Miley Cyrus shocked workers in a Blackpool tanning salon when she popped in for a quick tan. Just last week, the Hannah Montana star was vacationing in Miami and now the pop singer looks like she wants to keep that summer glow while touring chilly England. With the paparazzi in tow and wearing a leopard print coat, Miley snuck in a nine-minute tanning session before heading over to the Blackpool Opera to perform in front of the Queen.
