Rapper Freddie Gibbs Found Not Guilty Of Teen Rape Charges In Austria For months now rapper Freddie Gibbs has been under threat of losing his freedom behind an alleged sexual assault that took place in Vienna, Austria. Back in June Gibbs was arrested and charged with the rape of a drunk 17-year-old fan after one of his shows. Today, according to DailyMail , Gibbs was acquitted of all the charges against him and thus dodged a potential 10-year stint in the bing. Vitalii Sediuk has struck again. And this is getting seriously ridiculous. The serial “prankster” (can outlets please stop using that term? The guy isn’t calling celebrities and claiming to be Seymour Butts…) just went out and attacked Kim Kardashian. In broad daylight. Sediuk has gained a reputation as someone who harasses and assaults celebrities. There’s really no other way to put it. Just a few days ago, he jumped on the back of Gigi Hadid while she was in France. Prior to that Sediuk attacked Ciara . He also tried to kiss Will Smith on a red carpet one time and literally crawled under the dress of America Ferrera. For real. This actually happened (see below) and the guy who perpetrated the violation of privacy was barely punished. So that brings us to Wednesday afternoon. Kardashian had just gotten out of a car in Paris when Vitalii Sediuk ran up from behind her and tried to kiss her famous rear end. We make fun of Kim Kardashian and her family members all the time, but something such as this is inexcusable. It’s completely undeserved. As you can see, Kim’s bodyguard doesn’t let Sediuk get very far in his mission, tackling him to the ground almost immediately: Vitalii Sediuk Attacks Kim Kardashian! The video was posted to Instagram by makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, but there’s actually a longer version circulating around the Internet. It features Sediuk getting up after being tossed aside, putting on his hat and sprinting away from the scene of his crime. And that’s really what this should be: a crime. Kim should file charges. Anyone this moron attacks should file charges. It’s one thing to say a celebrity should expect to get made fun of online or something. But it’s a very different thing to say a celebrity isn’t entitled to physical privacy and well-being. Kim, who has actually been targeted by Vitalii in the past, took to Twitter soon after the incident to thank security guard Pascual Duvier for keeping him safe, referring to him as “G.” Here is the extended footage of Sediuk running away as quickly as he can after his attack gets thwarted: Kim Kardashian Gets Attacked Vitallii, meanwhile, also took to social after the confrontation to confirm he was, indeed, the culprit. “I was protesting Kim for using fake butt implants. I encourage her and the rest of Kardashian clan to popularise natural beauty among teenage girls who follow and defend them blindly,” he wrote on Instagram. He then added: “P.s. I was sitting there outside the posh restaurant to use free wifi and eating my ice-cream. When all of a sudden, the pack of paparazzi came out and the car with Kim Kardashian. “I swear I didn’t know she was going to be there. So I had to come out with an idea very fast. Does it mean if I don’t go to celebrities, they come to me? Lol.” What a total and complete tool. This guy should be in jail.
Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift were an item for a few months. Their relationship was the subject of much controversy down to just how quickly Swift rebounded from her relationship with Calvin Harris. When Taylor and Tom became a thing, the internet couldn’t help but scrutinize Taylor for moving swiftly on. They had one of the most interesting relationships in recent memory. Fans were at odds, wondering whether the whole relationship was a gigantic publicity stunt. If it was a publicity stunt, then the two stars succeeded in getting a lot of that. Their relationship was pretty much everywhere. You know you’re in good graces with Taylor Swift when she invites you to her Independence Day soirée. Her guest list generally includes her squad and their partners. Basically, get on Taylor’s squad and you’ll be invited. Tom recently sat down with his pal, Benedict Cumberbatch for October issue of Interview . Benedict made it clear that Taylor would not be mentioned in the interview. This is not the first interview in which Tom did not speak about Swift . “There’s another weight of us being in the public eye, which is this presumption that, because your work and your promotion work is very public, your private life should be, too,” Cumberbatch stated. “And, without getting into a huge debate, I just want to say that I’m not going to ask questions about my friend’s personal life just because there are unsolicited photographs of him and a certain someone, in a relationship or together,” the Sherlock actor continued. “I’m not going to get into that. So that door is closed, dear reader.” One of the topics Hiddleston did open up about was filming Thor: Ragnarok in Australia. If you recall, Taylor was with Tom in Australia, so the next part might have something to do with her. “You’ve got to do something, even if it’s just to kick-start the day,” he told Cumberbatch. “I use music. And running. I find that, when I’m working, if I start the day with a run—outside, not in a gym, but just me out there in the elements, with only my own legs to propel me forward … It’s something to do with just being in the world and getting out of my own head.” It is a bit disheartening that he didn’t publicly mention his relationship with Taylor, but maybe he’s trying to keep things classy. Maybe Taylor has told Kanye West about the relationship and Kim Kardashian will use it to call her out on Keeping Up with the Kardashians . That’s what happened with the whole Taylor being used on Kanye’s music video fiasco. It made for a great episode of the reality hit, but it was convoluted. It would not be the first time. It’s been over a year since Shannen Doherty revealed that she’s battling breast cancer . During that time, the actress has been remarkably candid about her difficult journey, opening up to fans about emotional milestones along the way. When Doherty shaved her head because she was losing her hair as a result of chemotherapy treatments, she posted a photo of the moment on her Instagram page. Earlier this month, she triumphantly shared the news that she’s almost done with chemotherapy . Now that there’s a light at the end of her very long, dark tunnel, Doherty is making a point to thank those who helped guide her on her path to recovery. Doherty has been effusive in her praise for her oncologist, Dr. Lawrence Piro. She’s expressed her gratitude to her network of supportive friends who stood by her in her darkest hour. And today, she took time out to thank the man who held her hand as she faced the fight of her life. Doherty married Kurt Iswarienko in 2011. Today, she shared a photo from their wedding (above) on Instagram, along with the following caption: “Our wedding was exceptional and not for the big event it was. It was exceptional because we committed for better or worse, in sickness or in health to love and cherish one another.” “Those vows have never meant more than they do now. Kurt has stood by my side thru sickness and makes me feel more loved now than ever. “I would walk any path with this man. Take any bullet for him and slay every dragon to protect him. He is my soul mate. My other half. I am blessed.” During a Stand Up to Cancer event in Los Angeles earlier this month, Doherty revealed that her battle with cancer has actually strengthened her marriage: “My marriage was always fantastic,” she told Entertainment Tonight . “but it’s even better now.” She added: “It’s not just the people who have cancer. It’s the families too that go through it that it’s very hard on.” Asked about his role in his wife’s recovery, Iswarienko downplayed his contribution: “I have the easy part,” he told ET. “Just being a support system for her… I wish I could do it for her, you know?” Our thoughts are with Doherty and Iswarienko as the two of them continue their fight against one of the toughest opponents imaginable.

Bobby Brown Says Nick Gordon Will Be Brought To Justice Bobby Brown is on a mission to bring justice to whoever was involved in the death of Bobbi Kristina. The singer recently opened up about about the guilty verdict in Nick Gordon’s wrongful death suit . Bobby now tells T.D. Jakes that only ONE thing can bring him closure after losing his beloved daughter … “I don’t know the specifics of what happened, but as the judge has said, he is legally responsible,” the 47-year-old “My Prerogative” singer said in an interview on “The T.D. Jakes Show” that will air Wednesday night. “The D.A. still hasn’t taken out criminal charges on Nick Gordon, and that’s what I’m waiting for him to do. Farrah Abraham is not on the guest list for Maci Bookout’s upcoming wedding to Taylor McKinney. Farrah is probably the most controversial Teen Mom star in the history of the franchise. She seems to think everything is about her, so it’s probably for the best that she didn’t make the cut to be invited. “No I didn’t receive an invite,” Abraham, 25, revealed. “I don’t care of the reason, I’m busy.” Farrah is always busy trashing her co-stars, so that probably explains part of the reason why she won’t be in attendance. It would not be surprising if Farrah tried to organize a huge party to try and take the attention away from Maci’s wedding. Farrah craves attention and she knows she only has to open her mouth to get it. When she’s not bragging about how amazing her daughter is, she’s arguing with her bit on the side, Simon Saran. Their relationship has been the subject of much scrutiny, but it’s pretty clear they’re made for each other. Their relationship status changes pretty much hourly. Simon recently trashed the stars of Teen Mom OG in a crazy rant. The crazy thing is that he probably barely knows Farrah’s co-stars, so trashing them is just a desperate attempt for attention. He’s probably scared that he won’t get to milk the Teen Mom gravy train for much longer if Farrah cuts him out of her life. As expected he threw jabs at Maci and Taylor about their wedding. “I don’t want to see two siblings getting married,” he slammed. That’s a bit of a childish response, but it is what it is. It seems Maci made the right decision by not inviting either of them. It’s meant to be a day of celebrating, not a day of wondering when Farrah and Simon will turn the attention to themselves. Simon really has no business getting involved. Him getting involved just proves that he’s holding on to whatever he can to stay relevant. Not that he ever was relevant to begin with. Maybe at one point to Farrah, but not to the masses. The feud between Maci and Farrah became a thing when Maci made it clear that she did not approve of Farrah’s porn star past. Rightfully so.
