Man Faces 6 Months In Prison For Pirating ‘Deadpool’ Who remembers these warnings? Welp, despite the popularity of online torrents and the trusty jailbroken Firestick…they were actually serious. One Fresno, CA man found this out the hard way. According to Gizmodo , 22-year-old Trevon Franklin was picked up by the FBI after sharing a pirated film via Facebook. Trevon downloaded Deadpool from Putlocker just one week after its release back in 2016 and shared the file in full on his Tre-Von M. King account, where it picked up 6,386,456 views. Users actually attempted to warn Trevon that he was flirting with danger posting a full flick up so brazenly, but he swore he had the cheat code. He posted: “I got the ultimate way out of this, yall might be surprised on how I won’t go to jail but just become more famous. I’m just sitting back smoking out my bong laughing at these mfs who think they know what they talking I haven’t sold shit to anyone, or made copies.” He then started a whole separate Facebook group, entitled “Bootleg Movies,” and posted a link saying “EVERYBODY JOIN” with the promise of more torrents posted directly to the page. Needless to say, the FBI noticed his complete lack of slickness and took him into custody in June 2017. He made a plea agreement with the government this past May for a reduced sentence. The government filed its sentencing recommendation on September 12, suggesting six months in prison followed by a one-year term of supervised release and $100 fee. Drake Sues Big-Booty Stripper Who Made False Baby Claims Around The Same Time As His REAL Babymama Was Pregnant

Drake Sues Woman Who Claimed Pregnancy And Made Rape Claims Drake had to go ahead and face facts on fathering his son Adonis with ex-vixen Roseé Divine …however, that other baby rumor that popped up around the same time last year proved to be totally false. On top of all that, she allegedly falsified a sexual assault story about their encounter . Now, Papi wants repayment. TMZ reports that Drake is in the middle of suing Layla Lace, Layla Lace, a stripper/bartender with amply enhanced everything who came forward back in April 2017 claiming that she was pregnant and Drake was the father . and she had a string of texts and paperwork from her gynecologist to prove it all. She also had several choice words for the rapper over the situation and insisted that she was no liar. BUT…she was. In court docs, Drake contends that he met Ms. Lace during the Manchester, England stop of his Boy Meets World Tour in February of last year. He says they linked up at his hotel, had consensual sex and “Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex.” Drake claims that Layla became furious after being sent home rather than brought along for the rest of the tour . The two continued to text pleasantries and Layla repeatedly told Drake she missed him and wanted to fly out to see him again sooner rather than later, but after a while, Drake claims he simply didn’t have the time or energy to respond. That’s when she popped up on Instagram claiming that she was pregnant. Fast forward to May, Layla hires a lawyer and demands money from Drake for her alleged unborn. Drake asked for a paternity test, Layla refused, and both she and her lawyer went quiet. Drake and his team chalked the entire thing up to a money grab, claiming in papers that “There is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last Fall.” But it wasn’t over! Layla next popped up with some RAPE allegations against Drake. Layla went to the NYPD and filed a report claiming that her sexual encounter with the rapper had been non-consensual. Her new lawyer contacted Drake and demanded an undetermined amount of money to keep the rape report from going public. The case was referred to Manchester police, who cleared Drake in the claims after interviewing him on the incident. According to Drake, Layla didn’t let a little thing like her case getting thrown out stop her though…she’s still demanding millions to keep her mouth shut. Overall Drizzy is fed up. He’s suing her for an undisclosed amount for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process. Sheesh. We bet this is one he wishes he never went all Final Fantasy with. Cardi B was spotted screaming “Come here, bi**h!” over and over again at a Harper’s Bazaar event, as she tried to put hands on Nicki Minaj, who was embarrassed by the whole ordeal and wanted to remain smoke-free . Cardi took to Instagram to explain her problem with her “Barbie Dreams” foe, writing in part : “I’ve let a lot of sh** slide! I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop my bags, fu** up the way I eat! You’ve [threatened] other artists in the industry, told them if they work with me you’ll stop fu**in with them!! I addressed you once in person, I addressed you a second time in person, and every time you copped the plea!! But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are fu**in off!!” Nicki Minaj denied her accusations during an episode of Queen Radio, accusing Cardi B of building her career off “sympathy and payola.” Now, rap legend Queen Latifah is chiming in. While sitting down with the hosts of Live with Kelly and Ryan , she shared her thoughts on how the ladies can settle this. We are such a powerful minority and I say ‘powerful’ in the sense that if you hear one female rapper’s record come through on the radio, you hear that record, you know that record, you memorize that record. FayesVision/WENN.com Amber Rose Calls Out Brands Jacking Her Style Amber Rose is fed up with folks hating on her “hoeness,” but for some reason loving it when it’s packaged differently with other faces attached. Amber says she’s noticed a lot of other brands and artists making taking ownership of negative labels cool outchea…however when she takes the word “ho” back from those who would weaponize it against her and flips it to point out patriarchy and slut-shaming, somehow it’s a problem for folks. She even mentions ‘Ye’s song “I Love It,” which outright says to a woman “you’re such a f*ckin hoe, I love it” and is a top stream most-watched Youtube video. This is not about the Artists and Talent in these videos. I am extremely frustrated. Every single year I put my blood, sweat and tears into my slutwalk. I did not create the SlutWalk movement. I did, however bring it to the forefront for this generation. People remind of this daily, through their deliberate attacks and evil comments. It becomes extremely frustrating when brands are “inspired” by the movement and curate my actual life story and use it as a marketing tool. The Amber Rose SlutWalk and SlutWalks all around the globe, do not receive the attention or support they deserve. I do interview after interview to bring more awareness about the equality issues we deal with as women and people….. Body shaming, Fat shaming, slut shaming and victim blaming. I take a lot of punches and a lot of scrutiny and I’m cool with that cuz I do it for the greater good. I also DON’T do it for the recognition AT ALL but God Damn Bruh smh. I remember a few years back I used to put #MILFIN and #MILF on all of my post to only see a music video about milfs that I was not invited to be in… cool. I get it, I was an Actual Stripper, I’m not worthy then I show up to the VMAs with my team with outfits that say slut and faggot etc and I go online and see huge brands take that and run with it and still no phone call. Two men made a song that said “you’re such a fucking hoe I love it” but if I refer to myself as a hoe, take back any derogatory label and turn it into a positive or be confident in my sexuality in anyway mufuckas need 30 showers and I’m literally the evilest person on earth yet everyone wants to take my fucking swag but look down on me? Shits annoying af But I’ll continue to be A trendsetter and help women – The Real Bad Guy Now, Amber knows good and damn well she was never going to get a phone call for Fergie’s “Milf Money” video when her ex-boyfriend’s wife was on set. But other than that, looking at the evidence here — especially the Deisel ad and the last commercial — we can completely see where she’s coming from on big companies jacking her “own what you are” style. However, we’re thinking Iris Bonner, painter and designer of “These Pink Lips,” who created the look in question is really the one who should be upset here. What do you think? This weeks’s topics include Kanye West’s return to Chicago, Russ *allegedly* sending goons to beat up mumble rapper Smokepurpp and George Zimmerman’s threats against Beyoncé and Jay-Z (we 100% guarantee that running up on the Carters won’t end well for him, as evidenced by Beyoncé’s backup dancers performance in Atlanta). Things get a bit tense when Jinx and Remy Ma butt heads over the issue of #BlackLivesMatter The first episode of State of the Culture shot to 1 million views in just 3 days from it’s release last Monday. If that preview clip is any indication, Joe and Diddy might just have something on their hands here. We’ll definitely be watching to see how this how develops over time. Remy is taking no prisoners and the conversations look like their going to get very heated one day. We couldn’t possibly be more here for it. Recently, it was announced that Tony winning actress Cynthia Erivo ( The Color Purple ) would play an icon in Black American history for the big screen. Harriet Tubman. But, folks are saying Erivo shares vitriol for Blacks who are descendents of slavery, therefore the role should go to someone else. How did Erivo’s critics conclude this? Well, she’s very close with a Nigerian representing twitter user named Luvvie. And Luvvie recently had old tweets resurface that displayed some disdain towards American Blacks. She made fun of Kwanzaa, calling herself an “elitist African” and condemned HBCU’s — like they were trash! All of these things and more came to light because Luvvie decided to tweet negatively about Tevin Campbell and a handful of American Black twitter users got tired of her trashing Blackness. The consensus was “Don’t speak for us, since you hate us.” In return, Luvvie justified her Blackness with a blog, in which Cynthia Erivo unabashedly supported. Do you think this means she’s anti-Black, like her Nigerian sister Luvvie is accused of being? Is this y’alls Harriet?? But Cynthia DID defend her role in the upcoming film, saying: “Actors are free to go where they please for their work, but I dare you to do that fully as a Black woman in the U.K. If I see it, I applaud it.” “What was for someone else was never mine in the first place. Please believe that I have turned down roles I know I have no business playing. This role is not one of them….” “If you met me in the street and hadn’t heard me speak, would you know I was British, or would you simply see a Black woman?” That statement doesn’t address whether or not Cynthia respects Blackness, descendents of slaves and African-American Culture. WTF? Kids Panic At Chuck E. Cheese After Dummy With A Gun Shoots Himself

NurPhoto/Getty Chuck E. Cheese Patron Accidentally Shoots Himself We’re used to hearing about fist fights at Chuck E. Cheese, but the supposedly family friendly franchise—”where a kid can be a kid,” eat pizza, and play games—took child endangerment to new levels over the weekend. If the occasional beat down wasn’t enough to make you think twice about taking your chil’ren to the establishment, this latest story will definitely do it. A 22-year-old Tacoma, Washington patron needed to be hospitalized after he accidentally shot himself in the leg while inside the restaurant, causing both children and adults to panic, NY Post reports. Why he had a gun at Chuck E. Cheese of all places? No one knows. One father who was at the restaurant for a birthday party when the shot rang off said, “A bunch of people started running down towards the end and then they said somebody has a gun, so everybody starts running.” The restaurant was evacuated after the shot was fired and no other patrons suffered injuries, according to the site. As for the the young man who hurt himself, NY Post states: “The 22-year-old man was rushed to the hospital following the incident. He is expected to make a full recovery. Police added that the man brought his concealed-carry firearm into the restaurant legally, KOMO reported, but parents expressed outrage he took his gun inside the establishment in the first place, as it caters largely to children. A representative for Chuck E. Cheese was not immediately available for comment.” Hopefully, Chuck E. Cheese has a plan to increase security and ensure weapons are never brought onto the premises. It’s great that no one’s child was hurt, but the kids shouldn’t have been exposed to the firearm in the first place.
