Damn shame. A racist California man got into a verbal altercation with two African American men in a McDonald’s parking lot…which quickly spiraled into a physical altercation that ended with him chasing them each down with his pickup truck, killing one, while screaming expletives and racial slurs . And let him tell it, it’s all the president’s fault . Via RawStory : A California man claims he was defending himself last year when he ran over black man, killing him, following an altercation outside McDonalds. Joseph Paul Leonard Jr. burned rubber for 23 feet before crashing into 34-year-old Toussaint Harrison during the June 6, 2013, incident, reported the Sacramento Bee. Leonard, now 62, got out of his pickup and kicked Harrison several times in the head with his steel-toed work boots, authorities said. “Just because we got Obama for a president, these people think they are real special,” Leonard said after his arrest. He had been arguing with two men about 6 a.m. outside a Sacramento-area fast food restaurant, where prosecutors said Harrison and Justin Oliphant had been handing out food to homeless people. Defense attorneys claim the men had stolen the food from a nearby hotel. One of Leonard’s friends said the pair approached her outside McDonalds, and she said he “went crazy and lost his temper” when he came outside. Leonard grabbed a chain from his pickup and confronted the men, the friend said, and surveillance video shows him swinging it around like a lasso over his head. Oliphant said Leonard used racial slurs during the confrontation and stomped on Harrison’s bicycle. One of the men threw a knife and broken bottle at Leonard, investigators said, who suffered a cut on his cheek. The men fled on foot, and Leonard tried to run over Oliphant and rammed into Harrison outside a nearby auto repair shop. An employee grabbed a metal bar from the shop and told Leonard to sit down and wait for police to arrive, and he did. Leonard was quickly taken into custody, and he tried to justify his actions to sheriff’s deputies. “This could have happened to your son if you had one out there,” Leonard said. “This got too out of hand for me, man.” He claimed he feared for his life after one of the men cut him, although Leonard concedes he “became the aggressor.” “I think people are getting tired of being abused by the situation, the way people are being,” he said. “I myself am tired of it. I am victimized every time I turn around.” Leonard intends to testify during the trial, which resumes Nov. 17. His attorney said Leonard plans to explain to jurors that he has previously been seriously injured but no one was prosecuted. But prosecutors say Leonard has previously been a violent aggressor, although defense attorneys have asked a judge to exclude evidence from those cases. Oh sure. He’s such a victim that he couldn’t just get in his car and DRIVE AWAY — he simply HAD to run these black men down because…Obama. SMH. Hopefully he ends up underneath the jail. RawStory

GAHDAYUM !!!!!!!! Oil Mogul Harold Hamm Ordered To Pay Ex Wife 995 Million Via NBC News reports: An Oklahoma County judge has ordered oil magnate and Continental Resources Chief Executive Officer Harold Hamm to pay nearly $1 billion in a divorce judgment, according to a court filing made public on Monday. Special Judge Howard Haralson found that Hamm should pay his ex-wife Sue Ann Hamm a total of $995.5 million, with about a third of the funds, or $322.7 million, to be paid by the end of the year, the filing says. Hamm, Oklahoma’s richest man, will then be required to pay the rest of the judgment, some $650 million, in installments worth at least $7 million per month, the filing says. Sue Ann Hamm has already been awarded around $25 million since the case was filed in 2012, the filing says. To secure the judgment, Judge Haralson has placed a lien on 20 million shares of Continental stock, the filing says. The ruling, which is subject to appeal, comes after a 9-1/2 week divorce trial ended last month. Expert witnesses for Sue Ann Hamm, a former attorney at Continental, had pressed the court to divide a fortune valued at about $17.6 billion in wealth that had accrued in Harold’s shares of the company since 1988, when she married Harold. Such a multibillion-dollar award could have forced Harold to liquidate a significant portion of his Continental shares, eroding his control of one of America’s fastest-growing energy companies. Continental is a leading driller in the Bakken oilfield of North Dakota and Montana. Harold’s side contended his wife deserves almost none of it. Next time he should listen to Kanye and holla prenup !!!
Seriously ?? Mother Who Claimed She Found An Abandoned Baby Admits To Being Mom Via The Grio reports: A woman claiming to find an abandoned baby girl in a Beltsville, Md., neighborhood has admitted to police that she is in fact the girl’s mother. After the baby was reportedly found by Khiana Jackson after stepping out on the back porch, the woman, who originally was identified as a neighbor, called police. As it turns out, however, Jackson was actually the hours-old girl’s mother. While Maryland does have a safe haven law that allows a mother to legally leave a child less than 10 days old at a fire station, police station or hospital, this protection does not extend to children left in people’s backyards. In an interview, Jackson says her reaction to finding the baby was “This is crazy. I’m overwhelmed; what do I do at this point?” Jackson later admitted to police that she made up the story because she had just given birth to the baby girl within her home, and was “feeling overwhelmed,” according to NBC Atlanta. The police indicated that the baby was never actually outdoors. The 23-year old Jackson is the mother of five other children and will be allowed to maintain custody of them. It is uncertain at this time whether she will be able to keep the baby girl. Prince George’s County Police were inundated with calls offering to adopt the baby girl after the first story broke. What type of sick isht is this???
