The thief makes off with only an iPhone, a lighter and some loose change from the Delta private hire vehicle parked in Liverpool city centre. According to Daily Mail, James Quarton, 30, was sentenced to 14 months in prison for the crime. ‘The police arrested him very quickly after the video was posted on social media because he was well known to them’, says the driver of the vehicle. SMH. Not a very smart criminal is he?

Today the Senate voted on Donald Trump’s declaration of a national emergency in order to secure funding for his stupid a$$ border wall. According to CNN , twelve Senate Republicans including water-sippin’ Marco Rubio and bootlickin’ Mitt Romney joined the Democrats to vote against the mad President 59-41. Unfortunately, Trump has specific veto power and had already announced that he will use it once the Senate shuts him down. “I'll probably have to veto,” Pres. Rob Portman of Ohio warned in remarks on the Senate floor ahead of the vote. “It opens the door for future presidents to implement just about any policy they want.” Sounds like exactly the type of government that Trump wants. Source: EyeEm / Getty Elizabeth Malone Arrested For Poisoning Son A Virginia woman is making international headlines for her shocking behavior. Elizabeth Malone of Fairfax County, VA pleaded guilty Wednesday to child abuse. NBC Washington reports that she admitted to putting her blood in her son’s nose and mouth while he was in the hospital so that the boy could get attention from the hospital staff. Her son who’s non-verbal and has multiple disabilities was apparently hospitalized seven times between March and May of 2018. The boy also has a tracheotomy, central line, and a feeding tube. Hospital officials first suspected foul play after noticing blood coming out of his g-tube and tracheotomy along with spontaneous bleeds. Suspicion reached a fever pitch however when a nurse found a bloody napkin in the bathroom and noticed a syringe up Malone’s arm. A hidden camera was then installed in the child’s room and Malone was busted injecting her own blood into the boy. NBC reports that her actions caused life-threatening reactions, fevers, and infections in the 5-year-old. After finally admitting her actions to authorities Malone said via an attorney that she was dissatisfied with his medical care and wanted him to get “more attention. “She denies any intention to harm her child,” her attorney told a judge. “She loves her child like any mother.” Elizabeth Malone of Fairfax County pleaded guilty to child abuse Wednesday. https://t.co/eng70m6Mzr — NBCWashington (@nbcwashington) March 14, 2019 The child’s condition has reportedly improved significantly since Malone’s arrest. Source: Scott Dudelson / Getty YBN Almighty Jay’s Attackers Arrested For Another Crime The gentlemen who relieved YBN Almighty Jay of his luxury goods, cash, wallet, and dignity have been arrested, but not for attacking the young rapper. According to TMZ , the feds arrested a street gang called the “Jack Boyz” which is comprised of Zae Numbafive and three other men. The crew was popped in the Bronx on Wednesday and were charged with attempted murder in the aid of racketeering in addition to firearm charges in connection with the shooting of an off-duty NYPD officer. Yeah. Dat way. If convicted of the crime each man is facing life in prison. Feds asked the men about the attack on Jay and two of them allegedly admitted to being on the scene but claim they didn’t touch the rapper. Sources say that Jay will cooperate with investigators but likely won’t be any help because he doesn’t think he can identify anyone as he was basically running for his life and injured. Source: DEREK HENKLE / Getty Jussie Smollett Pleads “Not Guilty” At Arraignment As previously reported, Jussie Smollett was indicted on 16 charges after Chicago PD accused him of staging his own attack back in January. The indictment reportedly includes a charge for each supposed lie Jussie told police —but the Empire actor maintains his innocence, as he pled “not guilty” PERIODT. According to The Hollywood Reporter … “Jussie Smollett entered a plea of not guilty on Thursday in a Chicago courtroom on charges he lied to police when he reported that he was the victim of a hate crime earlier this year. The Empire actor was initially charged with disorderly conduct via the class 4 felony false report allegation and later indicted on 16 felony counts for allegedly lying to authorities about an attack that took place in January wherein he claimed he was targeted by two Donald Trump supporters and beaten because he is African-American and homosexual. Just Jared states the actor will return to court on April 17. Meanwhile, Empire —Jussie included— has returned to television with its first new episode since his attack. It’s been a long and rocky road to reconciliation for Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus. As you may recall, Affleck and Shookus broke up when the Oscar winner spiraled out of control in September of 2018. (Fun fact: Ben has now starred in more meltdowns than Batman movies!) In recent weeks, we’ve been hearing persistent rumors that Ben and Lindsay are back together . The couple has yet to confirm those rumors, but they’ve been spending an awful lot of time together over the past month or so. There have even been reports that Lindsay is Ben’s “sobriety coach,” working hard to ensure that the freshly rehabbed star stays off sauce, and that he’s not tempted by being in the presence of others who are drinking heavily. That’s a lot to take in, and it’s the sort of thing that suggests these two are doing something more than casually dating. “Ben has been telling those close to him that his biggest mistake was letting Lindsay go,” a source close to the situation tells In Touch Weekly. “Now that he’s sober and she’s giving him a second chance, he refuses to let her slip away again, and he’s asked her to move in.” The insider confirms that Lindsay “was in the process of moving in with Ben when they broke up in September,” but nixed those plans when Affleck relapsed. Since Ben and Lindsay live on opposite coasts (she’s a New York-based SNL producer), she understandably wants to make sure that he’s capable of remaining sober this time. Ben reached the six-month milestone recently, and the informant says Lindsay has begun making tentative plans toward cohabitation. “Lindsay loves working for SNL, which films in NYC, and she has a young daughter who’s based there too,” a source tells In Touch. The insider adds that Shookus is “willing to split her time between the two coasts and is moving some of her belongings into Ben’s place.” We don’t blame her for being cautious. Not only does Lindsay have a child who lives in Manhattan, she’s spent enough time in the company of a red-faced raging blowhard after working so closely with Alec Baldwin these past two years. In all likelihood, she wants to wait long enough to make sure not only that Ben is committed to the hard work of recovery, but also that he’s left his infamous temper in the past. “After everything that’s happened, Lindsay’s guard is up,” says the source. “She loves Ben and also wants to make it work, but she isn’t ready to give up her whole life just yet!” The source says Lindsay was perfectly clear about her reasons for kicking Ben to the curb the first time: “He needed to get his life in order, by that I mean get sober.” Here’s hoping the third time stint in rehab will prove to be the charm for Ben. She isn’t pregnant with a small human being, but rather with a brand new music album. “Rumors I’m pregnant? Yeah, I’m pregnant with #LG6,” wrote Gaga on her wildly popular social media account last night. This marks the first time Gaga has referenced new tunes on the way. She lent her voice, of course, to A Star is Born soundtrack won a Grammy, a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for the single “Shallow.” But the 32-year-old last released an actual studio album in 2016, as “Joanne” debuted at number-one and spawned smash tracks such as “Million Reasons” and “Perfect Illusion. As for that other kind of pregnancy chatter? We have Star Magazine’s latest cover story to thank/blame for it… On the heels of Gaga splitting from fiance Christian Carino , and with the world thinking she’s totally banging Bradley Cooper , the tabloid published an article that alleged Gaga is pregnant. “It makes sense that she would’ve only just found out,” an anonymous source told this publication, explaining in more made-up detail: “Gaga was partying throughout most of awards season, but then she stopped. It didn’t go unnoticed that she avoided booze at the Oscars.” But does the supposed baby belong to Carino, Cooper or even another, undisclosed lover? This is the question on everyone’s minds! “The first thing everyone will want to know is whose baby this is,” Star writes, adding: “If there’s any question at all, the belief is that Gaga and her most recent lovers will demand a DNA test.” How lovely, editors. Not only did you just conjure up a pregnancy rumors, which is pretty darn personal and insensitive — but you implied that Gaga has been sleeping around so much that she wouldn’t even know the identity of the father. Actually, scratch that: You didn’t imply it. You straight up wrote it! As for the album, which is an actual fact we can safely report on, few details are available at the moment. Some fans had been worried that Gaga would make the full-time transition to acting after the success of A Star is Born , so they’re very thankful this doesn’t appear to be the case.
