Catelynn Lowell: Pregnant Again!

On last night’s Teen Mom season premiere , Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra went to the birthday party of the daughter they gave up for adoption. Today, Catelynn and Tyler have revealed that they’re expecting! Again! “She said, ‘You’re never going to believe it: I’m pregnant,’” Catelynn’s longtime friend, Jamie Pyrzewski, confirms to celeb gossip magazine In Touch. Jamie says Catelynn is excited to keep the baby this time: “We were both quiet. I asked how she felt about it. She said she was nervous and scared.” After a short period, panic and “total denial” quickly gave way to excitement: “She is now feeling complete joy ,” a family insider says of the MTV star. Adds another source close to Catelynn Lowell , “This time, she and Tyler knew immediately that they wanted to keep the baby. She’s just so happy.” Catelynn shot to fame on 16 and Pregnant as a conflicted young mom who made the heartbreaking choice to put her daughter Carly up for adoption. Since then, she and stepbrother-fiance Tyler have become fan favorites for their steady relationship and solid (limited) relationship with Carly. Congratulations to the couple … and good luck!

Military Moms Breastfeeding in Uniform: National Pride or Over the Line?

National pride? Disgrace? Somewhere in the middle? A photo of two servicewomen breastfeeding their children while in uniform has gone viral and added a new layer to the ongoing debate over nursing in public. It’s probably safe to say the Time Magazine breastfeeding cover went over quite well with Mom2Mom, a breastfeeding support group for military mothers. In a series of tasteful professional photos showing beaming moms nursing kids, one jumps out for obvious reasons: the photo of two servicewomen below … “A lot of people are saying it’s a disgrace to the uniform. They’re comparing it to urinating and defecating [while in uniform],” says Crystal Scott, a military spouse living at Fairchild AFB outside Spokane, Wash., who started Mom2Mom in January. “It’s extremely upsetting. Defecating in public is illegal. Breastfeeding is not.” It was Scott’s idea to ask photographer Brynja Sigurdardottir to take the photos and create posters for National Breastfeeding Awareness Month in August. One of the moms photographed in uniform, Terran Echegoyen-McCabe, breastfeeds her 10-month-old twin girls on her lunch breaks during drill weekends. “I have breast-fed in our lobby, in my car, in the park … and I pump, usually in the locker room,” says the proud member of the Air National Guard.” “I’m proud to be wearing a uniform while breastfeeding. I hope [the photo] encourages other women to know they can, whether they’re active duty, guard or civilian.” She said she’s surprised by the reaction to the photos, which also feature her friend Christina Luna, because it never occurred to her it would cause a stir. “There isn’t a policy saying we can or cannot breastfeed in uniform,” Echegoyen-McCabe says. “I think we do need to be able to breastfeed in uniform and be protected.” What do you think? Britney Spears ‘ little sister Jamie Lynn is enjoying motherhood. Over the weekend, the 21-year-old tweeted some adorable pics of herself and 3-year-old daughter Maddie Briann having fun by the pool. Here is one of the aforementioned images: “#littlegirls #littlemoments” the former Zoey 101 star wrote, linking to a shot of herself and Maddie enjoying the sun in pink bikinis. And while Jamie Lynn was only 17 when she and then-boyfriend Casey Aldridge welcomed their little girl, she has no regrets about it. “Casey was my first love. Since the day I saw him, I just wanted to marry him and be with him forever and ever,” she told Glamour . “I truly believe in safety and birth control as prevention. But like many young girls… I was really scared to go to the doctor.” “I did feel responsible for the young girls and the mothers who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that.” “But I wasn’t trying to glamorize teen pregnancy,” Jamie Lynn Spears added. “I hated when [celebrity news tabloids] said that. Everybody is dealt a hand of cards. Jillian Michaels Welcomes Son AND Adopted Daughter!

The Biggest Loser host Jillian Michaels is doling out unconditional, rather than tough love to a two-year-old daughter, Lukensia – whom she recently brought home from Haiti after a long and arduous adoption process. She also welcomed a son , Phoenix, that partner Heidi Rhoades gave birth to May 3! “We’re swimming in babies over here,” Michaels, 38, told People of her new life. The two-year journey that led her to her daughter ended with an incredible twist of fate as Rhoades, 31, delivered their son the same week Lukensia arrived. The instant family makes for long days and nights for Michaels. But the fitness fanatic insists that despite the hardship, she wouldn’t have it any other way. “I don’t even answer email anymore. I don’t have time to care about anything else,” she notes. “I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. Ray J Out of Hospital, Likely to Survive

In a word: phew . A day after Ray J – the man best known for directing the Kim Kardashian sex tape and years later dating Whitney Houston – was hospitalized for what sources initially described as exhaustion, his rep says the singer is free and healthy. Says a Ray J rep to Us Weekly : “Ray J has been released from the hospital in Las Vegas and is back home in Los Angeles following an extensive battery of tests to make sure that he did not have a blood clot in his lungs, which is potentially a deadly condition that can occur following a long haul plane flight.” That much is true. Heavy D passed away last year from a blood clut and Ray J did touch down in Las Vegas this weekend after a 32-hour round trip to China. He arrived in time for the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, and actually got in a verbal altercation with members of Houston’s family – most notably her mother, witnesses say – who wanted the invited guest kicked out of the festivities. Rachel Uchitel Gives Birth!

Rachel Uchitel and her vagina are back in the news, but for reasons other than her publicized affair with Tiger Woods. The well-known mistress gave birth last night to a little girl, her husband’s Facebook page confirms, at Matt Hahn has announced his daughter is named Wyatt Lilly and she weighs in at seven pounds, one ounce. Uchitel took full advantage of her pregnant state over the course of her third trimester, posing in in a sheet and without a shirt on for photographer Nancy Alcott. She and Hahn got hitched in October, about two years after her name surfaced as the mistress that initially got Woods into trouble with his wife and led to that golfer’s precipitous downfall on a personal and professional scale. But, hey, we wish the new family the best of luck!

Breastfeeding Group on Time Cover: Way to Be!

The Time Magazine breastfeeding cover and story on attachment parenting are A-O-K with at least one major organization, despite the ruckus it caused. Bettina Forbes, co-founder of Best for Babes – an advocacy group dedicated to educating moms about breastfeeding – defended the controversial image. Forbes says three is NOT too old to be breastfeeding, and that while she’d have preferred a celebrity like Jennifer Garner on the cover, it’s still great. “We understand that Americans are uncomfortable with [the Time cover],” she told TMZ. “However, in other cultures where babies wean themselves normally, usually somewhere around age three or four, it is perfectly acceptable.” “Think of it this way – some cultures have been drinking green tea for millennia, yet only recently has it become popular in the United States once the health benefits were more understood and it was popularized by marketing.” “Breastfeeding is the same thing,” she argues, since “it is accepted and valued in many cultures, but not yet fully in the U.S.” “We’re happy with anything that is an appealing image, provokes conversation, and ultimately desensitizes people to breastfeeding.” You tell us, THG readers: Attachment parenting …

Anna Faris and Chris Pratt: Expecting!

Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are going to be parents! The Dictator actress, 35, and her Parks and Recreation star husband, 32, are expecting their first child this fall, her rep confirmed Wednesday. After tying the knot in 2009, the couple were open about their dreams of a large family, but admitted the timing was “so hard in this industry.” Sounds like the timing is right now: Faris is pregnant ! Still, The Five Year Engagement actor made it clear he’s ready to fall into fatherhood, and soon at that. “Chris wants a big family,” Faris said. The actress stars alongside Sacha Baron Cohen in The Dictator , opening May 16. Pratt is filming Zero Dark Thirty for director Kathryn Bigelow. Chris was also in Moneyball , branching out significantly from his always hilarious Parks and Recreation quotes as lovable, hapless Andy Dwyer. Congratulations to the soon-to-be parents! Beyonce "Definitely" Wants More Kids!

Beyonce’s gown was dazzling at Monday night’s MET Costume Institute Gala, but her remark about wanting more children was even more noteworthy. The new mom, decked out in a Givenchy couture sheer gown, stole the show at last night’s parade of amazing dresses and famous faces in NYC. Asked by Nancy O’Dell on the red carpet if she’s thinking about more kids, Beyonce replied , “Definitely. I definitely want to have more,” she said. “I don’t know how many. God knows I don’t know yet.” Four months after giving birth to Blue Ivy, the 30-year-old said she hasn’t been working out to get her post-baby figure back, just working. “I’ve been rehearsing, I have a show coming up and it’s my first show in a year,” she tells ET. Somehow we’re imagining she’ll nail it. Among those joining her to walk the red staircase were Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Biel’s engagement ring , Kanye West, Sarah Jessica Parker, Smash star Katharine McPhee, Heidi Klum, Tim Tebow and dozens more.
