Frankel, a “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, has announced her separation from Jason Hoppy, her husband of nearly three years, saying it brought her “great sadness.” “This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family,” Frankel said, according to People. “We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority. She called the situation “immensely painful” and “heartbreaking.” The coming split had been reported by InTouch last week, with an insider saying at the time, “They’ve had their exit plan in mind for months. It’s really just a matter of when they’ll file.” A friend said problems had been bubbling for a year. Late on Sunday, the “Bethenny Ever After” star thanked her fans via Twitter for their support, saying, “You give me so much love, and I am so grateful. It feels like your words could get someone through anything.” Hoppy and Frankel married in March 2010, with Frankel triumphantly tweeting at the time, “I’m finally a real housewife! On way to honeymoon. Best night of my life.” She was seven months pregnant with daughter Bryn Hoppy at the time, and the wedding was chronicled in “Bethenny Getting Married.” In “Ever After,” however, the couple were seen struggling, with Frankel telling People in July, that the second year of marriage “was not easy” and they’d “hit bottom” but come out the other side. “I think we have what it takes to make it work. I don’t have a backup plan. It’s not like shopping for shoes and getting a new pair. That’s not what it’s about,” she said then. This was Frankel’s second marriage. Braylon, Jr. According to The New York Post … New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards is being sued for child support again after fathering a second love child with yet another woman, Page Six can exclusively reveal. Edwards, 29, is being sued in Manhattan Family Court by stunning fashion blogger Ashton Whittington after she gave birth to a son, Ashton Arthur Whittington, who is now 18 months old. The NFL star — who joined the Jets earlier this month after tweeting “idiots calling shots” were ruining the team and makes his return in tonight’s game — was also sued in 2010 by “America’s Next Top Model” contestant Nik Pace with whom he secretly fathered a son, Braylon Jr., now 3. A source tells us, “Braylon and Ashton had a relationship, and around the time he was arrested in September 2010 [for DWI], she became pregnant. They are no longer together. He knows about his son and is paying interim child support, but Ashton is suing for a more formal child support agreement.” In the earlier case, we exclusively revealed that Pace was suing Edwards for child support in 2010. He’d tried to have the case heard in Georgia, hoping “to pay less money.” He was served in New York after Pace’s attorney Lauren Mallin , who happened to be dining at the same restaurant, Philippe, went to his table and handed him the papers. Edwards later settled with Pace here and agreed to pay support, which sources say is much lower than Pace’s reported $70,000-a-month demand. Now Whittington has hired top lawyer Mallin, who tells us, “We expect Mr. Edwards to provide appropriate support for his child.” In March, Edwards tweeted his undying love to most recent girlfriend Victoria Bow, “I will never let you down. You are my world . . . My twin, my soul, my earth, my beginning and my end. Damn, I am on top of the world.” A Jets rep declined to comment. We are fam-i-ly… Evelyn Lozada Says Her Daughter Shaniece Helped Her Get Over Chad Johnson Divorce Via RadarOnline You can’t keep a strong woman down, and that couldn’t be more true than for Evelyn Lozada, who has emerged more confident than ever following her painful high-profile divorce from serial cheater Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson last summer. “I am absolutely back on the road to recovery now, I had a month-and-a-half where I was just dark, I wasn’t tweeting, I went away,” the Basketball Wives star told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview at the launch of her collaboration with animal rights titans PETA for their ‘I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur’ ad campaign. “I probably didn’t comb my hair for a month, I needed to turn off from the world, it was a very tough period for me. I am on the way to recovery now though. Ev give most of the credit to her recovery to her daughter Shaniece. Evelyn said that following the traumatic split she was lucky to be forced to have to put her best foot forward by her love for her 19-year-old daughter. “I needed to continue to live life. It is something that happened and it is unfortunate, both sides of our family obviously were affected because we had just gotten married and for me I thought it was the start of my new life,” she explained, “But sadly, it took a turn in a whole other direction that I obviously didn’t expect for it to go in, so it was tough, but I have good friends and family.” “My daughter was my rock through the whole thing,” explained Lozada referring to the night she was viciously assaulted by the NFL star. “She is 19 so it was important to be strong for her and make sure she knew that this happened, and I want to be an example for her and let her know that domestic abuse is never something you should tolerate — don’t care who he is, how much money he has or how fine he is — I feel like I need to be an example for her and my 13-year-old stepdaughter, who was there and I still love.” The Puerto Rock reality “star” also spoke on her ex-hubby’s newest tattoo… While Chad and Evelyn haven’t had any direct contact since their divorce, he made a very public and permanent statement of his love by getting a tattoo of her inked on his calf. “I actually thought it was pretty funny! He was going to get a tattoo after we got married, we talked about it, it was supposed to be a picture of both of us on his back, Chad is already tatted and when I saw that I thought she looked just like me,” Evelyn told Radar. “He has my name on my arm too, so it’s not the first tattoo he has of me. “Chad is very odd! I think that is one of the things I found appealing about him, he is different and he dresses weird,” said Lozada, explaining why she wasn’t surprised by Johnson’s extreme move. “He was trying to make a statement because we can’t talk to each other.” When you’ve got a forehead full of stitches and bruises it’s good to have someone that motivates you to stay positive. These two always seem more like sisters and friends than mother and daughter, hopefully Shaniece learned something from her mom’s ordeal.

He might as well just pay rent in that muhfugga… Katt Williams Arrested Again Last Night Near Sacramento According to TMZ reports : Katt Williams was arrested again last night … this time in Dunnigan, CA (about 40 miles from Sacramento) on an outstanding warrant. Yolo County Sheriffs deputies popped Williams at a gas station following a traffic stop, this according to KCRA. An arrest warrant for Williams had been issued on Thursday out of Sacramento County for a reckless driving incident last month. This is just the latest in an ongoing string of legal troubles for Williams — including a bar fight in which he allegedly threw a rock at a car, a lawsuit over a bizarre onstage meltdown, and of course … slapping a Target employee in the face. Badu seems to have removed the tweet this morning but the damage is already done. Some things are just not for Twitter, don’tcha think?
