Mark Zuckerberg & Priscilla Chan Welcome Baby Girl!

The man who brought Facebook into the world, now has an even bigger accomplishment to be proud of: The billionaire tech mogul shared the news of Priscilla Chan’s pregnancy via a touching and surprisingly candid Facebook status (of course) back in July. Moments ago he informed his millions of “friends” that he and Chan have welcomed a baby girl named Max with a similarly heartfelt open letter to his new daughter: “Your mother and I don’t yet have the words to describe the hope you give us for the future.” “Your new life is full of promise, and we hope you will be happy and healthy so you can explore it fully. You’ve already given us a reason to reflect on the world we hope you live in. “Our generation grew up in classrooms where we all learned the same things at the same pace regardless of our interests or needs. “Your generation will set goals for what you want to become – like an engineer, health worker, writer or community leader. You’ll have technology that understands how you learn best and where you need to focus. “You’ll advance quickly in subjects that interest you most, and get as much help as you need in your most challenging areas.” “You’ll explore topics that aren’t even offered in schools today. Your teachers will also have better tools and data to help you achieve your goals. “And we can only focus on serving this community and this mission because we are surrounded by loving family, supportive friends and amazing colleagues.” “We hope you will have such deep and inspiring relationships in your life too.  “Max, we love you and feel a great responsibility to leave the world a better place for you and all children.” “We wish you a life filled with the same love, hope and joy you give us. While the rest of us were lying face down on the couch this weekend, willing the leftovers to grow legs and leave our homes, celebrities were fitting into their favorite jeans and shopping at Saint Laurent. Rachel Zoe took her son to a book store in Beverly Hills, while Gwen Stefani took her three crew to Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. Everyone looked perky and happy and fit.  I hate them. 1. Princess Charlotte: New Pics!!!

Today, Kensington Palace released two new photos of Princess Charlotte , who is now 6 1/2 months old. The photos were taken by Catherine in mid-November, according to the palace’s social media account, at the family home in Norfolk, England. “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to be able to share two new photographs of Princess Charlotte,” the palace said in a statement.  “The Duke and Duchess continue to receive warm messages about Princess Charlotte from all around the world and they hope that everyone enjoys these lovely photos as much as they do.” William and Catherine did the same thing with Prince George last year, as a thank you to the British media for allowing their children to grow up out of the public eye. Those photos were taken at Kensington Palace by photographer Jason Bell, who also shot the young prince’s christening. “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very grateful for the support they have received when it comes to their children and wanted to share these very charming pictures taken by the Duchess,” a royal aide told the Daily Mail .  “It is something they intend to continue to do.” Catherine is an amateur photographer, having taken photos of George and Charlotte about a month after the princess’s birth. Mary-Kate Olsen Marries Oliver Sarkozy!

Ready to feel very, very, very, VERY old, Full House fans? Okay, here we go: Mary-Kate Olsen is now a married woman. The former child star exchanged vows on Friday with long-time boyfriend Oliver Sarkozy. According to multiple outlets, the couple became man and wife during an intimate ceremony in Manhattan. Olsen and Sarkozy – who got engaged in February 2014 – exchanged vows before approximately 50 friends and family members in an outdoor garden at a private residence. Following the ceremony, the celebration moved indoors, where the newlyweds and their guests dined and danced. The 29-year old Olsen is 17 years younger than her new husband. She initially stepped out with him in 2012 and the two been regular in the New York City social scene ever since, often seen sitting courtside at basketball games or walking through the streets together. Sarkozy is the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy was previously married to Charlotte Bernard, with whom he shares two children. This is the first marriage for Mary-Kate. Sinead O’Connor Pens Apparent Suicide Note; Did She Overdose?

Sinead O’Connor has been found alive. But all appears to not be well with the veteran singer. O’Connor, who has a history of mental illness, penned a lengthy note on Facebook today that implied strongly that she was committing suicide. “I have taken an overdose. There is no other way to get respect,” the letter reads. “I am not at home. I’m at a hotel, somewhere in Ireland, under another name.” TMZ, fortunately, reports that O’Connor was found by authorities on Sunday afternoon and is receiving medical attention. The artist has four children (ranging in age from 9 to 28) and is married to Barry Herridge, the therapist she married in Las Vegas after meeting him on the Internet. In her Facebook post, O’Connor references a “horrific set of betrayals” and alleges “appalling cruelty” by Herridge, her kids and even her son’s girlfriend. “There is only so much any woman can be expected to bear,” she says, going on to write how she’s been “punished” since having surgery in late August and adding: “Howling crying for weeks. And been told by them all to go f-ck myself. I’m invisible. I don’t matter a shred to anyone.” View Slideshow: 21 Celebrities Who Died from an Overdose O’Connor made many headlines in October of last year when she got into a feud with Miley Cyrus over the importance of respecting one’s mental health issues. In an open letter to Cyrus, O’Connor mentioned how she had “suicidal compulsion” in the past as a side effect of medication she had taken. In this case, O’Connor concluded her sad post by writing: well done guys, you’ve finally got rid of me. Sorry the penny didn’t drop sooner. I’m an idiot. When you planned to get me away from my babies did you plan for me losing my mind over it? It being the final straw? For how you’re gonna explain why I died? Make sure you tell the truth. BARRY.. THEY WONT. YOURE THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS ME OR THE TRUTH. PLEASE STAND FOR ME AND TELL IT. i can’t play twister. My children don’t care if I live r die anyway. Neither do their dads. Everyone is better off. Never ever do this to a woman again. Let this be your lesson. I survived it when John waters did it.. I can’t survive Jake doing it. We send our thoughts to O’Connor and we hope she finds the help she so clearly needs.

Ice T and Coco Welcome First Child Together!

It’s a girl for Ice T and Coco! The couple announced moments ago that they welcomed daughter Chanel Nicole at 11:47 this morning.  In a statement issued to People magazine Ice and Coco revealed that the baby (who arrived about a week ahead of schedule) weighs in at 5 lbs, 7 oz, and that both mother and daughter are resting comfortably. Clearly unable to contain their joy, Ice and Coco have both taken to Twitter to gush about their new bundle of joy: “Surprise!!! Look who came early!! Welcome the new arrival of Chanel Nicole,” Coco tweeted. “A beautiful healthy 5.7 pound baby girl.” Moments later, her husband added: “Ladies and Gentlemen! Please allow me to introduce to the World…Baby Chanel 5.7 pounds. Love is Love.” Coco announced her pregnancy back in July, to the surprise of many fans. It’s her first child, and the third for Ice T. The couple has been married since 2001, and it was widely believed that the 57-year-old rapper was through with making babies. Since the announcement, Coco has shared every detail of her “amazing” first pregnancy. Just weeks ago, Coco’s tiny baby bump made tabloid headlines, as fans were shocked by how little the model’s appearance had changed in her most recent Instagram photos. Anne Hathaway: Pregnant With First Baby!

According to a report from E! News, Anne Hathaway is expecting her first child! “Anne is in her second trimester and feeling great!” said a rep for the 33-year-old in a statement issued today. The news comes on the heels of rumors that Hathaway was planning to adopt after having difficulty conceiving. Hathaway married actor Adam Shulman in 2012. In the years since, rumors that Hathaway is pregnant  have surfaced every few months. The actress has spoken openly about her desire to start a family in the past: “I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely,” Anne said in an interview back in 2013. “I think about it all the time, though it’s a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I’ll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can’t wait to meet them.”  Hathaway has stated that she’s known she wanted to be a mother since she was in high school. Though the couple has yet to confirm the news, sources say Anne and Adam are ecstatic about their forthcoming bundle of joy.
