Chris Brown Explains Filing Paternity Docs For Royalty Remember when we told you that Breezy recently filed paternity docs to iron out child support payments for his daughter Royalty ??? Well after his baby’s mother Nia already denied that she’s demanding $15k a month to care for their one-year-old, Nia’s mother decided to jump in on the convo. The other day Nia posted an adorable photo of Royalty on her IG… and the baby’s grandma a.k.a. @na_ma_ste__, told fans that Nia needs money for Royalty for security, private school and to live in a gated community. Ma’am…. Chris then hopped in BallerAlert’s comments section and at first said he didn’t feel like being petty… before laying down the law. “Obviously you aren’t looking out for my daughter by putting personal issues up on Instagram. I’m not gonna be disrespectful and rude about this becuz I know and they know I provide and take care of my daughter equally. […]I filed for joint custody. “EQUAL” custody. Bobbi Kristina Friend Dies, Family Believes He Overdosed After Relapsing On Heroin Sad news… One of Bobbi Kristina’s friends, former roommate and admitted sometimes dealer Steven Stepho has died. According to Radar Online reports : Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s former drug dealer Steven Stepho was found dead of a suspected overdose Monday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. A source close to Stepho told Radar that his “family and friends suspect it was a drug overdose,” and that the 22-year-old had a fatal relapse after trying to turn his life around. “He’s been on the path to sobriety for a while — attending AA meetings — but they believe that he fell back into using heroin or with mixing it,” the source said. Radar confirmed Stepho’s death with the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office, who have yet to determine the exact cause of death pending results of a toxicology test, expected in about two weeks, as it’s being conducted in a private lab. On a page of Georgia’s Roswell Funeral Home , Stepho’s family said they “would appreciate [if mourners would not] wear black to the Celebration of Life Service, [as] his favorite colors were Blue and White.” Stepho told Radar less than four months ago he’d helped Whitney Houston‘s daughter and her partner Nick Gordon “get [drugs] sometimes, but not regularly.” As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 22-year-old Stepho has been twice arrested over the past two years in connection with possession of and intent to sell heroin. He was found with 5.8 grams of heroin and arrested in connection with drug trafficking in Oct. 2013, at a time when he had already been on probation. After pleading guilty, Stepho was sentenced to up to a year behind bars and placed on probation for 11 years. In his chat with Radar in March, Stepho claimed that he’d turned over a new leaf when it came to drugs, as he said he had “a great job and a child on the way.” “That part of my life is way in the past,” he said. “I made mistakes and have paid my dues for those mistakes.” Brown, who remains clinging to life in an Atlanta area hospice, had other friends caught up deep in drugs, such as her childhood pal Chelsea Bennett, who fatally overdosed last year; Paige Thompson, who was imprisoned after heroin was found in her home; and Gordon, whose own issues with drugs have been well documented. Dylann Roof’s Sister Starts $5K GoFundMe For Wedding The sister of Charleston shooting suspect Dylann Roof is asking the public for wedding donations. Via My Fox DC : Amber Roof created a GoFundMe account on June 27 stating her wedding was cancelled due to the tragedy that occurred at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston on June 21. “Our wedding day was suppose to be the most important and special day of our lives. It was suppose to start our lives together with our new family. Our day was the exact opposite. Our wedding day was full of sorrow, pain, and shame, tainted by the actions of one man,” Roof said in a post on the GoFundMe page. Roof went on to say all of her wedding details were published and made public, stating that “destroyed” their big day. Amber Roof is asking for money to help cover the lost wedding costs, to pay bills and to send her and fiancé Michael on their honeymoon. She said 10% of the funds raised will be donated to Emanuel AME Church. As of Thursday morning, more than $1,400 had been raised. Nia Guzman Blasts Chris Brown Child Support Rumors On Instagram Nia Guzman is speaking out for the first time on her baby mama drama with Chris Brown. Royalty’s mom is fed up with assumptions and went on record — via social media of course — to reveal the truth about her and Breezy’s child support arrangement. This comes right on the heels of Chris’ own court filing to establish paternity of Baby Royalty and have some legal footing to fight Nia’s crazy demands on. Via TMZ : Chris Brown has had it with baby mama Nia Guzman’s child support and custody demands, so he’s asking a judge to lay down the law once and for all. Chris and Nia have been at war over 1-year-old Royalty. She’s demanding $15k a month in child support, way more than Chris says is fair. We’ve learned Chris just filed legal docs in Houston to establish paternity. That will give him the right to fight Nia over support and custody. Chis has been paying Nia what he believes is a fair amount — she claims he’s been paying $2,500 a month. He wants a judge to set the figure, which he’s confident will be closer to his number than hers. Chris also wants a judge to establish clear custody guidelines. He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he wants a judge to set her straight. After that news broke (followed by an avalanche of online slander) Nia decided to counter claims that she’s unsatisfied with the $2,500 a month in child support that Chris has been giving her and is instead demanding $15k a month to care for their one-year-old daughter, and pulling stunts on Chris to get her way.
