Jesse James Allows Ex Visitation With Daughter

After a court battle that was getting ugly in a hurry, Jesse James agreed to allow his second ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, a supervised visit with their child. Tomorrow, Janine will have a long-awaited reunion with Sunny James, daughter of Jesse James and stepdaughter to his now-estranged wife Sandra Bullock. The motorcycle mogul’s attorneys met with Lindemulder and her legal team in court on Thursday to finalize the agreement for her to visit the six-year-old. James has full custody. Since she got out of prison (really), Lindemulder has sought 50-50 custody again, assailing Jesse in court papers and in the media. “I’m so pleased I will get to see my daughter,” Janine Lindemulder said, adding that they will meet next week to discuss long-term visitation arrangements. Jesse James extended the olive branch to Janine Lindemulder. For now. Married to James from 2002-2003, the porn star hasn’t seen Sunny face-to-face since her tax evasion conviction and subsequent jail/halfway house stints. James previously complained that Lindemulder had “no filter” when talking with their young daughter, and noted that she flaked on a Christmas Day call. He also said in court documents this week that Janine once put Sunny’s life at risk by joyriding around under the influence. Yeah. That’s never a good sign. Married to Jesse since 2005, Sandra Bullock helped raise Sunny in the home she and James once shared. Then he ruined everything by cheating on her. It’s sad, as Sunny could use a good maternal influence.

The Kendra Wilkinson Sex Tape Nightmare: It Hurts!

It pains us to look at D anielle Staub sex tape photos . Not as much, though, as Kendra Wilkinson claims it hurts her to think about her own, recently-released sex tape (yes, the same one she willingly filmed and has pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars for). In an interview with Ryan Seacrest this week, she tried to put a positive spin on Kendra Exposed : “It hurts, but I know it’s going to make me and Hank better parents. It’s really going to make us teach our child what’s right and wrong in this world, what’s good and evil… We’re going to make sure our son is raised with a good head on his shoulders, a person that has morals, that treats women with respect.” Ah, yes, morals and respect. Just curious: Where does milking this incident for publicity and money – via televised interviews and tabloid covers that actually include a photo of your son along with a headline about your sex tape – fit in to this stance? Asked about the man who leaked the video, ex-boyfriend Justin Frye , Wilkinson said: “I was going to marry him, we were going to be together forever… I didn’t do it out of fame, I didn’t do it for money, I did it because I was in love with him. It just sucks. It’s really embarrassing.” Not so embarrassing that she won’t discuss it publicly, of course. If the price is right. Diddy Lends Energy to Uninspired Comedy ‘Greek’

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Having swiped the spotlight from top-billed castmates on more than one occasion, Jonah Hill and Russell Brand are rewarded with lead status in “Get Him to the Greek,” only to see the show stolen by others, notably the artist formerly known as P. Diddy. A reunion with Forgetting Sarah Marshall director Nicholas Stoller that pays far fewer comic dividends, the stop-start R-rated excursion never achieves the propulsive traction and outrageous/endearing balance that made The Hangover such a smash this time last year. Lacking a sturdier venue, the fat boy and the bad boy are at best opening acts in a moviegoing season powered by headliners. As such, the Universal release, which opens Friday (June 4), will not likely prove to be a sizable draw, though the scarcity of bawdy, male-skewing comedies in the marketplace could work in its favor. Reprising his foppish British rocker character from the Jason Segel -penned Sarah Marshall , Brand plays Aldous Snow, who has since been in a career free fall. Reeling from a disastrous concept single/video (the reviled “African Child”) and a split from girlfriend Jackie Q (a terrific Rose Byrne), Aldous has taken a potentially irreparable plunge off the wagon. Enter Hill’s Aaron Green, an ambitious record company executive in the employ of the certifiably nutty Sergio Roma (Sean Combs), who thinks that the upcoming 10th anniversary of Snow’s triumphant concert at Los Angeles’ famed Greek Theater could make for a lucrative comeback gig. Liking what he hears, Sergio gives Aaron three days to fetch Snow from London and personally escort him to the Greek, with the caveat that he will be dealing with “the worst person on Earth.” Needless to say, there will be a lot of rerouting on the trip back, but despite the occasional onscreen appearance of a digital countdown clock, writer-director Stoller never seems to be in any hurry to move the characters and plot along. Although Brand, who makes for credible damaged rock ‘n’ roll goods with a singing voice to match, and a subdued Hill manage to lay down a few scattered, genuinely funny riffs, the larger laughs are provided by the supporting players. Combs doesn’t so much deliver his lines as announce them, and every time he pops up, he lends the listless proceedings a gonzo boost; and Byrne’s bubbly Brit pop star hits the inspired mark. Detours to New York and Las Vegas provide for a slew of cameos, including Lars Ulrich, Christina Aguilera, Pink, Rick Schroder and, in a show of NBC Universal corporate solidarity, “Today’s” Meredith Vieira and a green-room guest, noted economist Paul Krugman. But even with the personality parade, “Greek” never really finds its comic bearings.

Movie Review – ‘Get Him To The Greek’

Get Him To The Greek Starring Jonah Hill, Russell Brand, and Sean Combs Directed by Nicholas Stoller Rated R A better exploration of the excess and dysfunction of rock n’ roll and the music industry than it is an outright comedy, Get Him to the Greek is surprisingly dark, often manic, definitely inspired, and occasionally fantastic. Occasionally. Some of that has to do with the Apatow school of filmmaking, which has a penchant for taking the laughs where they come, but never in place of the actual story. So if this isn’t as funny as the trailers make you believe, that’s because this movie is not completely about getting a rock star on stage at the Greek Theater. The rock star is Aldous Snow ( Russell Brand ). Aldous was a character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall a couple years ago for the same director, Nicholas Stoller . Brand may or may not be extremely limited as an actor, but he sure as hell knocks this one dead. It’s one of the signature rock star performances; there’s not a moment when he is not the tempermental, hard living lead singer of Infant Sorrow. Ten years ago, the band played the Greek, and the resulting album was one of the all-time best-selling live records ever made. In an effort to boost not just his employer, Pinnacle Records, but the slumping music industry in general, record company lackey Aaron Green ( Jonah Hill ) pitches an anniversary show to his boss ( Sean “Diddy” Combs ). Having suffered a public break-up with his girlfriend Jackie Q ( Rose Byrne ) and an equally public flop called African Child – which the press chides as being the worst thing to happen to black culture since the Rodney King beating – Aldous agrees to do the show. Aaron is flown to England to retrieve the singer, guide him to The Today Show , and arrive in Los Angeles a couple days later for the show. Simple enough? Snow is a force of nature, so it’s never as easy as getting on and off planes. There’s drinking, women, drug muling, more drinking, and more drinking. After seven years on the wagon, Aldous crawled back into the bottle after the split from his girlfriend, and based on his constitution, it must have been a doozy of a break-up.

Jay Leno and Carson Daly

The final two stops on my book publicity tour were at the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and “Last Call with Carson Daly”. It is an honor to be asked to go on those shows and amazing to be there as a guest. I have been to the “Tonight Show” a number of times over the years when my dad has been a guest, so it was a bit of an out of body experience to actually be there for an interview on my own. I have to say that going on Carson Daly’s show might have been the most fun because I have had a secret crush on him since I was a teenager. I also enjoyed meeting his musical guest, Anthony Green, while backstage, and recommend that everyone check out his CD on iTunes!
