Pokemon Go Players Fall Off Cliff This Pokemon Go game is addicting for sure…but it’s out here getting people robbed , driving them to hopscotch over grave sites , and now possibly putting their lives at risk. Two California men narrowly escaped serious injury — or worse — while trying to catch ’em all… Via Fox LA : Two men playing the new Pokemon Go mobile phone apparently fell off a cliff in California while trying to ‘catch ‘em all.’ The men were playing the game in Encinitas, Calif., when they fell off the cliff to the beach below, according to FOX affiliate KSWB. Officers say the men were distracted when they were near the cliff and fell off. One of the players fell about 90 feet onto the beach while the other player fell about 50 feet, Encinitas fire Battalion Chief Robbie Ford told the San Diego Union-Tribune. The men were quickly rescued and did not receive any serious injuries. Since the release of the game last week, there have been reports of Pokemon Go players being robbed, injuring themselves and even causing car accidents. SMH! This is lightweight hilarious…but ONLY because no one got hurt. Y’all better watch where you’re going out here acting like you’re Ash Ketchum — the next time someone may not be so lucky… FOX 11
