapper Treadway tied the knot earlier in 2010 at a private ceremony at their home in Los Angeles. “So happy to share with you that my man, Souleye, and I got married,” she wrote on Facebook. “We’re very excited to embark on this journey with each other.” Back in 2012, when Ever was 17 months old, the Canadian crooner stirred up some controversy involving her child. In an interview with Good Morning America , she revealed that she might continue to breastfeed her son until he’s six . “I’ll stop whenever he wants,” she said in support of breastfeeding moms everywhere. “I know some children who have weaned naturally at two years, some kids wean naturally a couple of years later; I mean, it’s up to every child,” she explained. Mischa Barton is not perfect, people. Anyone who watched her performance as Marissa Cooper on The OC is well aware of this fact. But the actress (former actress?) has taken to Instagram in order to drive this point home in the form of an apology. Barton came under major fire this week when she addressed the sad situation of Alton Sterling being shot dead by police in Louisiana. The tragic incident took place on Tuesday. Based on the video (below), it certainly appears as if Sterling had already been detained by officers and placed on the ground at the time these cops opened fire, ending his life on the spot. Somebody make change. We need gun control and unity. And a real President so think about that when this election is around the corner. The world is a precarious place right now.#stop #reflect and #act appropriately. It’s hard to take issue with any of these words, right? So, what was the problem with Barton’s post? She included the following photo along with it: Somehow, it did not occur to Barton that an image of her relaxing in a bikini on board a yacht might not be the most appropriate setting in which one ought to touch on the topic of racial injustice. After deleting the photo, yet still receiving a great deal of backlash, Barton shared the following Mea Culpa on her Instagram account today: “I’m human, I’m not perfect, and I’m sorry if my Instagram post went out of context. I didn’t mean to offend anyone.” We can’t say we’re big fans of the I’m not perfect defense, but whatever. It’s better than no apology at all, right? That’s because Kim is almost as known for her tremendous ta-tas as she is her bodacious booty. But after having two babies, the mom’s mammaries have reportedly become a nuisance, and she’s talking about undergoing a breast reduction, according to Radar Online. “Lately, Kim’s breasts have been giving her a lot of problems,” a source tells the site. “When Kim was young and her boobs were these perky things, it was different.” “But after having two kids and breast feeding with the both of them, Kim really feels like her boobs have gotten out of hand,” the source continued. And by “out of hand,” they mean her weighty chesticles are causing her pain and aren’t as smooth as they once were. “Kim says that her boobs hurt her back and she cannot live with the fact that she is starting to get stretch marks on her breasts,” said the source. Of course, everyone and their mother assumed that she had called off her engagement to Russian boxer Wladimir Klitschko, with whom she has an 18-month-old daughter, Kaya. Today, Panettiere put those rumors to rest on Twitter. “Missing rings don’t mean the end of relationships,” she wrote, adding a black-and-white photo with Klitschko and Kaya. “Blessed to be with my beautiful family.” View Slideshow: 23 Celebrity Engagement Rings That May Leave You Temporarily Blind Panettiere recently finished holistic treatment for postpartum depression. She first sought professional help back in October and spoke openly about it on Live! With Kelly and Michael . “It’s something a lot of women experience,” the Nashville star explained. “When [you’re told] about postpartum depression you think it’s ‘I feel negative feelings towards my child, I want to injure or hurt my child.’ I’ve never, ever had those feelings. “Some women do. But you don’t realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on. It’s something that needs to be talked about. Women need to know that they’re not alone, and that it does heal.” In a way, Panettiere has become sort of an unofficial spokeswoman for Pospartum Depression education. “There’s a lot of misunderstanding. There’s a lot of people out there that think that it’s not real, that it’s not true,” Panettiere said. “That it’s something that’s made up in their minds, that, ‘Oh, it’s hormones.’ They brush it off. “It’s something that’s completely uncontrollable. It’s really painful and it’s really scary and women need a lot of support.” Panettiere is still ready to have more babies with Klitschko, 40. She’s referred to both the boxer and the daughter as the loves of her life, and hasn’t let PPD hijack her happiness. And for those who question PPD, Panettiere has this to say: “If you think for one second that a mother wants to feel that way toward her child, you’re outta your mind.
