Kourtney Kardashian and Suri Cruise just turned a combined 37! The reality TV star and daughter of TomKat both turned another year older and wiser on April 18 (sorry for the belated wishes, ladies). It’s good to be Mr. Jessica Simpson, but not THAT good. Don’t get us wrong. Eric Johnson, who will wed the singer/designer this year, worked out a prenup that guarantees him some cash, and he gets to put it to Jessica Simpson in the meantime, so he’s living well. Just not THAT well. According to sources, Jessica’s billion dollar brand is being closely guarded, and Eric’s compensation if they ever split up will work out as such: BIG WINNER : Eric has some serious assets now. Look at those . “Eric is on what you might call a vesting plan,” said an insider . “He’ll get $500,000 as a wedding present. Then, each anniversary, he’ll get another $200,000. If he and Jessica make it to five years, he’ll get an additional incentive $500,000 bonus – and a $1 million bonus if they make it to 10 years.” On second thought, he’s doing DAMN well. Of course, if he’s gonna be married to her 10 years, he’ll probably stay married to her, so it’s moot. You have to wonder, though, what Jessica is really protecting here. How nice, and rare, to see celebrity scandals end well for a change. Turns out Christina Aguilera’s boyfriend Matt Rutler was NOT too drunk to drive after all. Rutler got popped for DUI back in March, but citing insufficient evidence to prosecute, the L.A. District Attorney determined he won’t be charged with a crime. That’s because his blood alcohol content was ultimately determined to be .06, or under California’s legal limit to operate a vehicle, .08. So why was he busted? Matt has even more to smile about now that he’s in the clear! Aguilera, a passenger in the car at the time, was busted for public drunkenness when officers determined she was too plowed to take care of herself . Matt Rutler was likely arrested on suspicion of DUI by association. Hours after the arrest, officials decided they would not pursue any charges against the singer. Now they’ve exonerated her man, as well. Good for them. Well, except for the whole downward spiral thing.

William was tending to his Royal Air Force duties. “We can confirm that Catherine Middleton and Prince Harry took part in a rehearsal at Westminster Abbey this morning,” the rep confirmed Friday. Exciting stuff. The guest list at Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris’ wedding is mostly set. Holly Madison? Not on it. “I think Holly [Madison] has expressed publicly that it would be a little strange if she was there and I respect that,” the Playboy founder said Saturday. Madison had hoped to marry Hefner but eventually moved on and relocated to Las Vegas. Hefner, 85, moved on and got engaged to Crystal Harris, 24.
