Barack Obama is an unabashed fan of the Chicago Bears and football in general. But the Commander-in-Chief recognizes that changes may need to be made to the sport, considering studies that prove how its violent hits result in a rash of brain injuries and concussions. In an interview with The New Republic , the President says changes may need to be made that may make football “a bit less exciting,” but which will address the long-term health of its participants. “And those of us who are fans maybe won’t have to examine our consciences quite as much,” Obama says, adding he’s unsure if he would allow his son to play the sport. This Q&A appears in the February 11 edition of the publication, with Obama saying he’s mostly focused on college football because professionals are well-paid and are part of a union. “They can make some of these decisions on their own, and most of them are well-compensated for the violence they do to their bodies,” Obama said of NFL players. “You read some of these stories about college players who undergo some of these same problems with concussions and so forth and then have nothing to fall back on. You want to see the epitome of a bad mother ? Meet Lessielee Ann King, a Houston mother who was hauled in by cops after leaving a bite mark on her 1-year-old’s face! Via CBS Local reports : A mother is accused of biting and chewing her own son’s face because she was jealous of him. According to reports, 20-year-old Lessielee Ann King was charged with felony injury to a child after the toddler’s father told investigators with the Humble Police Department that he found bruises on his little boy’s body. After arriving home from work one day, the father found marks on his son’s body. He also asked a family friend to move into the home with him, his son and King. That family friend confirmed his suspicions that King was abusing their child. The father of the young boy told police that he believed that King has anger issues and resorted to taking out frustrations on their son. Photographs of the abuse were given to authorities. King sits in jail with a $5000 bond. This ho needs to stay in jail and see how it feels being abused by someone bigger than her! Seriously — what kind of issues do you have to have to take out your anger and jealousy on a baby like that?

A 4-month-old baby’s life was saved in Nigeria’s Asaba, Delta state Saturday after she was buried in a shallow grave by her own father! According to web reports : Nigerian Police officials have concluded their investigation and it revealed that the baby girl was actually buried alive by her own father. This mishap happened in Asaba, Delta state, Nigeria on Saturday. Mr. Macaulay Onitcha is the father of the above baby. The 25-year-old laborer claimed he committed the ungodly act because he was hunhappy with his wife after she allegedly refused to sleep with him. The 4-month-old baby girl named Edna Macaulay was buried in a shallow grave dug by her own father on Saturday at Edurudu Street Kokori. Fortunately for little Edna, a good Samaritan who witnessed the burial rescued the girl. Mr. Saturday Ekama allegedly suffered machete cuts at the hands of Macaulay Onitcha while rescuing the child as her father was covering the grave. Ekama reported the incident to police. According to an official statement from Delta State police spokesman Mr. Muk: When the child was exhumed alive, she had a neck injury. Currently she is undergoing treatment at Saint Francis Hospital, Okapra Inland. Oksana Grigorieva (remember her?!) feels she was hosed by her own lawyers in her infamous feud with Mel Gibson, ending up in a terrible custody agreement. She’s now suing them. In court papers, Oksana accuses Ron Litz and Daniel Horowitz of negligently advising her to sign off on a bad deal back in 2011. Why was the deal so bad? Allegdly, it forbids her from pursuing any future legal action against Mel regarding their child without jeopardizing the settlement she made with the actor. Gibson agreed to pay Oksana Grigorieva $750,000, plus provide a house for her and support their daughter Lucia until Lucia turns 18. Not a bad deal, right? Not according to Oksana, who says she was also advised by lawyers to sign a legal document that divested her of all ownership rights to her house. Oksana is demanding unspecified damages. In response, Horowitz tells TMZ , “Why can’t she just live her life normally and have a good life, raise the kid, live in the house, make music, be happy?” “Why does she always have to be in a struggle?” “Especially with people who care about her?” Good question.

King County prosecutors contend Sharee N. Seminole attacked her newborn baby’s father following an argument at their Seattle home on Jan. 6. Seminole, 25, is also alleged to have bitten a firefighter and threatened to kill a police officer while fighting them – with her infant daughter still attached to her – during her arrest. At 5:40 p.m. the day of her arrest, Seminole and the man were standing near the intersection of 25th Avenue South and South Jackson Street when Seminole yelled at her boyfriend. The couple’s 2-week-old baby was in a carrier strapped to Seminole at the time. Here’s the play-by-play of the fade. Weighing in at 270 pounds, Seminole was able to throw her boyfriend to the ground, a Seattle detective told the court, recounting witness statements. Several residents witnessed the incident. Seminole then began kicking the man in the chest, Senior Deputy Prosecutor Stephanie F. Guthrie told the court. Seminole, the prosecutor went on, “continued to scream at the victim and then began stomping on his face.” The defendant stomped on the man’s face at least eight times, knocking him out while seriously injuring his face, Guthrie alleged. Confronted by a witness, Seminole asked “You know how many times he’s kicked me?” before breaking off her attack, the detective said in court documents. Seminole left the scene before police arrived. According to charging documents, she was arrested after leaving a nearby convenience store, where she’d bought a bag of Funyuns. LMFAO! What the hell does Funyuns have to do with ANYTHING?! This girthy heffa wasn’t done there though, her reign of terror continued when the cops showed up. Writing the court, the detective said Seminole was belligerent when confronted by officers. Her speech slurred, Seminole refused to cooperate with police and struggled with officers even though her newborn daughter was still strapped to her chest. “Two officers started to escort her to a patrol car but she immediately stiffened and grabbed the baby carrier,” the detective told the court. “Fearing for the safety of the baby, officers tried to free the baby but Seminole put up a huge fight.” Seminole then bit a firefighter and attempted to kick another during the arrest, the detective continued. Later, after being placed in a holding cell, Seminole is alleged to have mouthed “I’m gonna kill you” to a police officer. Isn’t the kush legal in Seattle now?
