One of the most beloved couples in Hollywood welcomed their first child into the world this weekend. Yes, it’ a girl for Emily Blunt and John Krasinski! The former Office star made the exciting announcement himself over Twitter today, writing: “Wanted to let the news out directly. Emily and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our daughter Hazel into the world today! Happy bday!” The couple hosted a baby shower in December that included such guests as Jennifer Aniston and Amy Adams. They were married in July 2010 and Blunt confirmed her pregnancy this fall. In other famous person baby news, Simon Cowell is also now a father, as girlfriend Lauren Silverman gave birth to a boy on Friday. But Kanye West made sure his fiancee was re -flowered for Valentine’s Day, going above and beyond the call of typical boyfriend duty by sending his baby mama 1,000 roses. We know this because Kim posted a photo to Instagram of herself lounging amidst a series of floral arrangement, including along with it a caption that simply reads: “A thousands roses.” It’s nice to see that the latest Kanye West rant didn’t prevent this rapper from getting into a romantic mood for yesterday’s big holiday. Lost in the hullabaloo over the Rolling Stone cover that went to the late Philip Seymour Hoffman is this critical revelation from the cover story that wasn’t: Drake and Rihanna are just friends. The “Hold On, We’re Going Home” rapper, who made headlines this week for griping about Rolling Stone giving Hoffman the cover , said as much. To hear him tell it, the once-romantic relationship of Drake and Rihanna is now strictly platonic, even though he calls the singer “the ultimate fantasy.” “I mean, I think about it. Like, ‘Man that would be good.’ We have fun together. She’s cool as s–t. But we’re just friends,” he says. “That’s my dog for life!” Well, that sounds … nice at least? Drake doesn’t have a girlfriend, not because he’s chasing girls, but just because “I haven’t met somebody that makes everybody else not matter,” he says. Rihanna, his “What’s My Name?” collaborator, seems like she could be that person, but apparently filling each other’s needs is good enough for now. Rihanna and Drake are totally in a relationship, according to insiders, and not only that, she’s finally learning how a girl should be treated in one. The pop star, 25, is loving all the attention Drake is giving her and she’s been gushing to her friends that he’s a true “gentleman,” a source says. The Canadian rapper, 27, reportedly “treats her like a queen.” Aww. This, clearly, is a departure from the norm for Rih-Rih. Hardcore. “He’s a gentleman and you know Rihanna isn’t quite used to all that … she’s used to bad boys, the ones who are hood and swagged out and real ghetto like her ex.” “But even though she’s use to all that ratchetness,” says this quotable insider, “it’s a real treat when she’s with Drake because everything flows well.” Ouch, Chris Brown . Kate Upton is the object of many eligible bachelors’ affection, so it’s no surprise that someone decided to go all out and ask for her hand in marriage. It wasn’t Justin Verlander, though her boyfriend was present for this. Stuff, the mascot for the NBA’s Orlando Magic, was the one who did the honors! The 21-year-old bombshell and the 30-year-old handsome athlete attended the Magic’s game against Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday in Orlando. As soon as the Tigers pitcher stepped away from their courtside seats, the neon green dragon made his move. With some serious bling, no less! “Thanks @STUFF_ mascot for the proposal tonight! Great game!,” an enthusiastic Upton tweeted after the game, along with a fun-loving pic of her ring. Stuff replied to Upton and shared a picture of the proposal … “She didnt say yes… and she didnt say no… so you’re saying there’s a chance!” the affable mascot eagerly tweeted at Upton, hoping for an answer. Don’t hold your breath, Stuff, if Justin has any say in it. Woody Allen: I Did Not Molest Dylan Farrow!

For the first time since being publicly accused of molestation, Woody Allen has spoken out regarding his Dylan Farrow’s recent allegations. And the famous director has made it as clear as he can in a New York Times op-ed. “Of course, I did not molest Dylan,” he writes in an piece that will appear in tomorrow’s paper. “I loved her and hope one day she will grasp how she has been cheated out of having a loving father and exploited by a mother more interested in her own festering anger than her daughter’s well-being.” Last weekend, Dylan Farrow said that Allen sexually abused her as a seven-year old, detailed horrible acts he committed in the attic of her childhood home. Allen says, however, that these claims originated from Mia Farrow, Dylan’s mother, who remains bitter after the couple’s “terribly acrimonious breakup” 21 years ago. “The self-serving transparency of her malevolence seemed so obvious I didn’t even hire a lawyer to defend myself,” he writes of Mia. I naÏvely thought the accusation would be dismissed out of hand because of course, I hadn’t molested Dylan and any rational person would see the ploy for what it was.” An investigation in 1992 did not being assault charges against Allen, although official documents do hint that evidence was present… authorities simply believed it would be too traumatic for the then-seven year old Dylan to go through a trial. Allen also passed a lie detector test at the time. Mia Farrow gained full custody of her kids after her split from Allen and the latter said he and his wife, Soon-Yi, “made countless attempts to see Dylan but Mia blocked them all, spitefully knowing how much we both loved her but totally indifferent to the pain and damage she was causing the little girl merely to appease her own vindictivenes.” Dylan Farrow Slams Woody Allen as Sex Abuser Since Dylan’s letter last week, this issue has been a relevant one in Hollywood because she called out various stars (Alec Baldwin, Cate Blanchett) for continuing to work with Allen. Baldwin says the topic should be off-limits for public debate. Barbara Walters is on Woody’s side. Rosie O’Donnell believes Dylan . Why have the allegations now surfaced again? Allen points to Mia’s continued rage over his cheating on her with her stepdaughter, Soon-Yi. He asks: “Not that I doubt Dylan hasn’t come to believe she’s been molested, but if from the age of 7 a vulnerable child is taught by a strong mother to hate her father because he is a monster who abused her, is it so inconceivable that after many years of this indoctrination the image of me Mia wanted to establish had taken root?” Allen concludes with: “No one wants to discourage abuse victims from speaking out, but one must bear in mind that sometimes there are people who are falsely accused and that is also a terribly destructive thing. “This piece will be my final word on this entire matter and no one will be responding on my behalf to any further comments on it by any party. Enough people have been hurt.”
