Source: Greg Doherty / Getty Stan Lee’s Ex-Business Manager Charged With Elder Abuse And More This is saddening and maddening at the same damn time . The beloved Marvel icon Stan Lee was abused and falsely imprisoned by his former business manager according to a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court. An arrest warrant has been issued for Keya Morgan (seen above) and charges with multiple counts have been filed against him says The Hollywood Reporter . Last summer, legal reps for Lee filed a restraining order against Morgan on his behalf, it was granted immediately. Things got ugly last year as people who were close to Lee began to bicker over control of his affairs, possibly sensing that his death was imminent. We sure hope that if Stan Lee suffered even a whiff of abuse at the hands of this Keya clown that the bum a$$ justice system delivers a mighty blow that would rival the strength of Mjolnir. Stan deserved better than that.

According to TMZ , YFN Lucci’s blood red G-Wagon Benz was riddled with bullets this past Friday and one man was struck twice. The vehicle is registered in his mother’s name but Lucci is typically the primary driver of the high-end whip. The rapper was not driving at the time nor is he listed on the official police report. Although the internship is a paid one, the single mom, who is currently a student at Georgia State University, is liable for her own travel, housing and other living expenses. Fortunately, her cousin came up with the idea to start a GoFundMe to help get India to her internship, with a goal of $8,000. Within one day, the crowdfund reached $8,510 for the doctorate student. India Jackson is a single mom who balances her time between raising a preteen daughter and using advanced math to predict solar flares and radiation belts. Her dream of a NASA internship is coming true thanks to donations from hundreds of strangers. https://t.co/OJRMlh5dYf — CNN (@CNN) May 15, 2019 Jackson told WSBTV : “It really caught me off guard. It was amazing and it was overwhelming, and I was just blown away. I’m just blessed enough to be living in a time where everything is technology-driven, and this GoFundMe account was able to reach people around the world in order to help my cause.” India says after attaining her doctorate degree, her ultimate goal is to space travel. She also plans to finish her doctorate in 2022 and and get a job as a research professor at an Atlanta-area university. Congrats, sis!

Source: Boston Globe / Getty Felicity Huffman Pleads Guilty In College Bribery Scandal Felicity Huffman reportedly broke down in tears on Monday as she pleaded guilty to a scheme to boost her daughter’s SAT scores in federal court in Boston. The former Desperate Housewives star is only one of dozens of parents charged in a conspiracy and bribery case involving wealthy families, corrupt college coaches, test proctors, and college consultants. According to reports from NPR , the actress looked straight ahead, ignoring all of the reporters and cameras outside as she entered the courthouse to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. Inside, she didn’t quite hold her composure as well, crying as she explained to the judge that her daughter knew nothing about the scam to inflate her test scores, along with claiming that her daughter’s accommodation for extra time on tests was legitimate. “Everything else” that she was accused of doing, “I did,” she admitted. Those allegations include paying $15,000 to have someone correct her daughter’s wrong answers after she completed the test. The person making the corrections also pleaded guilty, though the exam proctor who allegedly allowed it to happen has pleaded not guilty. Huffman is reportedly hoping her guilty plea will earn her some leniency at sentencing. In a statement released last month , she accepted “full responsibility for [her] actions” and expressed “deep regret and shame.” She also added, “I want to apologize to the students who work hard every day to get into college, and to their parents who make tremendous sacrifices to support their children and do so honestly.” Prosecutors are recommending $20,000 in fines and a four-month prison sentence, but Huffman could end up serving even less time than that, possibly not even making it to jail at all.
