SMH: So Much For Melo And Amar’e Dream Team-ing It Up For The Knicks

Sorry Knicks fans: your Big Three’s beginner’s luck is a wrap. And your team is still a disappointment. It’s “March Sadness” in New York City as the New York Knicks dropped their sixth straight, falling to the Charlotte Bobcats. Despite new personnel, these struggles are nothing new in the month of March for New York. The Knicks have posted losing records this month in each of the last seven seasons and have the lowest win percentage in the NBA during March since the 2004-05 season. Carmelo Anthony set his Knicks career-high with 36 points, doing so on 25 field goal attempts, the most he has taken in a game since his first with the Knicks (also 25). He did not receive much help from the rest of the Knicks’ perceived “Big Three” though, as Chauncey Billups and Amar’e Stoudemire combined for just 28 points on 29 shots including just six points on five field goal attempts in the fourth quarter. As of right now, the Knicks should still be able to make it to the Playoffs. But that’s not even a guarantee. Poor thangs. Source

Rumors of their breakup began swirling about 10 minutes after The Bachelor finale last Monday, but at least for now, all seems well for the happy couple. Brad Womack’s chosen bride-to-be Emily Maynard was seen at the Charlotte airport on Thursday, still wearing her huge engagement ring in this photo . Emily Maynard also Tweeted that she had just returned from a trip to visit Brad in Austin, and by all accounts it went well, even if they’re taking it slow. The couple seemed destined for each other all season, making some of the After the Final Rose revelations all the more surprising to the show’s viewers. They already briefly broke up once since the finale was taped, he wanted to marry her this month but she declined, and she won’t move to Austin – yet. Nevertheless, she seems committed to Brad Womack and maybe, just maybe, they’ll be able to work this thing out and get married when it feels right. What do you think? Will Brad and Emily last? Let’s Get Skindecent! FCC’s NYPD Blue Fine Overturned

Charlotte Ross ‘s most recent TV role is that of a MILFtastic mom on the FOX megahit Glee , but back in the early 2000s, Charlotte was burning out VCR motors as the skin-flashing Detective Connie McDowell on ABC’s gritty cop drama NYPD Blue . On the deservedly skinfamous 2003 episode “Nude Awakening ,” Charlotte made history by baring butt and partial boobage on screen. Five years later in January 2008, the FCC announced that they would seek a $1.4 million fine against ABC for the scene, one of the largest TV fines in history. The wheels of justice turn slowly, but even judges can’t deny the power of Charlotte’s Grade-A seat-meat. This Tuesday the Second Circuit Court of Appeals threw out the fine because it “turn[ed] on an application of the same context-based indecency test” that the courts found too vague in the case of Cher ‘s uttering of the word “fuck” on the Billboard Music Awards in 2002. Next up, full frontal nudity on Desperate Housewives .
