By now, you’re almost certainly aware that Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt . The intensely private couple has been predictably tight-lipped about their legal battles, but naturally, that hasn’t kept the tabloid press from prying. Now it looks as though Jolie may have inadvertently revealed more than she intended to about her private battle with Pitt by going to incredible lengths to keep news of the split out of the gossip columns. It seems Angie has been getting legal on bloggers and entertainment writers whom she feels crossed the line in their coverage of her split with Brad. One blogger who received a cease and desist from Jolie is none other than the notorious Perez Hilton, who did not take her request kindly. Hilton posted a screenshot of his response to Angelina’s lawyers on Instagram: Hilton captioned the above message (which he concluded with a polite “Such my dick!”) with the following: “In other news, #AngelinaJolie’s lawyers at Greenberg Glusker have just threatened to sue me for my coverage of her split from #BradPitt. ME!! I have always been one of Angelia Jolie’s loudest and strongest supporters and defenders!!!!! “This was my email back to Angelina’s lawyers, #BertFields and #PriyaSapori. Glad I’m not running for president!!” Shockingly, Perez’s tersely-worded email was apparently enough to get Angelina’s lawyers to back down. The offending piece is still on his website, and Jolie’s legal team has yet to file suit, several days after they reportedly received Hilton’s response. So what does this all this tell us about the Pitt-Jolie split? Well, for starters, it’s interesting that Angelina is the one who’s concerned about details of her split going public and not Brad. After all, Pitt is the one being investigated for child abuse after allegedly getting into a physical confrontation with his son aboard a private jet. In addition, these cease and desist orders come on the heels of a new round of reports (allegedly issued from Angie’s camp) that prior rumors that Brad visited his kids last week and is working to hammer out a divorce settlement are patently false. Mailman Caught Pepper Spraying Resident’s Dogs [Video] A mailman, obviously with either a cruel streak or a crippling fear of dogs , faces three misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty after unleashing pepper spray on three dogs along his mail route. 21-year-old John Brucewayne O’Veal, explained to officials that “he observed the dogs and their teeth. He sprayed the dogs as he was trained to do.” The only issue? The dogs were puppy-sized and caged behind a fence — away from the mailbox he needed to access. They train mailmen to pepper spray dogs behind a fence? That’s interesting… Of course, the dog’s owner believes that story about as much as we do. He told ABC13 that his dogs, one a rescue from a shelter, couldn’t even open their eyes for three hours after the attack. He thinks that O’veal should be punished — but not with jail time or fines. Just some good old fashioned community service at a local dog shelter. “I think a little community service. SPCA, that’s where we got Bella. We rescued her. You know, it was horrible what happened to her.” Last night, the Kardashians threw a party after wrapping season 12 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians . Photobooth pics were shared, but none included Kim. In fact, it’s suspected Kim didn’t even attend the bash, understandably so. Kim recently sued mediatakeout.com for alleging that she was involved in the robbery. In a complaint filed in New York federal court, Kim’s lawyer accused the gossip site of alleging that Kim “faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars.” The lawyer claims the site is nothing more than “an online gossip tabloid that published a series of articles in early October 2016 referring to her a liar and thief.” “After having been the victim of a horrific and traumatic armed robbery in France, Kim Kardashian returned to the United States only to again be victimized,” the complaint continued. it’s a pretty bold statement for a site to make.

Samsung Recalls $19 Billion Worth Of Galaxy Note 7’s After Exploding Controversy After months of incidents involving their exploding Galaxy Note 7 , Samsung has officially shut down the production of the fiery cell phone. According to DailyMail , the decision is going to cost the company a LOT of money. The decision could cost the firm $19billion. Experts estimate the axing of the device could cost nearly $17bn in lost sales and Samsung could have to shell out an estimated $2.2billion if every 2.5 million handset produced is refunded at an average cost of $850. ‘Taking our customers’ safety as our highest priority, we have decided to halt sales and production of the Galaxy Note 7,’ the company said. Gwyneth Paltrow is featured in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar. A LOT of Gwyneth Paltrow, we should say. The actress strips nearly all the way down (inside of a supermarket, randomly) for the publication, showing off a very impressive physique for someone her age and talking at length about many personal issues. Considering this is the “Daring Issue,” Paltrow talks about what it means for someone who is 44 years old to be… well… daring. “My daughter [Apple, 12] is super ballsy. I always follow her lead,” Paltrow explains. “I actually don’t need to encourage her to take risks. She likes to push herself; she wants to see how far she can get. It’s really inspiring to see that in a young woman.” Back when she was around 27, Paltrow won an Oscar and got a big head. She says her father then labeled her an “asshole,” to which she took exception. But in which she now takes pride. “If you haven’t taken all of life’s incredible knocks and disappointments and used them to become a fully integrated, self-expressing person by the time you’re 40, then what can I tell you?” she says. Is that not the most Gwyneth Paltrow quote ever? Aside from the whole conscious uncoupling thing, that is? The Goop founder goes on to say she has sought to instill this same no-nonsense attitude into her kids, Apple, 12 and Moses, 10. (Sorry, but we’ll never ever get over the name Apple . Poor kid) “In my case, I’ve borne these two kids into a particularly strange circumstance,” the actress says. “They are going to have to fend off a lot and protect themselves from a lot of projections and prejudice about who they are, coming from the family that they come from.” She doesn’t want us to feel sorry for children coming from a whole lot of privilege, does she? Sure, they may face some obstacles as a result. But does Paltrow really not see how ridiculous that comment is, considering the circumstances under which other children grow up? Enough about Paltrow, though. She sucks. What about Beyonce?!? In one of the oddest friendships we can think of, these two are extremely close. Paltrow says the singer is “shy” in real life, adding: “If you met her and you didn’t know who she was or what she did, it would be inconceivable to you that she was Beyonce. “Some really famous people, even when they’re off-duty, have this energy that is sort of overpowering. She does not have that.” Concludes the controversial star: “[Beyonce] is so dialed down. She’s the sweetest mother. “You would not believe she is Beyonce Knowles.
