Guess How Much Kate Gosselin Made Per Week of Dancing with the Stars

Remember when reports surfaced last year that the “stars” on Dancing with the Stars were making $200,000 to “Choo Choo Ch’Boogie” in front of ABC cameras for a season? And you questioned every career decision you had ever made that did not lead to shamelessly begging home viewers for votes while Cheryl Burke mimed the number four behind you? Chad Ochocinco 86’d From Dancing with the Stars

Chad Ochocinco’s run on Dancing with the Stars came to an end Tuesday. The Cincinnati Bengals standout and partner Cheryl Burke were eliminated on the penultimate week of competition, with Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy joining them in the bottom two, but advancing to next Monday’s finals. Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough and Evan Lysacek Trebunskaya await Erin and Maks to square off for the Mirror Ball title. Chad’s sad to go, but not bitter. “This was awesome,” he said. “I enjoyed the journey. I got some great criticism. I met awesome people, including the beautiful Cheryl Burke. I already won.” While Ochocinco won high praise and admirable scores (although still the lowest of the night) Monday, it wasn’t enough to put him through to the final round. As Len Goodman stated Monday, Ochocinco was the only remaining contestant with no dance training, so the fact that he got to the semifinals is impressive. As for his relationship with Cheryl? Brooke Burke tried to ask Ochocinco about their “special” relationship. “Excuse me, say what?” jokingly replied Ochocinco. “We will remain friends,” he said, brushing off the romance rumors. Oh well. Dancing with the Stars Bids Farewell to Niecy Nash

Somewhat predictably, Niecy Nash was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday after receiving the lowest scores from judges and viewers alike. Voted off Dancing with the Stars after the eighth week, th e How Clean is Your House host and actress on Reno 911 took the elimination well, and in stride. In her exit interview, she says she was proud to make it this far as a 40-year-old mom of three against some of the great dancers remaining on the stage. Tom, admitting he’s a fan, complimented her on achieving moments of elegance with partner Louis Van Amstel, of which there were surprisingly many. Her last request? That the band play something so that everyone can “get krunk.” That’s why Niecy Nash is awesome, and how you go out in style. Niecy Nash and Louis Van Amstel dance farewell. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke joined Niecy and Louis in the bottom two for the first time, which was fitting, given the two couples’ lower Monday scores. Whether he can skate by into the final three is another story. Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough performed an encore of their perfect Paso Doble from the other night, which Tom deemed the best in the show’s history. Dancing with the Stars Season 10: Nicole and Derek ‘Unbeatable’

On Monday, the couples on Dancing with the Stars Season 10 have given great performances. Singer Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough seem to be the unbeatable couple. Len Goodman, who’s always tough on the duo, admitted that there’s nothing to criticize on their 1950s-style paso doble. The couple earned 29 out of 30 points and surprisingly got a perfect score for their 1950s-style paso doble giving them 59 points out of 60. Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were able to pull themselves back on track. The pair who landed on the bottom two during last week’s result performed an Argentine tango that included a flying leap by the leggy Andrews off the stage and onto Maksim’s shoulders. The couple earned 28 points and 25 points for their 1980s-style rumba, giving them a total score of 53 points. Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya were not able to meet the judges’ expectation. Their waltz didn’t impress them, giving them 27 points. Their futuristic-themed cha cha earned 26 points. They have a total score of 53 points. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke opened the show with a decent tango giving them 21 points. Their 60s-style jive gave them 24 points. The duo’s total score is 45. Niecy Nash and Louis van Amstel landed at the bottom of the leader board. Their Viennese waltz gave them 23 points and their 90s-themed paso doble earned 20 points.
