New Jersey law states deems the public display of political lawn signs more than 30 days before an election, illegal. This homeowner wasn’t going down without a fight though, April 20th he will appear before a judge to argue that his flag is fan support rather an a political stance. Bullshiz-ny-e or plausible? Whether he’s wrong to right, one thing is for sure – he is a rider! If he loses his case, he faces either a $2,000 fine or 90 days in jail. His response to possible jail time… “I’m not taking the flag down, if I do 90 days in jail, I’ll do 90 days in jail.”
