Jenelle Evans: Pissed at Andrew Lewis For Showing Up at Son’s Daycare!

Jenelle Evans doesn’t even have legal custody of her son Jace, but imagine her surprise when absentee dad Andrew Lewis showed up at his daycare. Even though he’s banned from the center, no less. Lewis and the Teen Mom 2 star never married and despite being MIA for most of his offspring’s life, he has recently been sneaking in secret visits with Jace. Jenelle Evans is not happy about it. “He has told people that he has gone four times,” a source said. “They snuck him in once but Andrew’s not on the approved list of visitors so they started turning him away.” Barbara Evans, Jenelle’s mom and Jace’s primary caretaker, doesn’t take these visits lightly as her fears for Jace’s safety are of paramount concern. “Babs went over to daycare and took Jace home when she heard Andrew was trying to visit,” said an inside source. “Babs takes care of him full time.” “She certainly doesn’t want Andrew to just go into the daycare to see Jace.  He owes her something like $10,000 in child support and he never pays or shows up.” “Thankfully there is a digital code lock on the front door and the only visitors that can even step foot into the daycare are Jenelle and Barbara Evans.” Jenelle Evans Baby Bump Photos Open Slideshow 1. Looks like Stevie J is going down and he’s taking everyone with them. Vh1 Castmates Subpoenaed In Stevie J Child Support Case Poor Benzino just got shot and now he has to deal with this too? According to Radar Online: Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J still owes his baby mama more than $1 million in unpaid child support and his ex-girlfriend isn’t going down without a fight. In Feb. Stevie was served with a subpoena to answer to a New York court to the mother of his two children, Carol Bennett, and the staggering $1.28 million he owes her for the course of the last 14 years — and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the reality TV star’s castmates, record labels and TV networks were also just served with subpoenas. The subpoenas were issued by Project Child Support and are part of an effort to obtain Stevie’s (real name Steven Jordan) financial records so Bennett can recoup some of the unpaid child support. “The subpoenas will enable us to file a petition with the Superior Court of the State of New York to have Mr. Jordan’s royalties seized should he not agree to the terms we present him to pay his unpaid child support,” the organization said. Subpoenas were issued March 17, 2014 to the following organizations and individuals: Bad Boy Records/Entertainment, Inc. Joseline Hernandez Sony Music Group VH1 Entertainment Warner Music Group Viacom Corp. Universal Music Group Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott The Kompany (President, Stevie Jordan) Mona Scott/Monami Entertainment If this doesn’t make Stevie J strap up from now on, nothing will.

“Your honor” thinks the system is out to get him. Judge Joe Brown Says Records Were Falsified To Keep Him In Jail Keep it real judge. You know you were “out of order.” According to TMZ: Judge Joe Brown is still hopping mad about being arrested Monday and now tells TMZ he thinks the judge who tossed him behind bars conspired to try and keep him there longer. In case you missed it … Brown was tossed in the slammer in Memphis on Monday after having a meltdown in court. Brown, who is still a practicing lawyer, was there to represent his client in a child support hearing (that becomes relevant shortly). TMZ spoke with Brown this morning and he still claims the fact he is running for D.A. of Shelby County played a role in how he was treated. He also claims the magistrate helped to “falsify documents” so it would read that he was jailed for child support violations instead of contempt … an attempt to keep him behind bars longer. Teen Who Sued Parents For College Tuition Drops Lawsuit The 18-year-old New Jersey girl who sued her parents for college tuition after moving out of her home days before her birthday has now returned home and dropped the lawsuit. via USA Today A high school senior who gained international notoriety by suing her parents for child support and college tuition formally dismissed her lawsuit Tuesday. Rachel Canning, 18, of Lincoln Park, N.J., moved out of her parents’ home two days before her 18th birthday in November but returned last week. Canning — accompanied by her lawyer, Tanya N. Helfand; her parents, Sean and Elizabeth Canning; and their lawyer, Angelo Sarno — appeared early Tuesday before Judge Peter A. Bogaard of state Superior Court here. The judge accepted brief testimony from Rachel Canning on her decision to dismiss the complaint and found that she was making “a knowing and voluntary decision,” according to a copy of the dismissal order. She sued her parents Feb. 24, claiming they had cut off emotional and financial support when she turned 18 on Nov. 1. Her parents counter-claimed that their daughter had become increasingly belligerent, refused to follow household rules, was drinking and would not break up with a boyfriend they considered a bad influence. After the Cannings ceased paying for the final half of Rachel Canning’s senior year at Morris Catholic and appeared unwilling to pay upcoming college costs, she filed a suit for “constructive abandonment.” Rachel Canning unexpectedly returned home March 11, and her parents lawyer, Angelo Sarno, said the family wanted to move on. Sounds like somebody learned her lesson the hard way. Just what she needed if you ask us!

Beyonce‘s father Mathew Knowles just racked up yet another month without paying child support to his son with Alexsandra Wright, Nixon, and only RadarOnline.com has all the details of how he could be facing a contempt ruling. According to child support records, Knowles owes Wright $44,289.32 as of March 1. As a result, an insider reveals, the State of California is preparing to file contempt charges. “The state’s file is mostly prepared,” the insider says. “…He has now been served with several documents regarding cases being opened from various agencies.” Those folks are not playin’ with Matty deadbeat azz… As Radar has reported, Knowles has repeatedly shirked his financial responsibilities for his son with former girlfriend Wright, and has never even met the four-year-old. “I find it kind of odd that somebody that’s proven as somebody’s biological father has never ever seen their son,” Wright’s brother, Jonathan Wright told Radar exclusively. “And when they’re a wealthy individual, it’s odd that they would be a deadbeat dad.” “I just don’t understand it,” he said of Knowles’ lack of involvement in Nixon’s life. “I have a son. I love my son and I would go to the ends of the earth for him. I don’t understand.” An insider added, “Friends and family are growing increasingly worried about the damage being done to Nixon by his biological father denying his existence and allowing the public to bash his mother,” the source says. “Mathew continues to fuel the fire by making public statements insinuating that Alex is lying about all of this, but every time he has been proven wrong.” “Alexsandra just wants the truth to come out,” the source continues. “And the only way that this will happen is if Mathew Knowles is held accountable for his actions and his child like every other citizen in this country!” Mathew needs to get his isht together. Joslyn James: Wanted For Back Child Support Payments!

Former Tiger Woods mistress and pornographic star Joslyn James has been a bad, bad girl … and not in a hot way. She’s way behind on child support payments. In fact, Double-J with the Double Ds is on a government “Most Wanted” list for bailing on nearly $20,000 in payments she’s supposed to cough up for her son. Joslyn James (real name Veronica T. Siwik) has a 14-year-old son, and since she was the breadwinner at the time, was ordered to pay support to the dad. Instead, she screwed him … and again, not in the hot way she screwed Tiges. According to the Washington State Division of Child Support, she owes $18,419.86, good enough to break the Top 100 of the state’s 370,000+ child support cases. A spokesman for DCS tells TMZ that the Top 100 are “the worst of the worst” and “making no effort … if you’re currently making any payments, you’re not on the list.” Joslyn James’ rep (yes, she has a rep) calls the state’s child support claims against her “unfounded” and adds that “she loves her child” and is “a doting mother.” Sure thing. Man, who knew she was an even dirtier human being than these infamous Tiger Woods text messages would have led us to believe back in the day. That’s dirty, too. They were into some kinky stuff. Levi Johnston to Bristol Palin: You Hijacked Our Kid!!

Levi Johnston is sick of Bristol Palin (remember when they were a thing/!) and the fact that she absconded with their kid, moving him from Alaska to Arizona. Hilariously, he wants her held in contempt of court as a result. Levi just filed legal documents asking a judge order Bristol Palin , who’s currently going to school in Arizona, to return their son Tripp to Alaska immediately. He says all he got was a text saying she was moving out of state. In their custody battle, Levi Johnson claims both were ordered to keep Tripp, now five years old, in their home state unless they both agreed he could travel. Palin sources roll their eyes, claiming Levi’s just starting drama. Johnston dated Palin in high school, then they pretended to get engaged when he got her pregnant and her mom was named the GOP’s V.P. candidate. They split up shortly after the 2008 presidential election. In the ensuing years, they frequently sparred over their son and battled to see which one of them could milk their 15 minutes of fame more shamelessly. All the while, Tripp has lived predominantly with Bristol. For her part, she called Levi out last year for not paying child support, and he’s known forever that Sarah Palin’s daughter is going to school in Arizona. Also, Levi, who married Sunny Oglesby and has another kid (Breeze Beretta), rarely sees Tripp anyway, so him complaining about this is just ridiculous.
