Samsung UN32EH5300 32-Inch 1080p 60 Hz LED HDTV reviews

I really love this TV. This is my first flat screen TV. I did a lot of homework before zeroing on this TV. I purchased it based on the following features: – It is a smart HDTV, LED – 60Hz and this year#39;s model available at considerably better price as compared to even last year models with similar features. Though, I would have been very happy if I could have closed the deal at $ 650 :-p I did see the earlier reviews for this TV but most seemed like user training issues. The sound/picture

Samsung UN32EH4003 32-inch 720p 60Hz LED HDTV reviews

This is a really sweet Samsung HDTV for the price. The first one I bought at Walmart for $298 was on Sept. 4th. That one had some LED backlight bleed on the bottom center of it. Like a white cloud around 4 or 5 inches long. So I took it back and returned it and went to another Walmart to purchase another one. No noticeable backlight bleed on this one. I remember reading that there is no noticeable difference between a 1080P vs. 720P with HDTV#39;s under 40″. I found this to be true with a 32″ H

Philips 46PFL5706/F7 46-inch 1080p 120 Hz LCD HDTV with Wireless Net TV reviews

I was hesitant to purchase this TV with one review online that didn#39;t give it a good rating. It appears the TV was reviewed before it was released. Since then, the firmware has been updated which shows Phillips is committed to improving their product software in the long run. Also, you can#39;t beat the price and features. A trip to a local retailer showed how nice this line of TV#39;s are. The frame looks nice on the wall, with a consistant width all around and rounded corners. The picture

Reviews By Allison I could not ask for a better TV for the price. I was a bit unsure about purchasing it because I had never heard of the brand. I would defiantly buy another one without hesitating. Great picture and quality. Reviews By Houston Guy I purchased this TV for our living room and am I glad I did. The picture is crisp and clear with vivid colors and detail. You need to attach the stand to the TV and it is a very simple process. It took me 20 minutes to open the box and attach the sta

Welfare Queens: Food Stamp Use In NYC Doubled Over The Past Decade Under Mayor Bloomberg

Food stamp use has more than doubled among New York City residents since Mayor Michael Bloomberg took office in 2002. Food Stamp Use In NYC Doubled Under Mayor Bloomberg Via DailyCaller reports: Spending on food stamps increased more than 60 percent from 2002 to 2012 — from $1.28 billion to $3.44 billion, the Independent Budget Office of New York City revealed in data released Thursday. IBO spokesman Doug Turetsky attributed the expansion to a more aggressive outreach effort by Bloomberg than his predecessor Rudy Giuliani’s administration, the New York Post reported Friday. Known for his hardline stance against sugary beverages, Bloomberg did attempt to prevent food stamp recipients from using their benefits to purchase soda and sugary beverages in 2010 — with a proposal for a two-year pilot program to see if the restriction would help to alleviate obesity. The Agriculture Department rejected the proposal calling it “too large and complex” to oversee, the New York Times reported in 2011. New York City’s expansion has been less than the rest of the nation — which has seen the program’s cost double in President Obama’s first term and quadruple from 2001-2011. Participation reached a record high in December — the most recent data month available — with 47,791,996 people enrolled in the program. IBO’s report also revealed that the number of residents on public assistance has decreased and the number of disabled New Yorkers receiving Supplemental Security Income benefits has remained steady. Pegasus ST09 9-Inch LCD HDTV with ATSC Tuner reviews

This small set meets our needs perfectly. It was purchased to replace our trusty 5 in BW analog at the time of the digital conversion. We use this set only in the bathroom in the morning to watch news and sports while getting ready for work, so we are not with concerned with receiving scores of channels. Justin Timberlake Saturday Night Live Ratings: Huge!

This just in: Justin Timberlake is a beloved Saturday Night Live host. The superstar – who hosted the sketch show last night and performed as its musical guest – carried SNL to its biggest ratings since Charles Barkley emceed in January 2012. And for good reason. Timberlake joined the exclusive five-time hosting club at the outset of the evening, which included a bit about Hugo Chavez dying and featured such A-listers as Steve Martin, Tom Hanks and Chevy Chase. He then starred in an ad for Moet & Chandon, donned a giant tofu costume and, best of all, did NOT appear in a Californians skit. Did you tune in? What did you think of JT as host?   He’s the best! He’s okay! Hated him! Bring back Kevin Hart! View Poll »
