Even though Amber Portwood was arrested for domestic violence charges last month, she still enjoys a wealth of support, especially from her current and former Teen Mom Og co-stars. Somehow … Of course, Farrah has never lost custody of her kid, so we guess Amber just took the lead in that competition. 5. Hard Times Yes, as you may have heard, Amber has lost custody of baby James following her attack on Andrew. 6. By now, you’ve probably heard the news that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have separated after less than a year of marriage. At this point, media outlets of every stripe have had their say, as insiders and unnamed sources continue to theorize about what may have led these two to call it quits. Obviously, the photos of Miley making out with Kaitlynn Carter have led many to the conclusion that Miley needed something Liam couldn’t provide for her. And based on the latest report from Radar Online, it seems that assessment might not be far off. An insider tells the site that Miley put real effort into settling down, but in the end — she just couldn’t be tamed. “She was bored in her marriage and she was bored in bed with Liam,” says a source . The insider adds that Miley did not keep her feelings to herself, but instead told Liam how she felt “many times.” Though Hemsworth was “willing to change things up by bringing in another partner,” the source said Cyrus “needed more than that” and may have arrived at the conclusion that she’s more attracted to women. “She really did try her best to fit into this wife role at first, but she is just not ready to be a domesticated housewife,” the insider claims. While the split apparently did not come as a total shock to Hemsworth, he was reportedly stunned by how quickly Miley moved on. According to the source, “heartbroken” Hemsworth “was completely caught off guard” by Cyrus’ pics with Carter. It seems Miley is also having a hard time with the separation, but she’s receiving much-needed support from her siblings. Her parents, on the other hand, are openly wondering if she made the right decision. “Miley’s sisters support her and just want her to be happy,” the insider says. “Her mom Tish and dad Billy Ray are not quite there yet though,” the source adds. “They really love Liam, and Miley’s parents wanted nothing more than for her to have some children so that they could have grandbabies.” As for the reports that Miley and Kaitlynn are dating , they appear to be bogus — and that’s probably a good thing. Unfortunately, reality stars Todd and wife Julie Chrisley learned that the hard way on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted them on tax evasion charges.According to reports , Todd tried to launch a preemptive strike against a looming federal indictment, so officials went ahead and charged the couple with multiple federal crimes. The indictment, which was filed in the Northern District of Georgia, charged both Julie and Todd with 11 counts related to bank fraud and tax evasion. If convicted, the couple could face up to 30 years behind bars. The Blast , who broke the story, reports: “Officials claim Todd and Julie set up a production company, called 7C’s Productions, which served as a loan-out company for all the money earned through their popular reality show, “Chrisley Knows Best,” which airs on the USA Network. The documents claim millions of dollars were deposited into the production company account over the years, but the reality stars did not file tax returns in time for 2014, 2015 or 2016.” The couple has yet to speak out since the charges dropped, but Todd did post a cryptic message on Instagram before the news broke.
