Deputy arrest 5 year old boy “to teach him a lesson” while mom observed and approved.

Lehigh Acres, Fla. While pumping gas at a nearby 7 Eleven Gas Station a Floridian woman witnessed a very disturbing site . A Sheriff’s Deputy was arresting a 5 year old boy and the mother was watching and consenting to the act. The woman, who requested to remain anonymous, snapped a picture from her cell phone, started to cry and said “That's not a way to treat a child, that's not a way to teach a lesson to a little boy,” The mother explained how she had requested to her friend and 15-year old veteran of the Lee county Sherriff’s office to help her teach her son a lesson with a scare. The deputy complied and arrested the boy. “I hope it scared him to figure out that he's not going to play with matches or lighters again,” said the mother. “That was the whole point of it — to make him afraid that he was going to go to jail.” The discipline was too much said Child psychiatrist Omar Rieche. “No matter what the details are, when you see that picture, it says so much,” he said. “The age in which this is being done is inappropriate, so it's misguided.” But the boy's mother said she'd do it again if she had to. As you might expect, husband Hank Baskett has reportedly reacted negatively to this news. So… what can Kendra do to make it up to her man? That’s easy: have more sex, of course! Breaking news, folks : Kim Kardashian has been cheated on, Tori Spelling isn’t thin – and you can have arms that don’t jiggle!!! The latest issue of Life & Style claims Wilkinson has come up with a plan to make Baskett forget about her on-camera exploits with someone else. The pair will simply procreate again. “They’ve been trying for a second child for a while. And Kendra hopes it will happen sooner rather than later,” said a source. “Kendra knows she upset Hank over all this sex tape stuff, and she wants it all to go away. “Focusing on another baby would help. Kelly Preston at the age of 47 could be expecting her third child together with her husband, John Travolta. The rumor regarding Kelly Preston’s pregnancy came after the couple issued a statement at their website that they “are expecting a new addition to their family”. This rumor is yet to be confirmed, as the couple did not mentioned nor confirmed what the addition in their family would be. It is remembered that this family went through a lot of heartaches starting with the death of their son, Jett and followed by the death of John Travolta’s dogs. John Travolta and Kelly Preston, who lived through the tragedy of losing their teenage son Jett last year, can now announce the best news they’ve had in years. Kelly is pregnant at age 47! “It’s impossible to keep a secret … especially one as wonderful as this,” they say in a statement. “We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone.” “We are expecting a new addition to our family. Love, John, Kelly and Ella.” Travolta, 56, who broke the news on his site, and Preston are also parents to Ella, 10. Here’s the cute, soon-to-be-growing family … John, Kelly and Ella are expecting a new baby . Jett Travolta died of a seizure in January 2009 at age 16. The tragedy was even harder for the family given the extortion plot against them stemming from it. We couldn’t be happier for them today, though. Nothing can bring back the child they lost, but to bring another into the world is always a magical experience. Congratulations to the Travoltas!

‘Twilight’ Leaves Its Mark On ‘Popular Baby Names’ List

By Kara Warner Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner in “Eclipse” Photo: Summit Entertainment The popularity of “Twilight,” “Vampire Diaries” and other similarly themed pop-culture phenomena has certainly left a deep mark on the entertainment world — but has it left a more literal impression on generations to come? According to the recently released Social Security Administration’s annual “Popular Baby Names” list, it seems that parents have been naming their newborns after “Twilight” characters. According to the report, which tracked the most popular baby names of 2009, the top two names for male and female babies were Jacob and Isabella, which also happen to be the names of two of the main characters in the “Twilight” saga, Jacob Black and Bella Swan, respectively. Both names have been “popular” — in or close to the top 10 — for several years (Jacob has been in the top spot for 11 years), but it is the increased popularity of the name Cullen (after Meyer’s beloved Edward) at #485, having jumped 297 spots from #782 in 2008, that raises the eyebrow. It is also surprising that the first name of Bella’s paramour, Edward, didn’t crack the top 50. (It came in at #137 in popularity for 2009). The 10 most popular girls’ names, in order, are: Isabella, Emma, Olivia, Sophia, Ava, Emily, Madison, Abigail, Chloe and Mia. The 10 most popular boys’ name, also in order, are: Jacob, Ethan, Michael, Alexander, William, Joshua, Daniel, Jayden, Noah and Anthony. Would you name your child after a “Twilight” character? Or any fictional character, for that matter? And what will these kids think of their names in 15-20 years, once they’re old enough to understand what inspired their parents’ choices? Well, this makes a lot more sense. When word first spread last week that Gabriel Aubrey dumped Halle Berry , experts (i.e. the THG staff, our interns and the pizza guy) questioned the model’s sanity. Did he really think he’d find a better looking girfriend?!? Now, though, an insider close to the situation says the break-up took place awhile ago – and Berry was the driving force behind it. “She kicked him out months ago because he wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on,” a source told People . “They’re very amicable in healthy ways because of their child. Her main concern is for the health and happiness of her daughter.” A rep for the Academy Award winner, meanwhile, confirms that she and Aubry “have been split for some time, but remain friends and committed parents to their daughter.” Aubry himself has released a statement over the weekend saying he’s sad about the break-up, but recognizing Halle as a “special and beautiful” person. Jodie Sweetin Pregnant; Morty Coyle Responsible

Troubled actress Jodie Sweetin is pregnant with her second child, reports say. The former Full House star, who has fought a well-documented fight against alcohol and crystal meth, is expecting a baby with her BF, club DJ Morty Coyle. It’s been a whirlwind courtship for Sweetin and Coyle, with the ink barely dry on the papers finalizing her divorce from Cody Herpin , her second husband. Divorced as of April 20, the couple has a two-year-old daughter, Zoie. The National Enquirer says Herpin is furious Sweetin is having another baby: “Raising a child takes a lot of time and patience. Jodie hasn’t put in nearly enough time with our own daughter. And now she’s having another child!” In 2008 Sweetin was arrested on suspicion of DUI, shockingly she had her then eight-month-old daughter in the car with her. Herpin took Sweetin to court . Now, Herpin claims he only learned of Sweetin’s latest pregnancy during the finalization of their divorce. He laments: “I find it hard to believe Jodie will keep up her sobriety with the choices she keeps making. To have a child is no small thing. Congratulations, Jodie and Morty, we think!
