Paging all aspiring ad people/Beliebers: your chance at the big time just arrived. Justin Bieber and Adidas NEO have announced that you can put together Bieber's Spring 2014 campaign video yourself. The best part? Justin
My name is Rebecca. I am fifteen years old and I live in Chicago, Illinois. My life changed forever on July 8, 2013 when I got the email that I have been praying for. I was notified that I have been picked as a winner for the BieberFever contest at 7:59 PM the night before my concert. I was literally crying and shaking as I read that I was going to meet Justin the very next day. I have been supporting him since early 2010, and this would be my first time meeting him. The next morning my younger sister, my mom, and I took the train downtown and rode a taxi to the United Center. We quickly made some friends who were other winners, and waited around in line after line. Finally, we were taken to the very last line. There we saw many familiar faces such as Kenny, Scooter, Alfredo, Dan, Jen Laski, Hot Chelle Rae, Carlena Britch, Elysandra Quinones, Johnny Erasme, and Luke Broadlick. Before I knew it, we were next in line to meet Justin. I was shaking at this point. Just before going in security told us, “No hugs. No kisses. You are in, then you’re out.” When I got my first glimpse of Justin, I said (louder then I should have), “Oh my gosh! He doesn’t even look real!” Justin smirked at me and giggled a little. I went in and claimed my spot in the picture right next to Justin, and my sister stood next to me. My sister lost it and started to cry, so Justin leaned over towards my sister and said, “Don’t cry honey. This is a happy moment,” with a big smile on his face. When he comforted my sister, he was literally INCHES from my face. Then Mike the photographer said, “Ok stop crying. We need to take the picture.” Everyone was in place for the photo and my hand was on Justin’s waist, and he was rubbing my back. I had always imagined what I would say at my M&G, but how could you think straight when Justin Bieber is rubbing your back? After the picture, I asked Justin if I could please have a hug and he replied, “Of course sweetheart,” and he pulled me in really close and squeezed me tightly in his muscular arms. I held on to him until security tapped my arm, and hinted it was time to go. When he let go, Justin looked into my eyes and said, “Enjoy the show.” As I walked out I said, “I love you!” and he smiled really big at me again. As soon as I walked out, I completely lost it and balled my eyes out. We found our seats in section 315, and had a blast. Justin performed an amazing show, of course. His vocals were spot on, and all the creativity that goes into Believe Tour was nothing short of incredible. I met the boy on the posters in my room, and nobody can take that away from me. No amount of teasing can take away the fact that he held me in his arms and pulled me in close. I am eternally grateful that I have had this opportunity. If you’re reading this and thinking you don’t have a chance to meet Justin, I know it sounds cheesy, but never say never. I didn’t think I would ever get my chance to write a My Bieber Experience, but I promise if you keep working hard at it, you will get your chance as well. -Rebecca See the article here: My name is Rebecca. AWKWARD ALERT! Kate Gosselin and 13-year old twins Mady and Cara appeared this morning on Today to discuss their recent People Magazine cover and how folks have the wrong impression of how their lives have been effed up by reality television. Except when Savanna Guthrie asked Mady what she wants to say about how she and her siblings are doing… the teenager pretty much ignored the question. Kate Gosselin Scolds Daughters “Mady, your words,” Kate told her child in a tone TLC viewers know well. “It’s your chance. Spit it out.” Seriously. It was beyond uncomfortable for all involved. Over the past few weeks, Jon Gosselin has gone back on the attack against his ex-wife. He has referred to her as exploitive, broke and greedy . “This is their chance to talk and this is the most wordless I’ve heard them all morning,” Kate said when Cara also remained silent this morning. “I don’t want to speak for them, but Mady go ahead . . that years later they’re good, they’re fine . . Go for it, Mady.” And the little girl finally did. “You just said it,” the teenager replied to a question directed to her sister, who was asked if they think people have the wrong impression of them. “I wouldn’t say wron. I would just say not the full story. A lot of people think that filming our show has damaged us, but it’s only really helped.” That didn’t sound rehearsed at all. These poor, poor kids.
Between Miley and Rihanna, Santa is getting all the cakes he can handle this year Miley Cyrus Twerks On Santa Claus If you thought Hollyweird wild-child Miley Cyrus was planning to turn down and close 2013 out on a not-so-slorey note, think again. The barely legal blonde former teen-queen hit the stage for the Kiis FM Jingle Ball earlier this week and needless to say, she was a lot more naughty than nice in the presence of Santa: First Rih-Rih dry humps Santa’s face and now this from Miley. Tis the season to be slorey! Check out more crotchy-licious close-ups of Miley and her flapjacks on blizzy blast for the camera on the flip.
As the world continues to mourn the death of Nelson Mandela, many of us are getting the chance to learn more about him and all the great work he has done throughout his life. We’ve also had the chance to learn about the women who have been in his life: His wives, the women who fought with him in the ANC and against apartheid, and the women in his life who were influenced by his activism and story to tell their own. My name is Lea, I’m 13 years old, live in NY and am in love with Justin Bieber. On July 31st and August 2nd, 2013 I saw Justin in concert on the second leg of the Believe Tour. I have been a fan since 2009 but since I was only 9 years old when he was discovered, I wasn’t really sure what it was to be a true belieber. This past year has been crazy. From going to Justin’s hotels, making sure you were the first to buy everything of his, making sure you knew everything going on with him, it’s hard to keep up; but it’s my favorite thing to do. I became friends with a lot of beliebers and a lot of them have met him up to even five times. On August 2nd, my dream came true. I was wishing to meet Justin and I tried everything and nothing worked. On August 1st my best friend told me that we were meeting Justin. I couldn’t help myself. I screamed and cried and freaked out. The day of the concert we got to the arena 2 hours before the doors opened and I met up with so many of my Bieber friends. It was such an amazing thing. They are so supportive of me because I’m the youngest one. We got our meet and greet wristbands and went on line. When we got to the VIP room and sat down, my heart was beating so fast and I was shaking. The crew did a raffle for some of Justin’s belongings. One of Justin’s crew members, Justin Alavi (@OtherJustin) came over and gave my friend drumsticks that Justin used at the Newark show that I was at! It was amazing seeing her face when he gave them to her. We then got in the M&G line and it hit me… I was meeting Justin Bieber. I saw Justin’s face and my heart dropped. I couldn’t believe it. I gave my belongings to my friend’s dad and walked in. I saw Ryan Good and I said “Hi Ryan!” and he said “Hey girl!” and put up a peace sign. I walked up to Justin and he said, “Hey beauty” so I said, “Hi babe.” Justin was crazy! He picked me up and we smiled for the picture. As he put me down I kissed him on the cheek. That was probably the best decision I have ever made. When he put me down I accidentally scratched his neck with my ring. Two nights before Justin scratched me so I thought it was funny. He said, “OW THAT KILLED.” I said, “Payback!” and smiled and ran out. Justin yelled, “Come back here!” but they didn’t let me back in. My friend met Justin right after me and he pouted in her picture, it was adorable. I ran out and fell to the ground crying. When we walked out I was in tears and @OtherJustin gave me some of Dan’s guitar picks! I ran outside and ran into one of my best Bieber friends arms. I told her the story and cried in her arms. I couldn’t believe what just happened. That night Justin’s vocals, his dancing, his everything was just perfect. I wanted to thank all of the crew and Justin for everything they do. I also want to thank my Bieber friends for always supporting me and being the best big sisters ever. I also want to thank my best friend Sasha and her dad Rick for giving me this experience. I promise you all, if you don’t give up on what you set your mind to, it will happen. Dreams come true. Mine did on August 2nd at 7:36 PM. -@leadince_ Continue reading here: My name is Lea, I’m 13 years old, live in NY and am in…
For over two years, I have been on a mission to interview Justin Bieber. I saw his incredible talent for the first time on The View back in 2010. Although I still have yet to interview him, I finally had the chance to meet him at his show in Newark, NJ on July 30th 2013. I was waiting for my M&G since December of last year when I went online and successfully pulled up tickets for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. I was in shock that I actually was purchasing M&G’s for Justin Bieber. My plan was also to surprise my 8 year old cousin. It was a long time coming, but worth the seven month wait. When the day finally came, I did plan on talking to Justin and explaining that I reviewed his movie on YouTube in 2011 and that I’ve been on a crusade to interview him. We arrived at the venue at 4:30 pm and went into the VIP lounge for dinner. About an hour later, Dan Kanter surprised us with a special appearance and posed for EVERY picture. He stayed for at least an hour, posing with fans, listening to their stories and signing autographs. I was able to get a picture with Dan and told him how talented he was. Finally, we began lining up for the M&G. It started at about 7:45 pm when the line began to move. I soon realized how fast it was moving and began to doubt that I would have the chance to converse with Justin. My cousin took a picture first and then it was my turn. I shook Justin’s hand and told him, “I’m a big fan of your work.” He did smile and then we posed for the picture. I thanked him and that was it. It went so fast, but I understand that they were running behind and had to move people even faster. Although it went by so quickly, I still remember him being so gracious and kind to me and so many others. It proves why his success has lasted and how he truly is changing the world from his music to giving back. We were fifth row, next to the catwalk for the entire show and I was blown away by Justin’s performance. He is a true star and although I’m a couple years older than him, I truly admire his talent and just him as a person. For those that haven’t met Justin, you’ll have your chance. It WILL happen. Dreams come true! Just Believe! -Richard (@richardgiacovas) Please watch my original “Never Say Never” movie review Here is the original post: For over two years, I have been on a mission to interview…
