‘Making A Murderer’s’ Brendan Dassey Released From Prison

Brendan Dassey Released If you’ve watched Netflix’s “Making A Murderer” then you’re well aware of Brendan Dassey, the nephew of Steven Avery who was “recklessly coerced” into a confession. Well now at 27, Brendan has been released in the rape and murder case of Teresa Halbach. The Daily Mail reports: A federal judge has ordered that Brendan Dassey – whose case was featured in the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer – be released from prison immediately. A federal magistrate judge ruled in August that investigators tricked Dassey into confessing he helped his uncle, Avery, rape, kill and mutilate Halbach, a photographer, in 2005. Dassey, who turned 27 Wednesday, was 16 at the time. The magistrate ordered that Dassey be freed unless prosecutors appealed or decided to retry him. Dassey was sentenced to life in prison in 2007. His uncle Steven Avery is still incarcerated for Halbach’s death. A lawyer for Avery recently shared however that they’re hoping to get some evidence tested in hopes of showing that it was planted. While performing “I’m Me” during a festival this weekend, Weezy F. Baby switched up the lyric, “I’m a mutha-f****** Cash Money millionaire” to “a Roc-A-Fella Millionaire” instead. Boycott Chili’s: Dallas Veteran Had His Free Meal Taken Away After Trump Supporter Questioned His Service

Trump Supporter Prods Chili Manager Into Removing Free Meal Given To Veteran This is a damn travesty… We just celebrated Veteran’s Day Friday but apparently not everyone was up to the task of paying homage to our veterans. This is Ernest Walker, a 47year-old veteran who went to Chili’s Grill and Bar in Cedar Hill Texas Friday for his free meal. Dressed in his Army uniform, he was approached by a man wearing a Trump t-shirt who said some pretty appalling things — but even worse it appears he made it his business to go and speak to the manager and have Walker’s free meal removed. Here’s what happened according to Walker’s own Facebook post on the matter: He also posted a video: According to Dallas News reports Chili’s Grill and Bar said in a prepared statement that it has apologized and is “reaching out” to Walker. “Our goal is to make every guest feel special and unfortunately we fell short on a day where we serve more than 180,000 free meals as a small token to honor our veterans and active military for their service, hence these actions do not reflect the beliefs of our brand,” the statement said. “We are taking this very seriously and the leaders in our company are actively involved with the goal of making it right.” The restaurant replied to critics on Facebook with a similar message. Walker told Dallas News Sunday afternoon that Chili’s hasn’t personally apologized to him. “I need to be validated publicly,” he said. Walker said he was stationed in Hawaii in the 25th Infantry Division during the late 1980s. He blames the reaction of the Chili’s manager to the prodding of the Trump supporter. “I do believe that the election has changed the hearts and changed the motives of people so much so that he believed in his heart and mind after talking to the Trump supporter that I was stealing food,” Walker said. We don’t know about y’all but it seems crystal clear to us that Mr. Wesley Patrick should not be manager at Chili’s Grill and Bar in Cedar Hill any longer. What’s also clear is that Chili’s doesn’t deserve our money. This is about as disrespectful as it gets. Businesses be aware you will be exposed for treating people like this! Facebook

What breakup??? Kenya Moore Says She’s Back With Matt Jordan Remember when we told you that Kenya Moore and her young boo thang Matt Jordan broke up after a “door smashing” incident in Mexico? Well during last night’s episode of RHOA Kenya confirmed that they’re working on their relationship after Matt showed up to her house warming and begged for forgiveness. “I did bad. I was wrong. I was really wrong,” said Matt on the show. After the episode aired Kenya was a guest on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” alongside Sandra Bernahrd and further explained that she and the 29-year-old are trying to work it out. “We’re working on our relationship. I’ve learned a lot throughout the year about myself and definitely we’re working on it,” said Kenya. “I’m learning as I go and I clearly have love for this man and I see that there are issues that we need work out and that he needs to work on.” She also shot down notions that her boyish boo thang needs anger management classes. “I don’t think it’s anger, I think it’s different. […] He’s immature at times. He acts out. He’s 29. No Justice: Mistrial Declared In Fatal Police Shooting Of Unarmed #SamDubose

Here we go again… Sam Dubose Shooting Case Declared A Mistrial The former police officer who fatally shot unarmed Sam Dubose just got a break. Ray Tensing, who claimed he feared for his life when Dubose drove away during a traffic stop, could walk free after a jury became deadlocked on voluntary manslaughter and murder charges. SIGH CBS News reports: A mistrial was declared Saturday in the case of a white former Ohio police officer who was accused of murder in the fatal shooting of a black man during a traffic stop last year. The fired University of Cincinnati police officer said he feared for his life when Sam DuBose, 43, tried to drive away after being stopped for a missing front license plate on July 19, 2015. Prosecutors wanted jurors to conclude 26-year-old Ray Tensing “purposely” killed DuBose. On Friday, the jury told Shanahan they couldn’t reach a decision on murder or voluntary manslaughter charges for Tensing. Shanahan said they had enough evidence for a decision and advised them to keep working. On Saturday morning, Shanahan declared a mistrial because the jury could not reach a unanimous decision after around 25 hours of deliberating. Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said the jury was tilting toward a voluntary manslaughter conviction and an acquittal on the murder charge but ultimately couldn’t agree. The prosecutor in the case will now decide within the next two weeks whether to try the case again. Tensing is the former officer who was wearing a confederate flag t-shirt under his uniform during the shooting. Are you even surprised that a mistrial was declared???

Naked Florida Robber Covered In Vomit After Dollar Store Heist A Florida man was busted and another is still at large after the armed robbery of a Dollar General in Marion that left employees bound with duct tape according to Click Orlando : Deputies arrived at the scene and a K-9 tracked and found a black duffel bag filled with money. Deputies found a vehicle about 300 yards from the Dollar General with 19-year-old Tranquail Lamont Fort in the front seat. He was naked, sweating profusely and had vomited on himself, deputies said. Clothing was found in and near Fort’s vehicle that matched the clothing worn during the armed robbery, the release said. When questioned, Fort told detectives he had driven from Gainesville where he was visiting a woman but had gotten ill from taken a Xanax so he pulled over on the shoulder of the road to rest, the arrest affidavit. Welcome to Florida!
