Demi Lovato Debuts Blue Hair on The Tonight Show

Demi Lovato took a break from judging The X Factor last night to debut both her new song and some seriously blue hair on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The 21-year old took to the NBC stage for a rendition of “Neon Lights,” the third single off her latest album and also the title of her upcoming tour . But fans were far more focused on the locks on top of Demi’s head than the words emanating from her mouth, as Lovato showed off a fresh color that would make Papa Smurf proud. Beyonce’s experiment with a short haircut proved short-lived. The pixie cut is no more, and her hair is now waist-length! Check out the style chameleon’s latest look right now: Beyonce herself showed off the newly-extended (and blonde) tresses on her Tumblr account from Brazil, the latest stop on her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour . A clue that the “Love on Top” singer herself, like the rest of the Internet or at least the vocal part, wasn’t completely in love with Beyonce’s short haircut ? It became a longer bob just a week after her initial cut. Soon after the bob, she stepped out sporting an even longer style (a lob, or long bob, if you will). And now this. Claire Danes’ Emmy dress, her surprising new hairstyle and her husband were all the subjects of great interest among viewers of the telecast last night. She also made the list of Emmy winners for the second straight year. Ho hum. The actress’ short, apparently clipped bob was much shorter than fans are used to, even compared to her shoulder-length hair just one night earlier. Fans and red carpet hosts alike were abuzz after the Homeland star seemingly went the way of Miley Cyrus , Lena Dunham and made this drastic charge. The riddle was quickly solved, and the talents of celebrity hairstylist Peter Butler revealed. The bob was created as an illusion to elongate her neck. So to speak. Using a combination of products and techniques, he managed to alter her look dramatically based on Danes’ plunging Armani Prive gown. Styled, parted, combed, pinned and styled again, Danes’ look was complete. As for the star’s husband? He’s Hugh Dancy, a British actor ( Hannibal ). Lil Twist: Accused of Assault Inside Justin Bieber’s Home

So, Justin Bieber, will you still stand by Lil Twist ? The teenage rapper, who was caught with marijuana inside Bieber’s car last month, has now been accused of assaulting a woman… inside Justin Bieber’s house! According to TMZ sources, a woman filed a police report this morning that alleged she tried to leave the singer’s Calabasas mansion around 3:30 a.m. However, Lil Twist supposedly grabbed her by the arm and attempted to prevent her departure. The unnamed victim got away and drove directly a nearby Sheriff’s Department to report this. Officials are now investigating her allegation against Twist, who has also been pulled over for speeding in Bieber’s Fisker Karma on multiple occasions. Justin Bieber was NOT home at the time of this alleged incident, but it still must be asked: Why does he continually allow Lil Twist access to his stuff?!?

Crazy Rhubarb Lady Will Cut You Over "Alley Property"

Whoever said “fences make good neighbors” obviously never met the Crazy Rhubarb Lady . An unidentified woman in an unidentified Midwest town has taken to the alleyways to harvest whatever rhubarb she happens to come across.  Check out the interaction she has with the owner (although that is under dispute by at least one party) of the rhubarb. Be warned though, this lady has a mouth like a sailor so this is very NSFW. Crazy Rhubarb Lady My neighbor once yelled at me for not sweeping my part of the alleyway and I thought she was nuts. I now know, she’s not even close to crazy. Crazy Rhubarb Lady, however? Well she might be certifiable.  If I were the rhubarb owners I’d be sleeping with one eye open. And for the love of all that’s holy, don’t be accepting any pies!

Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe to Depart Parks and Recreation

This is LITerally the worst news we’ve heard all week. In news initially broken by BuzzFeed and then confirmed by NBC, Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe are on their way out of Parks and Recreation. For reasons presumed budgetary reasons, the actors will depart the hilarious sitcom following Episode 13 of Season 6. “The news about Rob and Rashida is true,” executive producer Mike Schur said in a statement. “We’ve been working on their storyline (on and off) for four seasons now, and heading into this year, with the two of them contemplating parenthood, it felt like a natural time to move them into the next phase.” When we last saw Jones’ Ann Perkins (who has been with the series since its pilot) and Lowe’s Chris Traeger (who joined toward the end of Season 2), they had agreed to make a baby together. It’s unclear how the characters will be written out, but it’s safe to assume this parental mission will be accomplished and the pair will choose to raise their child outside Pawnee for whatever reason. Concluded Schur: “We absolutely love both Rashida and Rob, and will be sad to see them go.  Rashida was one of the very first people we knew we wanted in the cast, and as important as Ann is to [Amy Poehler’s] Leslie (and vice-versa), she’ll certainly never be far from Pawnee. Rob we initially thought we could only have for six or eight episodes, and we couldn’t be happier that he will have stuck around for 75 “They are wonderful, funny, committed actors, they’ve been a huge part of the Parks and Rec family, and we think we have a great Pawnee send-off in the works for them.

Amanda Seyfried, Dog Wow Late Show Viewers

As previously noted, Amanda Seyfried loves her dog . And now we know why. The actress appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night and brought along her trusty canine, Finn. And, much to the shock of the veteran host, the pet perfectly followed his owner’s commands, sitting very still even when a juicy hamburger was placed on his adorable, obedient head. Retirement from swimming apparently suits Michael Phelps well in the girlfriend department – he’s dating Golf Channel’s Win McMurry – and the facial hair realm. As mustaches go, Phelps’ is fairly epic by modern standards: Debuted within an adorable, black-and-white photograph of the Olympic champion and his niece, the new look definitely suits him, don’t you think? Phelps posted the shot on his Instagram today, and we’re not sure if it just works because he has 87 gold medals, or because it’s just that awesome. Either way, though, it’s en emphatic win. Paris Jackson Red Hair: Call Me Gingie!

Paris Jackson is showing off yet another new hairstyle. The 15-year-old, who’s debuted more ‘dos over the past few months than we can even recall, took to Twitter recently she show off her latest look. “Call me gingie,” Paris posted, so do just that! She sounds unsure if it’s a good thing. She followed up with, “Ohmygod i look like ron weasely idk if this is awesome or not … do i qualify for hogwarts now?” “People keep asking me why and how,” she added later. “It’s because i tried dying it back from black to brown and… well… eh whatever i’ll get used to it … lets just hope the dean at my school doesn’t hunt me down for this!” If nothing else, it’s Jackson family news that doesn’t involve God talking to Michael , the AEG wrongful death case or Wade Robson’s sex allegations . For that, we can all give thanks for her fiery coiffure.
