Tristan Thompson May Be Dating Khloe Kardashian For Her Social Media Presence Poor Khloé! While the youngest of the Kardashian sisters has been running around gushing about her relationship with Cleveland Cavs baller Tristan Thompson there are some naysayers who feel the love he’s expressing for her isn’t genuine. Sources tell Radar that NBA star Tristan Thompson is reaping the rewards of dating youngest Kardashian sister Khloe, with one insider claiming, “He’s with her for her social media presence.” “Since he’s been with Khloe, his following has doubled, which means his endorsement deals will as well,” the source continued. “It’s no coincidence that he upgraded from dating an Instagram model [Jordy Craig] to a reality TV star with more than 60 million followers.” According to Blind Gossip , Thompson is also hoping that his relationship with the KUWTK star will boost his endorsement deals. Look y’all… It wouldn’t be the first time a NBA player used his relationship with Khloe to leverage MAJOR deals. But it’s not just the thirst for endorsements that has friends worried. Of course, instead of shooting down the accusations in a level-headed fashion and addressing other pressing matters, Trump basically just stood next to a pile of blank papers and bellowed “Fake news!” at anyone he disagreed with. Fortunately, while Trump might be reluctant to discuss the scandal, his comrade from another mom-rade, Brosef Stalin himself, Vladimir Putin, is more than happy to share his thoughts about his nation’s top-notch prostitutes. Putin is also no big fan of press conferences, but he climbed off his horse and buttoned his Brooks Brothers to speak with reporters at the Kremlin on Tuesday. Not surprisingly, he defended Trump. Even better, it seems he’s taking a page from his buffoonish Western counterpart’s playbook, using over-the-top The Onion quotables to gaslight a skeptical electorate. “I find it hard to believe that he rushed to some hotel to meet girls of loose morals, although ours are undoubtedly the best in the world,” Putin said, when asked about the saucy minxes of Mother Russia. Donald Trump is not exactly the most popular figure in Hollywood. But few celebrities have been as openly disdainful and distrusting of the President-Elect as Chelsea Handler. The comedian cried on air after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton on November 8. She then seriously considered moving to Spain, prior to staying put and deciding to use her talk show as a platform to talk about politics and the state of this country. Handler also plans to lead the Women’s March at the Sundance Film Festival on January 21. Just days away from Trump being inaugurated as President, Handler spoke to Variety from her home in New York City, responding to a question about the real estate mogul’s victory with a surprising answer. Does she blame a poorly-run Clinton campaign for the stunning Trump win? Frustrated white workers in states such as Florida and Michigan? Trump’s message on jobs? Nope, nope and nope. Handler blames Kim Kardashian. And Khloe Kardashian. And Kourtney Kardashian. And probably Kylie Jenner , too. After blaming the media for treating Trump like an “entertainer” instead of a politician, Handler explained her viewpoint thusly: “We’ve turned into a reality show. I blame the Kardashians, personally; the beginning of the end was the Kardashians. The way these people have blown up and don’t go away – it’s surreal.” There’s certainly something to be said for the Kardashians representing a new age of social media and celebrity, one in which one can basically “do” nothing and still be rich and famous. But Trump did a lot during his campaign for the Presidency. He didn’t just pose for racy Instagram photos… thank goodness. “Everyone is for sale. We’re looking at a man that gets mad at Vanity Fair for reviewing his restaurant poorly,” Handler expounded to Vanity Fair, adding: “By the way, have you ever been to that restaurant? It’s the biggest piece of garbage you’ve ever walked into. That place looks like a Southwest airport lounge. It’s the worst.” In all seriousness, though, Handler is concerned about the future of our country. “The idea that so many people were so wrong about the outcome is so screwed up,” Chelsea says . “The fact that Russia is interfering with our election is beyond repair. How do we ever recover from that? What’s to prevent them from doing it for the rest of our lives?” Elsewhere in the interview, Handler refers to Trump as a “sociopath,” says Kanye West “needs to get on his meds” and says of her role as a celebrity: “[It’s] to reach across and figure out the people who are so disenchanted that they voted for him, and try to find some common ground.” Sounds like a tall order. If you watch Vanderpump Rules online , you know that much of the season’s has centered around the ongoing mystery of Lala Kent’s love life. Is Lala dating Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Hayes Pullard? Is she banging a married guy for free Range Rovers and private jet rides? Watch Vanderpump Rules Season 5 Episode 11 Online Or is Lala’s mystery man even more high-profile and well-off than anyone initially suspected? The plot thickened on last night’s episode of Vanderpump , when James Kennedy revealed that guests who stayed at the house Lala’s dude rented for Coachella were obligated to sign a non-disclosure agreement Yes, the dude rented a big enough party crib for Coachella that his girlfriend’s friends were able to bring their significant others, and he went so far as to draw up legal documents to protect his identity. We think it’s safe to say this is not some relative-unknown NFL player. Naturally, everyone denied signing the NDA, but that’s usually how these things work. We doubt the sugar daddy paid to have the docs drafter and sent to Lala’s friends, but when they stood on principle for the first time their lives and refused to sign, he was just all: “Well, if I can’t trust a bunch of thirsty D-listers from a reality show where the entire cast is known for their willingness to screw over absolutely anyone, who can I trust? C’mon in, you crazy kids!” After the show, two of the newly-sketchy-seeming Coachella guests appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live! where they attempted to nonchalantly brush the situation off: Ariana Madix & Tom Sandoval on WWHL As you can see, the future’s not looking bright for Tom and Ariana’s acting careers. What may be most interesting about this situation is that along with the ever-weaselly James Kennedy, Tom and Ariana have been pretending to be completely in the dark about the identity of Lala’s dude this entire season. Now it’s clear that even if they’re telling the truth about never having met the guy, they at least know more than they’re letting on about who he is. Sadly, we may never get to the bottom of this mystery, as Lala has quit the show , and we’ll reportedly see her dramatoc departure in the next few episodes.
