Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood have a lot in common. They are both members of Teen Mom Nation… they both have multiple children… and they've both run afoul of the law on multiple occasions. The latest (SERIOUS!) transgression took place early on the morning of July 5, when Portwood got arrested for felony domestic assault . The victim? Andrew Glennon, Amber's long-term boyfriend and the father of her one-year old son. According to a 911 dispatch call, Glennon feared for his toddler's life . Like we said: SERIOUS stuff. Let’s Start with What Happened Around 3 a.m. on July 5, Glennon texted 911 (this is permitted in the state of Indiana) and said that Amber attacked him while he was holding little James. 2. YIKES A spokesperson for the Indiana Police Department spoke to Radar Online and confirmed what led to Portwood’s arrest, telling the celebrity gossip website: “I received a text message from somebody saying that their life and their son’s life is in danger. During which time the female, later identified as Amber Portwood, assaulted him, while he was holding their 1-year-old child.” 3. Now What? Portwood was taken into custody on a FELONY charge of domestic violence. She is due in court for a hearing on July 8. 4. There’s a History Here A pretty major one: Amber was arrested back on 2010 for also attacking then-boyfriend Gary Shirley. 5. She Went to Jail for the Act After violating terms of her probation by taking drugs, Portwood spent 17 months in prison, starting in early 2013. 6. But Gary is Here for Her Now In a way. Folks are used to seeing Sherri dish her opinion in a comedic fashion , but when she visited DL Hughley’s podcast recently, she went OFF on her ex-husband Lamar Sally . DL Hughley , who called her ex ‘sorry’ said he never liked him out the gate. Sherri revealed that NONE of her celebrity friends including Whoopi Goldberg, Barbra Walters, etc were feeling him and skipped out on her wedding. “I was in New York doing The View and I was lonely. That’s what it was,” she said. “You can’t do stuff out of fear and being lonely. All of the women of The View were amazing, but they had lives. Whoopi would go home and eat her brownies; she was gone for the night. Then Elizabeth Hasselbeck had her family and Joy [Behar] had hers, so I was out there by myself. I didn’t have custody of Jeffrey [her son]. Well, by now you’ve probably heard the news that Taylor Swift and Katy Perry have ended their feud . And not only have the pop stars buried the hatchet, they’ve also embarked on a very enthusiastic — and very public — friendship. As for what’s next for the singers, it should come as no surprise that Swift and Perry are planning to release a single together. “A collaboration between the two is already in the works and has been since they reunited,” says the source. “They are so much alike and they know how lucrative their friendship can be.” But it’s not all about the bottom line, of course. Katy and Taylor are both seeing dollar signs these days, but insiders say their connection is genuine, and they’re both benefitting from their renewed friendship in numerous ways. “Neither one of them really have anyone who can relate to them, and Katy is really giddy about this,” says the source. “They are both with other men now and they’re not going to let all of that continue to come in between them. “They laugh about it now because of how immature they both were.” Publicly, Taylor has suggested the media was to blame for her feud with Katy, but privately, she’s reportedly accepted partial responsibility. Blige has scored a victory in a case accusing her of not paying the mortgage on her $2 million mortgage on her New Jersey mansion, BOSSIP has learned. Apex Bank has abruptly abandoned a foreclosure suit against the “No More Drama” singer after accusing her of not paying the house’s bills in months. Last year, we exclusively revealed that the bank sued Blige and her now ex-husband, Kendu Isaacs, alleging that they defaulted on a $2 million mortgage. Blige bought that home back in 2001, and the 6,100 square foot home has six bedrooms, a master suite on its own private floor and sits on an acre lot. On May 17, the court clerk threw the case out because Apex Bank refused to move forward with litigating it, court records obtained by BOSSIP show. The case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning that the bank can refile the suit against Blige in the future. It’s the second time in less than a year that Blige has been let off the hook in a foreclosure case against her, according to court records. Last year, the bank sued her and Isaacs for not paying the mortgage on her $12 million estate a few towns over, but dropped that case as well. Although Blige can put those cases behind her, she is still having to deal with legal woes stemming from her alleged housing choices. We exclusively revealed that a judge has allowed a Beverly Hills landlord’s case against her and Isaacs to continue in order to recover nearly $60,000 in back rent and fees.
