Bobbi Kristina Drove Into Oncoming Traffic Days Before Tub Incident Bobbi Kristina Brown was involved in a car crash just three days before she was found face down in a bathtub, Bossip has learned. The 21-year-old, who is now fighting for her life after a friend found her unconscious in her tub, hit another car Jan. 27, when she drifted into oncoming traffic, according to a Roswell Police accident report obtained by Bossip. “At the scene it was found that the driver of a silver Jeep Liberty travelling Westbound had lost control of her vehicle, crossed in to the eastbound lanes and collided with a gray Ford Taurus,” the accident report stated. Bobbi Kristina lists herself as a self-employed “entertainer,” according to the report. Bobbi Kristina was driving her 18-year-old friend’s Jeep Liberty, with the friend, Danyela Da Silva, when she swerved into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Ford Taurus. The other driver, Russell John Eckerman, was taken to the hospital, along with one of Bobbi Kristina’s passengers. Police cited her for “Failure to Maintain Lane.”

Doctors are not very confident in her vital signs, as her brain function is steadily diminishing while in her medically-induced coma . As we previously reported, the 21-year-old was found face down in her bathtub Saturday and not breathing. She was revived, taken to the hospital where she was placed in a medically-induced coma. She is currently on a ventilator but we’re told tests have determined her brain function is alarmingly low. Bobbi Kristina’s dad, Bobby Brown, is at her bedside. Doctors have told the family they should continue hoping and praying, but the signs are not good. Wow. Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Sued By Former Nanny Mariah and Nick may be on the outs , but they may soon have to come together to pay off one of their former nannies. The woman claims that she was kept on a 24-hour work schedule, then ultimately fired because the twins enjoyed her company too much for Mariah’s liking. Via NYDN : Mariah Carey’s apparently a diva at home, too. A former live-in nanny for the superstar says the “Hero” singer forced her to work 100-hour weeks — and then refused to pay her any overtime. In papers filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court, Simonette DaCosta says she went to work for Carey and her now estranged husband Nick Cannon in October of 2013. “As such, she attended to their needs not only at home, but also during Ms. Carey’s travels for her global concerts and appearances,” the suit says. “She was on call 24 hours a day. She was always at their beck and call,” said DaCosta’s lawyer, Eli Freedberg. The suit says DaCosta “was always behind the scenes and often by Ms. Carey’s side.” She was paid $6,000- to $7,200-a-month for taking care of fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe — but didn’t get any overtime, and there was plenty of it. “Plaintiff was on duty during all hours of each 24 hour day with no entitlement for breaks, for meals, and even for sleep. Indeed, Ms. Carey would often call plaintiff at hours in the middle of the night and demand to be taken to her children or to be updated on the status of her children,” the suit says. “Ms. Carey would not tolerate any delay when she called and plaintiff had to attend to her every demand, spontaneous or otherwise.” DaCosta says she was fired in January of last year after Carey berated her “for expressing too much affection for their children.” Freedberg said Carey was “jealous” of the nanny’s relationship with her kids. He also shared a story about how his late father-in-law, Robert Kardashian, who he never had the chance to meet, supposedly foretold his daughter, Kim, of her future with racism. Kanye explained, “It takes me back to a story that she told me where her father Robert Kardashian walked out, and on the side of his Bentley, they wrote, ‘n—a lover’ because Robert Kardashian was the genius that put together the defense team that got OJ off. “She had never seen her father curse or get mad. He was the most laid-back human being. And he went crazy and tried to chase the people down.
