Gregory Dale Lanier – a 35-year old resident of Frostproof, Florida – was hit in the leg by a bullet on Saturday in one of the year’s most unusual shootings. Because the shot was fired by his dog. According to The Highlands Today , Lanier and his canine were driving in a truck when the dog accidentally kicked a .380 pistol that was lying on the ground. It fired once and struck its owner in the lower extremity. Authorities have ruled that the shooting was accidental and the Lanier’s injury was not serious. But while it’s easy to laugh at this incident, it’s far too common of an occurrance for weapons to simply be lying around. Recent case in far more tragic point: Marquiez Deshon Pratt was arrested this week after his four-year old found a gun nearby his napping father and died of a self-inflicted wound. And I am honored and ready for the challenge of guiding him through his.” It’s unknown whether the 34-year-old adopted or went with a surrogate, while Hilton did not reveal the child’s name of birth date. The couple welcomed Sebastian Taylor Thomaz into their universe this afternoon, as the proud father announced via Twitter: “Happy Birthday!!! Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world.” Rose confirmed she was expecting at the MTV Video Music Awards in September and went on to say she would have an all-natural water birth. Vivid Entertainment has halted circulation of the 2010 Mindy McCready sex tape in the wake of the singer’s suicide, according to news reports. Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch says he has no plans to resume distribution of Baseball Mistress , which features McCready and her boyfriend at the time. It’s unclear when the footage was shot, but the title stems from her alleged affair with married MLB legend Roger Clemens … who is not on the sex tape. Mindy McCready does talk about the affair with Clemens on the video, however … and later denied she ever authorized the release of Baseball Mistress . Anyway, kiss that DVD you planned on purchasing goodbye. Those have already been pulled by the porn company. Digital sales are harder to regulate, but Hirsch says he’s yanking it from Vivid’s website too. McCready was found dead at her home in Heber Springs, Ark., Sunday afternoon after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She had battled demons for years and was just 37 years old. Duhamel shared the same message via his Twitter and Facebook. The stars, who got married in January 2009, spoke about their desire to start a family during an appearance on Oprah’s Next Chapter last October. Duhamel said he hoped to one day have five children. Fergie shot that down. “We negotiated that early on,” the 37-year-old joked. “Two is our number.” When their first arrives in 2013, expect them to be over the moon. Duhamel, 40, added that because he and the Black Eyed Peas singer “grew up in very similar ways,” they’re on the same page when it comes to kids. “My mother was a teacher. Both of her parents were teachers,” he says. “We both had to work for what we got. We’re both Catholic. The reality star also has a pair of daughters: Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 9, from previous relationships. “I love [being a mom],” Zolciak says. “There’s nothing else in the world like it. I’m just at peace. I was never out there searching for something, but there was always kind of a missing piece, and I have it all now.
