The couple separated back in 2011, but Moore has been trying to get spousal support in the divorce on grounds that Kutcher cheated on her while married. California is a no fault state, however, which means what it sounds like. It doesn’t matter why a couple splits for purposes of how the finances are divided. The couple basically split what they acquired during their marriage, which began in 2005, and sources say both parties are satisfied with the resolution. Brown’s on-off girlfriend – the other member of the long-running love triangle with Rihanna – said she hates “waking up to bad news” … then lost it: “What is wrong with some of y’all?” Karrueche wrote, clearly referring to you-know-who. “Did y’all parents not love y’all enough? Y’all gotta quit this negative s–t 24 f–king 7.” This comes on the heels of a report that Karrueche asked if she could move in to Chris’ house last week, only to watch him flip out over the request. Confirming a rumor that has been floating around for months, the couple announced today that they are separated. “We are living separately and we are much happier this way,” the Jenners tell E! News , adding: “But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Joy Covey, who helped take Amazon public and to new heights as the retailer’s chief financial officer, died Wednesday when her bicycle collided with a van. She was 50. San Francisco’s KGO-TV reports : “According to the California Highway Patrol, Covey was riding downhill on Skyline Boulevard [in San Mateo County] when she crashed into a Mazda minivan.” “The minivan, driven by a 22-year-old Fremont man, was heading uphill and made a left turn onto Elk Tree Road directly in front of Covey.” “Covey crashed into the right side of the van and was pronounced dead at the scene. CHP officials say the driver is cooperating with their investigation.” Covey, who graduated from college and passed her CPA exam at age 19, was ranked No. 28 on Fortune ‘s Most Powerful Women in Business list. After dropping out of high school because she was bored, Fortune wrote, Covey used her 173 IQ “to pass California’s high school-equivalency exam.” After working at the accounting firm Arthur Young, she headed to Harvard to earn an MBA and a law degree. Event planner David Tutera and his ex-husband, Ryan Jurica, are making headlines because of the custody arrangement they worked out after splitting. Tutera is raising his biological daughter Cielo. Jurica, will raise his own biological son and Cielo’s fraternal twin, Cedric. Yes, they’re splitting them up. Tutera, whose breakup occurred while a surrogate was carrying the twins, says it was “very confusing time” and their situation was far from ideal. “The divorce happened so quickly after the [embryo] transfer was successful that there wasn’t time to mourn the loss of raising a second child,” he said. “I was mourning the loss of my relationship.” The couple’s ugly breakup took place earlier this year, and quite publicly, with tabloid-worthy accusations of prostitution use and addiction flying. The dust has settled, but the breakup stuck. Tutera, who is based in L.A., says his top priority is for his daughter to have a relationship with her brother, who is living with Jurica in Connecticut. “We can’t pretend like this doesn’t exist for them … that’s completely selfish. It is our responsibility to do the right thing for our children,” Tutera says. The 47-year-old host of My Fair Wedding adds, “We’ve exchanged photos. The mudslinging has ended. And I hope that one day, Ryan and I will be friends.” When it comes to Cielo, who was born June 19, Tutera says, “I’ll make mistakes, but my job for the rest of her life is to protect her and support her.
