The box declares this to be merely volume 1 of a series of sinister shape-up routines, but considering The Dominatrix Workout is only available as an out-of-print VHS, Skin Central can only assume those dreams were crushed like a lipstick-coated cigarette butt under a spike heeled boot. The Dominatrix Workout begins with rooftop yoga led by Mistress Delilah . For this yoga session, Delilah charitably wears black panties and a sexy nurses’ outfit consisting of a very short white dress, cut low enough to reveal cleavage, and a stethoscope she fingers suggestively throughout the routine. But don’t break your concentration, or she’ll whip you! Following this “relaxation” routine are weight exercises, with the mistresses serving as the weights. They follow up with low and high-impact aerobics routines more focused on the mistresses’ boobs in leather corsets than any actual instruction…come to think of it, rubber and leather aren’t the most breathable of fabrics, and those corsets do look awful tight.So to Mistresses Desdemona, Delilah, and Jane , sweating in rubber underwear just so we can get our jerkoff jollies-spanks a million!
