But apparently Fuqua’s time of reckoning has arrived because his past indiscretions are being put on display. According to the YBF , court records show Fuqua fathered a son during his 20 years of marriage to Lela Rochon: The Equalizer director admitted to fathering a son, named Roman Jimenez, with a woman named Ruth Jimenez, in court documents dated August 2010. In the paperwork ( obtained by Hollywood Street King ), he revealed he was ordered to pay $10,000/month in child support and that he owed $86,000 in back child support. He was petitioning the court to lower his child support order to $3,134/month because he said he couldn’t afford the ordered payments. Hollywood Street King also reports allegations from a London model/actress who claims to have met Antoine Fuqua through Scott Steindorff and claims she had an affair with Fuqua. That model/actress also alleged she witnessed a second woman assault him while claiming he’d fathered her daughter. The model/actress claimed Fuqua told her ‘I f***ed her once bareback and now she had a kid for me.’ She claims Fuqua went home after the encounter “super stressed” because the woman had plans to call Rochon. The witness allegedly added, “How Lela still doesn’t know about this OTHER love child is a mystery to me. Unless she does and doesn’t care.” YIKES… Do you think all this attention will cause Lela Rochon to finally decide enough is enough?
Source: Jeff Hahne / Getty Rapper Appears By Phone In Court Over Toddler Son’s Care After Autism Diagnosis A judge has denied Flo Rida’s baby mama’s request for more child support for their son’s expenses related to his autism therapy but ruled that the rapper must timely reimburse her for out of pocket costs. Lawyers for both Flo Rida and his son’s mother Alexis Adams were in court Friday where Adams’ lawyer asked for a child support increase in order to pay for their son’s medical needs and ongoing therapy after doctors diagnosed the boy as being on the autism spectrum earlier this year. Adams’ lawyer Ava Gutfriend argued that the insurance that the boy currently has doesn’t allow for out of network coverage, dental visits and ophthalmology, leaving Adams to pay the difference out of pocket, which she said can run into thousands of dollars. And when she’s given the receipts to Flo’s legal team, he’s taken up to a year to pay her back, Gutfriend said. But Flo Rida’s lawyer Howard Felcher said the “Welcome To My House” rapper never has never been in court for violating the support order and covered “100 percent” of his son’s needs. In the end, the judge said the lawyers should confer and come up with a system where Adams submits the boy’s unreimbursed medical bills to Flo Rida and he has to pay it in full within a set period of time. Both sides are due back in court in the fall.

Just ask Nas. The legendary Queens MC is back on the hook for old tax warrants out of New York that have been lodged in his new home of California, BOSSIP has learned. New York State’s Commissioner of Taxation and Finance registered the judgments in Los Angeles against the “If I Ruled The World Rapper,” earlier this month, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. The liens total a whopping $42,497.64, according to the New York State Division of Taxation. Nas’ alleged debt stems from income he earned in 2011 and 2012. The state clearly doesn’t mess around when it comes to collecting its due, and Nas’ court papers say that his wages, money and property could be seized without warning if he doesn’t address it. Nas had not yet officially responded to the cases as of July 25.
Source: Scott Olson / Staff / Getty Woman Leaves Restaurant Bill For God To Pay For A New Mexico woman took the phrase “Won’t He Do It” to a whole new level on Monday when she ordered food from a Sonic in Las Cruces and fled the scene after telling the server “This one’s on God.” According to police , 30-year old Delia Hernandez rode her bike to the Sonic drive-thru, got her food and dipped off when the waiter asked for payment. Officials say the server also told Hernandez, “That’s not how this works,” but gave her the meal after she charged toward him. Shortly after, police found Delia at a nearby park and arrested her on felony burglary charges, which will most likely be reduced to a petty misdemeanor of under $250. Reports say she will also be forced to pay back the restaurant and will possibly fined an additional fee. All of that for a burger, girl. SMH.

The couple welcomed their first child together on Friday, July 26, Us Weekly confirmed . A source told the mag that the 33-year-old makeup artist gave birth to a baby girl last night. Kendrick is known for being quiet about his private life, so it’s really no surprise that he didn’t announce his high school sweetheart’s pregnancy ahead of their daughter’s arrival. Even though he doesn’t give the public much info about what’s going on back at home, the Pulitzer Prize winner did acknowledge his was engagement while promoting To Pimp a Butterfly on The Breakfast Club back in April of 2015. “At the end of the day, you want to always, always have real people around you, period. Whether it’s male or female, and everybody that’s been around me, they’ve been around since day one,” Kendrick said when being asked about Alford. “I always show respect when respect has been given, and people that have been by your side, you’re supposed to honor that.” The couple met while attending Centennial High School in Compton, California and have been together ever since. Fans noticed a few months ago that this 2 year stretch has been the longest we’ve gone without a new Kendrick Lamar album since his debut–but it looks like this new bundle of joy could be part of the reason why. After touring for what seems like forever following the release of DAMN , Kung Fu Kenny definitely deserves a break and some time off with family. Big congrats to the new parents!
