The world’s most spoiled brat singer showed off a fresh tattoo on Instagram last night, with the official account for British street artist Banksy writing as a caption: “Controversial @justinbieber #banksy.” The tattoo appears to be a version of Banksy’s “Balloon Girl” art work, though it’s missing certain aspects, such a heart-shaped balloon. Banksy, meanwhile, is a mysterious graffiti artist whose pieces have been known for sell for astronomical figures. He refuses to give his real name and will occasionally just show up with an art show in various cities around the world.
