According to the documents filed, Chyna owes just a hair over $48,000 for vacating the premises before her lease was up. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained The Blast, Michael Kremerman is suing Blac Chyna for breaching her lease. He claims that in 2017, Chyna signed a one-year lease for a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, $4.5 million Studio City home from Kremerman at $16,000 a month. He claims she extended the lease until March 31, 2019. The landlord claims that Chyna vacated the home in November 2018 and stopped paying, despite the lease running through March. Kremerman says he is owed $30,546 in unpaid rent, plus $18,006.06 in damages, for a grand total of $48,552.06. The landlord is also suing Chyna for attorney fees as well. — Photo: Getty

As spotted on Engadget the luxury car maker has revealed their Rapid-E model; their first ever electric car. Originally announced in 2014 the four door sedan features a 800V, 65 kWh battery system and twin rear motors. Even though the V12 engine has been swapped out, it still pumps out 604 hp and 700 pound-feet of torque. Additionally it goes from 0-60 MPH in about 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 150 MPH. In terms of the build out the Rapid-E stays true to the British manufacturer’s super premium brand positioning. The battery lives where the usual fuel engine would under the hood. Inside the vehicle provides the owner a plush driving experience with carbon fiber detailing all throughout the cockpit. On the dash we get a digital display that shows how much charge you have left, energy consumption and much more. At the Shanghai Auto Show Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer spoke on how this release will help redefine their organization. “Unveiling the Rapide E will be a huge moment for Aston Martin. As our first all-electric production car, it is a truly historic step. One that signals Aston Martin is prepared for the huge challenge of an environmentally responsible and sustainable future. The Bulldogs defeated Tucker High School, 46-43, with a buzzer-beating 35-foot shot from senior Da’Marcus Johnson. Source: NurPhoto / Getty Man Gets Caught Trying To Smuggle An Orangutan Into His Country A Russian man was arrested at an airport in Bali after attempting to smuggle a drugged baby orangutan in his luggage out of the air hub and back to his home country. The tourist is now facing anywhere up to $7,000 in fines and a five year stay in prison. This past Friday night, Andrei Zhestkov was detained at Ngurah Rai International Airport before boarding his flight back to Russia, according to reports from The Independent . Officials found a 2-year-old orangutan fast asleep in a basket–evidently because he was drugged with allergy pills–after a routine security screening. The 27-year-old reportedly told officials that he had been given the protected primate by his friend, who purchased the animal for $3,000 at a street market. He explained that his friend is also from Russia and had apparently convinced him he could take the orangutan home to keep as a pet, according to reports from The Guardian. But that wasn’t all the wildlife this man had stored in his suitcase, authorities also discovered two geckos and five lizards in the man’s luggage. For all of these offenses, the would-be smuggler faces up to five years in prison and $7,000 in fines. “[Zhestkov] seemed prepared, like he was transporting a baby,” Bali conservation official I Ketut Catur Marbawa said of the scene, revealing that the Russian man had also packed baby formula and blankets. The baby orangutan is now being cared for by the Bali Natural Resources Conservation Agency, BBC reports . As noted by the World Wildlife Foundation , orangutans are a critically endangered species with a few more than 100,000 known to be remaining across the globe.
